Abstract

本发明涉及一种法兰;特别涉及用于连接相对的轴或管的法兰。
背景技术
法兰通常被焊接在管子末端的圆周上以将管子,阀门和轴连接在一起。
图1是显示传统法兰的分解视图。如图1所示,传统法兰100和200被焊接在相对的管子300的末端。传统法兰100和200上,在靠近边缘处形成有固定间距的多个孔110和210以容纳螺栓120。所以,通过拧紧穿过孔110和210的螺栓120与螺母220将两个法兰100和200固定从而使管子300连接在一起。
如前所述,传统法兰100和200包括形成在靠近边缘处的孔110和210,用于容纳螺栓和螺母。传统法兰100和200通过拧紧穿过孔110和210的螺栓120和螺母220被更紧密地连接在一起从而连接两个管子。虽然连接的管子上具有预定的压力,紧密密封的传统法兰100和200防止了管子泄漏。

根据本发明的一个方面,一种用于连接管子的法兰,其包括:固定法兰和连接法兰,各自在中心处包括管容纳孔,孔的直径与连接的管子的外径相对应,其中多个螺栓边凹槽形成在外部边缘处,并且在靠近各个螺栓边凹槽处形成螺母固定槽;和用于将相对的固定法兰和连接法兰接合在一起的接合固定元件,其中接合固定元件包括:朝向形成在固定法兰和连接法兰上的螺栓边凹槽的螺纹螺栓,其两端都有方向相同的螺纹;和固定螺母,其拧紧在螺纹螺栓两端形成的螺纹上,且其具有形成在内部的接合凸起以与螺母固定槽相对应。
有益效果
根据本发明,用于连接管子的法兰通过将固定螺母拧紧到朝向形成在固定法兰和连接法兰上的螺栓边凹槽的螺纹螺栓上直到固定螺母的接合凸起插入形成在固定法兰和连接法兰上的螺母固定槽中而将焊接在管子相对末端的固定法兰和连接法兰相互牢固地接合在一起。所以根据本发明的法兰所需的制造费用较少。

图2,3,4是根据本发明实施例的用于连接管子的法兰的分解透视图,透视图和截面图。
如所显示的,根据本发明实施例的法兰包括用于连接相对的管子40的固定法兰10和连接法兰20。固定法兰10和连接法兰20各自包括管容纳孔11和21。管容纳孔11和21形成在法兰10和20的中心且具有与管子外径相同的直径。管子40的末端分别插入到管容纳孔11和21中,并且将法兰10和连接法兰20焊接在管子40上。
固定法兰10和连接法兰20包括形成在法兰外部边缘的多个螺栓边凹槽12和22,在靠近螺栓边凹槽12和22处形成螺母固定槽13和23。接合紧固元件30朝向螺栓边凹槽12和22以及螺母固定槽13和23。

如图5所示,接合紧固元件30包括朝向形成在固定法兰10和连接法兰20上的螺栓边凹槽12和33的螺纹螺栓31;和固定在螺母固定槽13和23上的固定螺母32,其被拧紧在螺纹螺栓31的两端以挤压法兰10和20从而牢固地将法兰10和20固定在一起。
螺纹螺栓31是朝向相对密封在一起的固定法兰10和连接法兰20上的螺栓边凹槽12和22的螺栓。螺纹以相同的方向形成在螺纹螺栓31的两端。
所以,如果在螺纹螺栓31朝向螺栓边凹槽12和22之后通过向相反方向旋转固定螺母32,固定螺母32被拧紧在螺纹螺栓31上,固定螺母32就卡入螺母固定槽13和23中。结果,固定螺母32牢固地与螺纹螺栓31拧紧同时法兰10和20紧紧接合。
固定螺母32是拧紧形成在螺纹螺栓31两端的螺纹上的螺母。螺纹形成在固定螺母32孔的内表面以与形成在螺纹螺栓31上的螺纹向对应,使得固定螺母32被拧紧在螺纹螺栓31的两端。
固定螺母32包括接合凸起33。接合凸起33形成在固定螺母32的内表面并向内凸出。当固定螺母32被拧紧在螺纹螺栓31上时,接合凸起33被插入形成在固定法兰10和连接法兰20上的螺母固定槽13和22中。
所以,当固定法兰10和连接法兰20接合在一起时,接合凸起33引导固定螺母32插入螺母固定槽13和23中。所以接合凸起33加强了该处的接合力量。
下文将参考图2和5描述根据本实施例用于连接管子的安装法兰的方法。
为了连接管子40,固定法兰10和连接法兰20接合在一起以使螺栓边凹槽12和22各自配合。然后,螺纹螺栓31的外表面朝向螺栓边凹槽12和22。
在螺纹螺栓31的外表面朝向形成在固定法兰10和连接法兰20上的螺栓边凹槽12和22后,固定螺母32螺纹拧紧在螺纹螺栓31的两端。也就是说,固定螺栓32以相反方向旋转。结果,固定螺母32在螺纹螺栓31的内方向上拧紧。
然后,固定螺母32的接合凸起33被引导进入形成在固定法兰10和连接法兰20上的螺母固定槽13和23中。结果,通过接合凸起33引导,固定螺母32牢固地将固定法兰10和连接法兰20接合在一起。

1、一种用于连接管子的法兰,包括:
固定法兰和连接法兰,各自在中心处包括管容纳孔,孔的直径与相连的管子的外径相对应,多个螺栓边凹槽位于固定法兰和连接法兰的外部边缘处并且在靠近各个螺栓边凹槽处形成螺母固定槽;和
用于使固定法兰和连接法兰相互面对连接的接合固定元件,
其中接合固定元件包括:
朝向形成在固定法兰和连接法兰上的螺栓边凹槽的螺纹螺栓,其两端形成有方向相同的螺纹;和拧紧在螺纹螺栓两端形成的螺纹上的固定螺母,其内侧具有与螺母固定槽对应的接合凸起。
