发光体可以被分布在膜表面的整体5C上,如在附图4中图解的那样。这种膜例如是离从第一外部基材2A前面注视该玻璃板的观察者6最远的膜3C。激发的发光体4这时在表面5C整体上提供彩色背景。
将发光体4引入玻璃板内部在塑料膜上或者在塑料膜中和/或在玻璃基材上。它们通过任何已知方法,如丝网印刷、辊、层流涂覆或者喷射,甚至通过在制备该膜期间挤出类型方法被沉积在塑料膜上或者在玻璃基材上。
该发光体可以是有机的,例如萘酰亚胺、苯并噁唑、苯并噻唑或者苯并噁嗪酮的衍生物,或者稀土元素络合物,或者是无机的,通常用稀土掺杂的氧化物。
与该玻璃板连接的是照明装置7(附图2和3),如与该玻璃板的侧面连接的并且包含一个或多个照明系统的框架,例如电致发光二极管(DEL)。该照明允许该发光体激发使得它们随后发射在可见光范围内的光。
还可以对着该玻璃板的一个面,其与玻璃板的侧面组合或者作为它的替代,进行该照明。
在具有位于可见光中或者在紫外线(UV)中,优选地在365至405nm的近可见光的紫外线中的波长的辐射下获得发光体的激发以获得荧光,以限制功率消耗并且减轻安全问题。
该发光体可以具有不同的发射波长,由此产生不同颜色的图形表示。例如可以产生一定颜色的均一背景,在其上不同颜色的特定图案可以设置在该前景中。
而且,可以设想在某些玻璃片材添加反射层或者低指数层;和在每个携带发光体的元件上布置聚焦照明,以便沿着该玻璃板的深度,通过仅仅照明那些其中发光体发射是期望的支承元件(膜或者玻璃)而使荧光平面彼此独立地显现。因此,反射层或者低指数层起对于位于相邻支承元件中的发光体(该发光体不需要被激发)的阻挡层作用。
玻璃基材的厚度根据期望的透视效果进行调节。
玻璃基材的厚度还适合于该玻璃板在它的环境中的使用/集成。
通过使发光体在该与该发光体连接的表面上适当分布产生期望图像(附图3)。此外,通过选择该玻璃板(在其上布置元件)的元件,即通过选择发光体被设置的深度(相对于该玻璃板的被观察的面),同时改变玻璃基材的厚度,在产生的整体图像中产生不同的平面。因此,可以产生有色背景的后平面,在其上在中间平面中存在图案,该图案与另一个第一平面的图案组合。
根据本发明的玻璃板的实例包含以下堆叠体:玻璃/PVB/玻璃/PVB/玻璃,其中内部玻璃的厚度为6毫米和外部玻璃基材的厚度为2mm。PVB是可商业获得的。
该荧光图案经由穿过在外部玻璃基材的内部面上的掩模的喷射在四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中溶解的可商业获得的有机发光体而获得。
该可商业获得的发光体是指例如:
- 对于蓝色,来自BASF的Tinopal OB®;
- 对于绿色,来自Honeywell的Lumilux CD797®;
- 对于红色,来自Honeywell的Lumilux CD332®。
在堆叠该玻璃和塑料片材后,堆叠体通过将它放置在真空下(在真空袋中)然后在140℃/10bar的高压锅中2h进行层压。
照明装置由在405nm发射的DEL形成。DEL被布置在载体上,该载体例如已经通过夹子紧固在玻璃板的侧面上。

Claims (10)

1.玻璃板(1),其包含玻璃片材和在所述玻璃片材之间进行层压的塑料片材和发光体(4),特征在于它包含至少三个玻璃片材(2A, 2B, 2C)和至少两个交替插入在所述玻璃片材之间的塑料膜(3A, 3B)。
2.根据权利要求1的玻璃板,特征在于将所述发光体引入到玻璃板内部在至少一个塑料膜上或者在至少一个塑料膜中和/或在至少一个玻璃片材上。
3.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃板,特征在于使所述发光体分布在与它们结合的塑料膜或者玻璃片材的整个表面上,和/或分区地进行分布以界定图案。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板,特征在于所述发光体是适合在不同颜色中发射的不同类型的发光体。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板,特征在于所述发光体是有机发光体或者无机发光体。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板,特征在于所述发光体在可见光或者紫外辐射,优选地近可见光的紫外辐射的照明下是可激发的。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板,特征在于所述玻璃片材具有不同厚度,特别地一个或多个内部玻璃片材是比外部玻璃片材更厚的。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板,特征在于至少一个玻璃片材包含低指数层或者反射层。
9.包含根据前述权利要求任一项的玻璃板和能激发该发光体的照明装置(7)的组装件,特征在于将该照明装置布置为面对该玻璃板的整体面和/或面对所述玻璃片材至少一个的和/或塑料膜的侧面。
10.根据前一权利要求的组装件,特征在于该照明装置发射在可见光或者紫外中,优选地在近可见光的紫外中的射线。
