技术领域
本发明涉及一种不沾奶复合盖膜。
背景技术
接触角是指在气、液、固三相交点处所作的气-液界面的切线穿过液体与固-液交界线之间的夹角θ,是润湿程度的量度。对于固体表面的水滴而言,若θ<90°,则固体表面是亲水性的,即液体较易润湿固体,其角越小,表示润湿性越好;若θ>90°,则固体表面是疏水性的,即液体不容易润湿固体,容易在表面上移动,也就是液体不容易沾在固体上面。
鲜牛奶也叫纯牛奶,呈乳白色或微黄色的均匀胶态流体,无沉淀、无凝块、无杂质、无淀粉感、无异味。酸奶是以鲜奶为原料,接种乳酸杆菌在一定条件下发酵而成的。酸奶经过发酵后,原有的乳糖部分转变成乳酸,但仍保留有部分的乳糖,所以形成特有的酸甜风味。目前市面上有凝固型和搅拌型两种酸奶,后者因为在酸性环境下,蛋白质部分变性形成凝乳。前者在此基础上,还加了少量凝乳酶,促进蛋白质凝固。两种类型的酸奶与鲜奶的营养成分没有多大差异。常温时水的粘度为0.9mPa.s,鲜牛奶的粘度为3mPa.s,酸奶的粘度则要明显高于鲜牛奶。
表面张力指液体表面任意二相邻部分之间垂直于它们的单位长度分界线相互作用的拉力。表面张力的形成同处在液体表面薄层内的分子的特殊受力状态密切相关。表面张力的存在形成了一系列日常生活中可以观察到的特殊现象。例如:截面非常小的细管内的毛细现象、肥皂泡现象、液体与固体之间的浸润与非浸润现象等。在室温(20℃左右)下,大部分液体的表面张力在20~40达因/厘米范围以内,但也有大于此数的,如水的表面张力为72达因/厘米;水银表面张力为470达因/厘米;部分牛奶的表面张力数据如下:
目前市场上常见的瓶装奶或杯装奶大多采用铝塑复合膜或镀铝复合膜来进行密封,此类复合膜采用印刷层、阻隔层与热封层通过双组份聚氨酯胶水进行复合在一起,其中热封层有聚乙烯、聚丙烯、热封胶、热熔胶等材料,或者在聚乙烯、聚丙烯等基础上进行改性的材料。聚乙烯与聚丙烯,以及其改性材料,可以采用挤出吹塑成型或者挤出流延成型,做成薄膜与相应材料复合成膜;热熔胶采用热熔涂布的方式,涂在基材上面形成热封层;热封胶因为是乳液形式,需要通过网纹辊涂布在基材上再经过高温烘干以后才能形成热封层,以上不同的热封材料形成热封膜以后,都是一层树脂层,其表面不管是平滑的还是压出一定的花纹,牛奶类粘稠液体因为表面张力没有足够大,所以都很容易粘附在上面,尤其是酸奶类产品,粘在膜上形成一层厚厚的奶膜,如果插吸管喝则会无法吃到该层粘附的酸奶,造成较多浪费,如果揭开封口膜将粘附在封口膜内表面的酸奶用舌头舔掉,一方面比较麻烦,另外一方面也很不雅观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是提供一种不沾奶复合盖膜,可以很好的解决现有瓶装奶用复合膜存在的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种不沾奶复合盖膜,包括本体,由外到内所述本体依次设有复合层、基层、热封层,复合层上设有阻隔层和印刷层,热封层上设有一层使热封层表面呈现凹凸不平结构的压制层,压制层上涂布有一层疏水剂,复合层外侧壁的表面张力为38~42达因,本体由以下重量百分比的组分组成:低密度聚乙烯32.74~33.53%、线性低密度聚乙烯32.47~33.64%、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物树脂32.83~34.79%。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不沾奶复合盖膜,其特征在于:阻隔层为铝箔,阻隔层与本体的厚度比为1:2,阻隔层通过粘合剂粘合在复合层上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种不沾奶复合盖膜,其特征在于:疏水剂在压制层上的厚度为3~7μm。
