本发明涉及添加剂,尤其是涉及以蔬菜为原料的一种蔬菜食品添加剂。
背景技术
蔬菜含有丰富的矿物质和人体所必需的多种维生素。据统计,人体必需的维生素C的90%、维生素A的60%来自蔬菜。此外,蔬菜中还有多种多样的植物化学物质,是人们公认的对健康有效的成分,目前果蔬中的营养素可以有效预防慢性、退行性疾病的多种物质正在被人们研究发现。
但新鲜蔬菜所含的水分多,有容易腐烂,不易保存等缺点。所以市场上有很多以蔬菜为主原料的食品添加剂或保健食品。但大部分工艺中都采用高温煮沸和用化学试剂固化等过程,所以加工出的蔬菜营养成分被破坏,并且没有原有蔬菜的香味和色泽,并含有残留试剂,影响产品质量,给食用者带来另一方面的健康隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种种不加任何添加剂,并保持蔬菜原有的营养成分和香味、色泽的以蔬菜为原材料的食品添加剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种蔬菜食品添加剂,该蔬菜食品添加剂按重量份包括如下组分:番茄15-25份、胡萝卜8-22份、菠菜10-20份、韭菜3-12份、黄瓜10-20份、芹菜10-20份、南瓜10-20份、玉米2-12份。
进一步地,该蔬菜食品添加剂按重量份包括如下组分:番茄18-22份、胡萝卜12-17份、菠菜13-15份、韭菜5-9份、黄瓜13-17份、芹菜12-18份、南瓜12-16份、玉米5-8份。
进一步地,该蔬菜食品添加剂按重量份包括如下组分:番茄20份、胡萝卜15份、菠菜14份、韭菜7份、黄瓜15份、芹菜14份、南瓜14份、玉米6份。
