本发明公开了一种早餐粥,由以下原料组成:富硒大米、玉米、小米、黑米、红豆、燕麦、虾皮、甘蓝、鸡蛋、豆腐、黑芝麻、藕、馒头、香菇、银耳、鱼肉松、菠菜、银杏、红薯淀粉、小葱、椒盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油。本发明提供的一种早餐粥,原料丰富,搭配科学,含有粗粮、海产品、豆制品、食用菌、蔬菜、蛋类等,含有人体易缺乏的营养元素,营养丰富全面,易于吸收利用,口感香鲜,能够增加食欲;制备过程不添加任何增稠剂,食用更加安全健康;本发明克服了早餐营养单一、不均衡的缺点,丰富多样的营养,能够满足人体上午的能量需要,可以增强身体抵抗力,抗衰老,抗癌,延年益寿;早餐粥食用简单,携带方便。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种早餐,尤其涉及一种早餐粥。
背景技术
早餐是人们早上起床后结束饥饿状态的第一次正式用餐,“一日之计在于晨”,早餐是一天中最重要的一顿饭,中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所学生营养研究室主任研究员、中国学生营养促进会秘书长马冠生教授说,早餐是早上起床后结束饥饿状态的第一次正式用餐。青少年的早餐行为不仅影响全天能量和营养素的摄入,而且对他们的认知能力和学习成绩也有影响。长期不吃早餐还会影响营养状况和生长发育。因此,早餐并非是可吃可不吃的,它是良好饮食习惯必要和重要的组成部分。不仅要提倡早餐,而且要保证高质量的早餐。此外,学生上午听课要用脑子,而脑细胞惟一的热量来源就是葡萄糖,早餐中富含的碳水化合物分解后可直接提供充足的葡萄糖。目前中式早餐多以油条、包子、面条等为主食,这些食物不仅含盐量高,容易引起高血压,而且经常食用油炸食品还容易致癌。因此,现在急需一种营养全面、安全健康的早餐新品种。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种早餐粥。
一种早餐粥,按重量计由以下原料组成:富硒大米15%~20%、玉米5%~10%、小米5%~10%、黑米5%~10%、红豆5%~10%、燕麦5%~10%、虾皮5%~10%、甘蓝5%~10%、鸡蛋5%~10%、豆腐3%~5%、黑芝麻3%~5%、藕3%~5%、馒头3%~5%、香菇3%~5%、银耳3%~5%、鱼肉松3%~5%、菠菜3%~5%、银杏1%~3%、红薯淀粉2%~5%、小葱3%~5%、椒盐3%~5%、黑胡椒3%~5%、橄榄油2%~5%。
一种早餐粥,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将粗粮(富硒大米、玉米、小米、黑米、红豆和燕麦)洗净,用冷水浸泡1~2小时;
(2)在锅内加入粗粮3倍量的水,加入橄榄油,水沸后,将浸泡后的粗粮倒入锅内,小火熬煮30~35分钟;
(3)将甘蓝、黑芝麻、藕、银杏和红薯淀粉放进打浆机,加入1/2~1倍量的水,进行打浆,打浆完毕后,倒入锅内,继续小火搅拌煮沸10~15分钟;
(4)将豆腐、香菇、银耳切碎,和虾皮、鱼肉松一起放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮10~15分钟;
(5)将馒头去皮,切碎,菠菜洗净后,用开水漂烫40~60秒,切碎,放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮3~5分钟;
(6)鸡蛋打碎,搅打均匀后,慢慢倒入锅内,成很小的蛋花;
(7)将小葱洗净,切碎,与椒盐、黑胡椒一起放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮5~10分钟;
(8)称重,包装,可用吸管进行吸食。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种早餐粥,原料丰富,搭配科学,含有粗粮、海产品、豆制品、食用菌、蔬菜、蛋类等,含有人体易缺乏的营养元素,营养丰富全面,易于吸收利用,口感香鲜,能够增加食欲;制备过程不添加任何增稠剂,食用更加安全健康;本发明克服了早餐营养单一、不均衡的缺点,丰富多样的营养,能够满足人体上午的能量需要,可以增强身体抵抗力,抗衰老,抗癌,延年益寿;早餐粥食用简单,携带方便。经过合理配比营养全面,经过科学的处理,可以消除原料中一些成分单独使用时产生的副作用或者微弱的毒性,最大限度地保留原料中的营养成分,科学配比及制备后可以提升人体的吸收率,而且不使用防腐剂也可以延长饮品的保存时间。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种早餐粥,由以下原料组成:富硒大米17%、玉米6%、小米6%、黑米6%、红豆6%、燕麦6%、虾皮5%、甘蓝5%、鸡蛋5%、豆腐3%、黑芝麻3%、藕3%、馒头3%、香菇3%、银耳3%、鱼肉松3%、菠菜3%、银杏1%、红薯淀粉2%、小葱3%、椒盐3%、黑胡椒3%、橄榄油2%。
一种早餐粥,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗粮(富硒大米、玉米、小米、黑米、红豆和燕麦)洗净,用冷水浸泡1小时;

一种早餐粥,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗粮(富硒大米、玉米、小米、黑米、红豆和燕麦)洗净,用冷水浸泡1.5小时;
(2)在锅内加入粗粮3倍量的水,加入橄榄油,水沸后,将浸泡后的粗粮倒入锅内,小火熬煮33分钟;
(3)将甘蓝、黑芝麻、藕、银杏和红薯淀粉放进打浆机,加入1倍量的水,进行打浆,打浆完毕后,倒入锅内,继续小火搅拌煮沸13分钟;
(4)将豆腐、香菇、银耳切碎,和虾皮、鱼肉松一起放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮13分钟;
(5)将馒头去皮,切碎,菠菜洗净后,用开水漂烫50秒,切碎,放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮4分钟;
(6)鸡蛋打碎,搅打均匀后,慢慢倒入锅内,成很小的蛋花;
(7)将小葱洗净,切碎,与椒盐、黑胡椒一起放入锅内,小火搅拌熬煮7分钟;
(8)称重,包装,可用吸管进行吸食。

1.一种早餐粥,其特征在于,按重量计由以下原料组成:富硒大米15%~20%、玉米5%~10%、小米5%~10%、黑米5%~10%、红豆5%~10%、燕麦5%~10%、虾皮5%~10%、甘蓝5%~10%、鸡蛋5%~10%、豆腐3%~5%、黑芝麻3%~5%、藕3%~5%、馒头3%~5%、香菇3%~5%、银耳3%~5%、鱼肉松3%~5%、菠菜3%~5%、银杏1%~3%、红薯淀粉2%~5%、小葱3%~5%、椒盐3%~5%、黑胡椒3%~5%、橄榄油2%~5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种早餐粥的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗粮(富硒大米、玉米、小米、黑米、红豆和燕麦)洗净,用冷水浸泡1~2小时;
(2)在锅内加入粗粮3倍量的水,加入橄榄油,水沸后,将浸泡后的粗粮倒入锅内,小火熬煮30~35分钟;
(3)将甘蓝、黑芝麻、藕、银杏和红薯淀粉放进打浆机,加入1/2~1倍量的水,进行打浆,打浆完毕后,倒入锅内,继续小火搅拌煮沸10~15分钟;
