Abstract

背景技术
现有技术已知可以实现旋转运动或平移运动的用于性刺激的装置。US2005/022819A1公开了用于性刺激的工具具有可前后运动的“梭”。原则上,US2005/022819A1的工具可以既用于女性刺激又用于男性刺激。但是,男性使用会导致难以掌握。原因是该装置必须为此目的而被重新构造,以使得其变得极其庞大和笨重。
实际上,需要用于男性刺激的手持工具和装置。一般而言并且在本文中,术语“男性刺激”被理解为对男性器官的刺激。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装置,特别是用于男性刺激的手持工具,其相对于现有技术具有改进。
该目的利用用于男性刺激的装置来实现,该装置具有空心活塞、驱动筒和传动装置,传动装置用于将驱动筒的旋转运动转变成空心活塞的轴向运动,其中驱动筒至少部分地围绕空心活塞。

在下文中,描述典型示例实施例,从而在一定程度上,同一附图标记用于相同或部分类似的实施例,并且在一定程度上,也用于多个不同的实施例。基本上,本申请不限于不同的实施例,相反其范围由权利要求确定。在一定程度上,各个部件仅仅与一个附图相关联地被举例说明,但是如果这些部件在其他附图中示出,则不需要对它们再次进行描述。
图1示出装置1的典型实施例。图1的装置1包括空心活塞3和驱动筒5。驱动筒5至少部分地围绕空心活塞3。
这里,围绕典型地表示空心活塞具有的外径小于驱动筒的内径。此外,根据操作装置,空心活塞典型地至少部分或完全被插入在驱动筒中。
图1的装置1包括传动装置,该传动装置用于将驱动筒5的旋转运动转变成空心活塞3的轴向运动。为此目的,引导部7设置在驱动筒5中。作为引导元件,固定连接到驱动筒的销9与该引导件接合。引导件7沿圆周方向以正弦方式延伸。在驱动筒5旋转时,空心活塞3沿其纵向轴线方向的(即,轴向的)水平移动通过销9沿轴向夹在引导部7中而实现。图1的实施例的驱动筒5可以通过手柄10而被手动驱动。

驱动装置的典型实施例包括空心活塞和驱动筒,而设置传动装置以用于将驱动筒的旋转运动转变成空心活塞的轴向运动。轴向运动被理解为空心活塞沿纵向轴线方向的平移运动。在典型实施例中,传动装置适合于仅仅允许空心活塞的平移运动,并且特别地防止空心活塞的旋转运动。
根据其他实施例,空心活塞还可以通过传动装置被设置成旋转运动。典型传动装置包括引导元件等,例如,螺纹件、轮、轴承或销,这些引导元件可以在引导部(例如槽、曲柄或凹口)中被引导。典型地,在实施例中,销设置在空心活塞的外侧上,引导部设置在驱动筒中。根据其他实施例,引导元件(例如,销、轮或轴承)被设置在驱动筒的内侧上,引导部设置在空心活塞中。其他传动装置包括齿轮,例如具有齿条或转轴的直齿轮。被引导的销或螺纹件的优点是构造简单;齿轮的优点是高承载能力。轮或轴承的优点是低摩擦。
根据实施例,一个或多个轮(特别是两个轮)被设置为引导元件,其与引导部接合。以此方式,可以减少摩擦。
根据实施例,引导部沿着驱动筒或空心活塞的外周的至少一部分在圆周方向上波状延伸。这里,“波状”包括具有上升部分和下降部分的正弦或余弦曲线,其中典型地,曲线的一阶导数也可以是连续的以实现均匀运动。典型波形包括一个或多个向上和向下周期或幅度。
典型地,驱动筒可以相对于空心活塞在两个方向上旋转。
根据实施例,引导部设置成凹口或槽。根据设置为槽的实施例,驱动筒被分成上部和下部。这些部分可以例如通过设置在驱动筒的外侧上的手柄连接。根据设置为驱动筒的内侧上的凹口的实施例,驱动筒可以设置成单件。其他可能性包括驱动筒沿着纵向分开,以便于制造或组装驱动筒。
典型地,销或螺纹件安装有弹簧,以实现稳定引导,而不会有例如销从槽或凹口中跳出。相反,不安装弹簧会装配更简单。
滑动接头11设置在空心活塞3中,其中安装导轨13以用于沿轴向引导销9。
图2示出图1的实施例的部件的部分截面图。具体地,图2示出引导件9在轴向对准的导轨13中被引导。以此方式,空心活塞3的旋转自由度相对于导轨13被锁定。驱动筒5的旋转导致空心活塞3沿轴向的上下运动。从而,空心活塞3沿其两个开口的方向移动。因为空心活塞3的旋转自由度被锁定,其不能随驱动筒5一起旋转。
典型实施例包括用于空心活塞的线性引导部,以使得空心活塞的旋转自由度被锁定。线性引导部通常包括导轨、承载系统、接头、处于槽中的销或用于导轨的滑动接头。
图2中的空心活塞3包括布置在空心活塞3的内侧上的衬垫17。
衬垫设置在典型实施例中,并且可选地包括凝胶垫、硅胶或泡沫。根据其他实施例,为简化组装,空心活塞的内侧没有衬垫。
根据图2所示的实施例,衬垫17布置在环形插入件20上。环形插入件20具有卡扣22,其在图5中示出。卡扣22允许安装衬垫17,或者还允许安装垫或其他管。卡扣类似于镜头盖的紧固件那样起作用。用于安装的其他可能性包括维克罗(Velcro)紧固件或具有粘着材料的粘着带。不具有卡扣的实施例更易于组装。卡扣提供将附加延伸部或衬垫插入在空心活塞内的可能性。这种插入会可重复地发生,从而可以使用多种尺寸和长度。
典型实施例的环形插入件的内表面的构造可以是平滑的、褶皱的或粗糙的。还可以提供螺纹或其他表面特征。
在典型实施例中,柔性材料的衬套被设置在空心活塞的开口或至少一个开口处。这种衬套的典型实施例是防水或防尘的。用于这种衬套的典型材料包括硅胶、橡胶或柔性塑料。其他可能性是管形入口,其被引导通过空心活塞。在典型实施例中,驱动筒通过衬套与空心活塞连接。典型地,利用轴承、滑动盘、特氟龙(Teflon)、陶瓷轴承、环氧化物或滑动材料来安装驱动筒。
图3示意性示出根据实施例的用于装置1的典型驱动装置的部件。图3的装置1的驱动筒5装有旋转环形齿轮24,环形齿轮24由齿轮26驱动。在典型实施例中,齿轮26由电机(未示出)驱动。通过利用控制单元(未示出)来控制电机的功率,实施例的旋转速度可以被调节。其他驱动装置包括液压马达、内燃机或涡轮机(例如风力涡轮机)。用于控制运动速度的其他可能性是结合减速齿轮箱。
图4示出具有驱动带28的驱动装置的另一实施例,驱动带28由轴30驱动并且还至少部分地围绕驱动筒5。轴30通过齿轮32被驱动以运动。具有驱动带28的驱动装置的优点为:在过载的情况下,驱动筒5上的驱动带28可以滑落,使得驱动装置不会发生过载。
图6示意性示出装置1的其他可选实施例,其具有空心延伸体40。空心延伸体40被固定在空心活塞3中或上,并且允许装置的内部空间得以伸展,例如用于提高刺激效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于性刺激的装置(1),其包括:
空心活塞(3);
驱动筒(5);和
传动装置(7,9),所述传动装置用于将所述驱动筒的旋转运动转变成所述空心活塞的轴向运动,
其中,所述驱动筒(5)至少部分地围绕所述空心活塞(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置包括引导元件和引导部(7),所述引导元件具体是销(9)、轮或轴承,其中,所述引导元件与所述引导部(7)接合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导元件设置在所述空心活塞(3)的外侧上,所述引导部(7)设置在所述驱动筒(5)中;或者所述引导元件布置在所述驱动筒(5)的内侧上,所述引导部(7)设置在所述空心活塞(3)中。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导部(7)沿着所述驱动筒(5)或所述空心活塞(3)的外周的至少一部分在圆周方向上波状延伸。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述引导部(7)是凹口或槽。
6.根据前述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,用于所述空心活塞(3)的线性引导部,使得所述空心活塞(3)的旋转自由度被锁定。
7.根据前述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,用于驱动所述驱动筒(5)的驱动装置。
8.根据前述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,防水或防尘的衬套,所述衬套设置在所述驱动筒(5)和所述空心活塞(3)之间和/或将所述驱动筒(5)与所述空心活塞(3)连接。
9.根据前述任一权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,用于安装在所述空心活塞(3)上的空心延伸体(40)。
