本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体的说是一种天然食品防腐剂,包括鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物、壳聚糖、纳他霉素和水,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述鱼精蛋白为2-8份、所述蜂胶为10-20份、所述荷叶提取物为9-15份、所述壳聚糖为12-16份、所述纳他霉素为1-3份、所述水为50-70份。本发明采用所使用的鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物、壳聚糖、纳他霉素和水、食盐、D-异抗坏血酸钠和醋酸等成份,能够广泛的应用在食品上,发挥保鲜、防腐的功效,并且其主要成份为鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物等天然成份,包含了天然植物的提取物和天然动物源,所以能够保证即使食用的量比较大的前提下,也不会对消费者的健康造成较大的损害,并且天然成份防腐效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体的说是一种天然食品防腐剂。
背景技术
防腐剂是指天然或合成的化学成份,用于加入食品、药品、颜料、生物标本等,以延迟微生物生长或化学变化引起的腐败。亚硝酸盐及二氧化硫是常用的防腐剂之一。防腐剂主要作用是抑制微生物的生长和繁殖,以延长食品的保存时间,抑制物质腐败的药剂。食品防腐剂能抑制微生物活动,防止食品腐败变质,从而延长食品的保质期。防腐剂是用以保持食品原有品质和营养价值为目的的食品添加剂。规定使用的防腐剂有苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、荷叶提取物等25种。
现有的防腐剂大多都是以化学成份为主的居多,但是化学成份的使用虽然复合国家相关规定,但是如果防腐剂内含有过多的人工合成化学成份,对人体健康难免会产生负面的影响,如专利申请号为CN201210306071.5,申请日为2012-08-27,名称为“安全高效的复配食品防腐剂”的发明专利,其技术内容为:本发明公开了一种安全高效的复配食品防腐剂,由防腐剂1、防腐剂2、防腐剂3、酸度调节剂、稳定剂、乳化剂、增味剂、抗结剂组成。虽然从技术效果上来看,上述专利声称是安全高效,但是从其配方上来讲,基本上全部都是合成的化学成份,所以其对人体而言,并非完全安全和健康。
发明内容
为了克服现有食品防腐剂存在的对人体健康有损害的问题,现在提出一种由天然成份加入的食品防腐剂。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明技术方案如下:
一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于,包括鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物、壳聚糖、纳他霉素和水,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述鱼精蛋白为2-8份、所述蜂胶为10-20份、所述荷叶提取物为9-15份、所述壳聚糖为12-16份、所述纳他霉素为1-3份、所述水为50-70份。
所述鱼精蛋白为3-6份、所述蜂胶为12-17份、所述荷叶提取物为10-13份、所述壳聚糖为11-13份、所述纳他霉素为2-3份、所述水为55-65份。
所述鱼精蛋白为5份、所述蜂胶为16份、所述荷叶提取物为12份、所述壳聚糖为12份、所述纳他霉素为2份、所述水为60份。
还包括有食盐、D-异抗坏血酸钠和醋酸,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述食盐为1-5份、所述D-异抗坏血酸钠为0.1-2.5份、所述醋酸为1-4份。
所述食盐为3份、所述D-异抗坏血酸钠为1.2份、所述醋酸为3份。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明采用所使用的鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物、壳聚糖、纳他霉素和水、食盐、D-异抗坏血酸钠和醋酸等成份,能够广泛的应用在食品上,发挥保鲜、防腐的功效,并且其主要成份为鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物等天然成份,包含了天然植物的提取物和天然动物源,所以能够保证即使食用的量比较大的前提下,也不会对消费者的健康造成较大的损害,并且天然成份防腐效果更佳。

1.一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:包括鱼精蛋白、蜂胶、荷叶提取物、壳聚糖、纳他霉素和水,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述鱼精蛋白为2-8份、所述蜂胶为10-20份、所述荷叶提取物为9-15份、所述壳聚糖为12-16份、所述纳他霉素为1-3份、所述水为50-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:所述鱼精蛋白为3-6份、所述蜂胶为12-17份、所述荷叶提取物为10-13份、所述壳聚糖为11-13份、所述纳他霉素为2-3份、所述水为55-65份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:所述鱼精蛋白为5份、所述蜂胶为16份、所述荷叶提取物为12份、所述壳聚糖为12份、所述纳他霉素为2份、所述水为60份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:还包括有食盐、D-异抗坏血酸钠和醋酸,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述食盐为1-5份、所述D-异抗坏血酸钠为0.1-2.5份、所述醋酸为1-4份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种天然食品防腐剂,其特征在于:所述食盐为3份、所述D-异抗坏血酸钠为1.2份、所述醋酸为3份。
