所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇60份、叶黄素10份、麦芽糖醇08份、维生素C15份、维生素E15份、甜菊糖8份、香精2份、蓝莓粉10份、枸杞粉8份、胡萝卜粉8份、乳清蛋白粉15份、β-胡萝卜素12份、酸味剂5份。
所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇45份、叶黄素6份、麦芽糖醇4份、维生素C10份、维生素E10份、甜菊糖4份、香精1.1份、蓝莓粉6份、枸杞粉6.5份、胡萝卜粉6份、乳清蛋白粉12.5份、β-胡萝卜素8.5份、酸味剂2.5份。
所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,所述的酸味剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、磷酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、偏酒石酸、乙酸、盐酸、己二酸、富马酸、氢氧化钠、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸酸钾、碳酸氢三钠、柠檬酸一钠中的一种或两种以上。
所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂的制备方法,
(1)将木糖醇粉碎目数为100-200目,然后按照重量份数与叶黄素、维生素C、维生素E、甜菊糖、香精、莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉、乳清蛋白粉、β-胡萝卜素混合,混合过程中不断搅拌,搅拌以800-1000rpm进行搅拌,为了使其混合打浆均匀,温度控制在30-50℃。
(2)将步骤(1)中的混合料上喷洒麦芽糖醇浆水溶液和酸味剂,麦芽糖醇浆水溶液中麦芽糖醇含量为60%-75%,然后通过造粒机进行造粒。
(3)造粒后通过分子筛进行过滤筛选,分子筛目数位20-40目。
(4)最后进行干燥包装,将经过分子筛过滤筛选后的粒剂放入到烘箱中抽真空干燥,干燥温度为50-60℃,干燥时间控制在1-3h,确保粒剂中含水量不超过2.5%,然后进行包装尽可。
有益效果:
1.本发明设计一种木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂及制备方法,原料丰富,易生产制备,具有活血化瘀、清肝明目之功效,有效用于改善眼疲劳、视力差,同时本发明中将各种组分容纳于粒剂中,可以很好服用,同时加入木糖醇医药生理功能的甜味物质,人体吸收迅速。
本发明在制备过程中保留了各种营养成分不受破坏,同时保留蓝莓酸酸甜甜的口感,而且各种成分的配比,是经过科学配比,符合现代营养,同时符合传统中医学的特性,加入蓝莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉、乳清蛋白粉、叶黄素从而达到清肝明目、活血化瘀的效果。

一种木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其组成包括:木糖醇、叶黄素、麦芽糖醇、维生素C、维生素E、甜菊糖、香精、莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉、乳清蛋白粉、β-胡萝卜素、酸味剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇30-60份、叶黄素2-10份、麦芽糖醇0.5-8份、维生素C5-15份、维生素E5-15份、甜菊糖0.5-8份、香精0.2-2份、蓝莓粉2-10份、枸杞粉5-8份、胡萝卜粉4-8份、乳清蛋白粉10-15份、β-胡萝卜素5-12份、酸味剂0-5份。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇30份、叶黄素2份、麦芽糖醇0.5份、维生素C5份、维生素E5份、甜菊糖0.5份、香精0.2份、蓝莓粉2份、枸杞粉份、胡萝卜粉4份、乳清蛋白粉10份、β-胡萝卜素5份。

根据实施例1或2所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇60份、叶黄素10份、麦芽糖醇08份、维生素C15份、维生素E15份、甜菊糖8份、香精2份、蓝莓粉10份、枸杞粉8份、胡萝卜粉8份、乳清蛋白粉15份、β-胡萝卜素12份、酸味剂5份。
实施例4:
根据实施例1或2或3所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其重量分数为:木糖醇45份、叶黄素6份、麦芽糖醇4份、维生素C10份、维生素E10份、甜菊糖4份、香精1.1份、蓝莓粉6份、枸杞粉6.5份、胡萝卜粉6份、乳清蛋白粉12.5份、β-胡萝卜素8.5份、酸味剂2.5份。
实施例5:
根据实施例1或2或3或4所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,所述的酸味剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、磷酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、偏酒石酸、乙酸、盐酸、己二酸、富马酸、氢氧化钠、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸酸钾、碳酸氢三钠、柠檬酸一钠中的一种或两种以上。

根据实施例1或2或3或4或5所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂的制备方法,

1.一种木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其组成包括:木糖醇、叶黄素、麦芽糖醇、维生素C、维生素E、甜菊糖、香精、莓粉、枸杞粉、胡萝卜粉、乳清蛋白粉、β-胡萝卜素、酸味剂,其特征是:其重量分数为:木糖醇30-60份、叶黄素2-10份、麦芽糖醇0.5-8份、维生素C5-15份、维生素E5-15份、甜菊糖0.5-8份、香精0.2-2份、蓝莓粉2-10份、枸杞粉5-8份、胡萝卜粉4-8份、乳清蛋白粉10-15份、β-胡萝卜素5-12份、酸味剂0-5份。

5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂,其特征是:所述的酸味剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、磷酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、偏酒石酸、乙酸、盐酸、己二酸、富马酸、氢氧化钠、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸酸钾、碳酸氢三钠、柠檬酸一钠中的一种或两种以上。
6.一种权利要求1-4之一所述的木糖醇叶黄素可缓解眼疲劳粒剂的制备方法,其特征是:
