Abstract

一种适用于安装煤气表的表弯管生产工艺,其特点是取一段镀锌管或无缝钢管加热至红炽状态,然后冲压成一端带凸台的直管,另一端加工外螺纹,再将该直管通过胎具冲压折成带有弯度的成品表弯管。本发明具有生产工艺简单、成品率高、成本低、材料选择范围宽、易于推广等特点。

Description

表弯管的生产工艺
本发明属于管件加工技术领域,具体地说是一种煤气进户管线与煤气表联接中表弯管的加工技术。
表弯管是在煤气进户安装煤气表过程中所必须使用的。由于煤气表自身的结构,从而限定了表弯管是一种一端带有凸台、另一端带有外螺纹的结构。目前通用的煤气用表弯管是韧铁铸件加工成的,其具体工艺是:先开弯管状木型,然后制做金属模样,当其结构尺寸符合制作要求以后再翻砂铸连,将毛坯铸件进行清砂、机械加工、打压而制成成品。这种方法具有工艺复杂、生产效率低、设备投资大、成本高等缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种采用冲压成型而制成表弯管的生产工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:其生产工艺是取一段镀锌管或无缝钢管加热至红炽状态,然后冲压成一端带凸台的直管,另一端加工外螺纹,再将该直管通过胎具冲压折成带有弯度的成品表弯管。
采用上述工艺生产的成品表弯管,只需将按要求尺寸切断的镀锌管加热冲压、机加折弯及打压试验等六道工序即可实现,大大地缩短了原表弯管的铸造及整型工艺,而且成品率达到98-100%,提高了50%左右。综上所述,本发明具有生产工艺简单、成品率高、成本低、材料选择范围宽、易于推广等特点。
下面将结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1-4是本发明的工艺流程简图。
实施例1
采用1/2″的镀锌管,按表弯管联接尺寸的技术要求,截断为170毫米长(图1所示),然后用炉将其加热至红炽程度,迅速将其放入事先按尺寸要求制作的胎具内,在20-30吨压力下一次冲压成型(图2所示);在一端冲压成凸台形状的另一端加工成外螺纹(图3所示),再将该直管通过压力及胎具冲压折成90度弯(图4),经过打压试验合格后即为成品表弯管。

1、一种适用于安装煤气表的表弯管生产工艺,其特征是取一段镀锌管或无缝钢管加热至红炽状态,然后冲压成一端带凸台的直管,另一端加工外螺纹,再将该直管通过胎具冲压折成带有弯度的成品表弯管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生产工艺,其特征是胎具冲压折成90度弯的表弯管。
