Abstract

一种属于汽车技术领域的座位自动前后移动装置,包括车体、固定板、支架、推拉杆、电机、线束、受力感应器,前支架、后支架的下端均布置在固定板的凹槽内,前支架、后支架的上端均与车座的下端固结在一起,推拉杆的两端分别与后支架、电机连接在一起,受力感应器布置在车体的前罩盖上。在本发明中,当电子控制单元通过受力感应器监测到汽车前部发生碰撞时,就通过电机把车座向后拉,从而减小驾驶员的受伤程度。本发明结构合理,设计简单,适用于汽车碰撞减损系统的优化设计。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体地说,是一种可以在碰撞过程中减轻驾驶员受伤程度的座位自动前后移动装置。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和发展,以及人们生活水平的提高,汽车的数量越来越多。汽车在给人们的生活带来方便的同时,也会经常有汽车事故的发生。尤其是在交通拥挤的城市,汽车追尾、碰撞等事故天天都在发生。追尾是指同车道行驶的车辆尾随而行时,后车车头与前车车尾相撞的行为,主要由于跟进间距小于最小安全间距和驾驶员反应迟缓或制动系统性能不良所致。追尾、碰撞等事故发生后,人们往往都是通过保险理赔等方式来减少自己的损失。但是有的交通事故会付出生命的代价,即使得到理赔也不能弥补亲人心灵的创伤。如何在交通事故中减小汽车的撞击损失,从而进一步保护驾驶员的生命安全,这是汽车技术领域中一个非常重要的课题。
在现有的文献中,减小汽车的撞击损失往往都是通过加固汽车零部件来实现。在交通事故中,若是驾驶员的座位可以根据碰撞情况自动前后移动,则驾驶员的受伤程度可以进一步减小。在现在有的文献中,还没驾驶员座位自动控制的相关技术。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,提供一种座位自动前后移动装置,可以使驾驶员的座位可以根据碰撞情况自动前后移动。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的,本发明包括车体、发动机、电子控制单元、前车轮、后车轮、车座、固定板、前支架、后支架、推拉杆、电机、线束、受力感应器,发动机、电子控制单元布置在车体的前端,前车轮、后车轮布置在车体的底壳上,固定板布置在车体的底盘上,固定板中间带有凹槽,前支架、后支架的下端均布置在固定板的凹槽内,前支架、后支架的上端均与车座的下端固结在一起,电机固定在固定板的后端,推拉杆的两端分别与后支架、电机连接在一起,受力感应器布置在车体的前罩盖上,车座为驾驶员座,电机、受力感应器均通过线束与电子控制单元相连接。
进一步地,在本发明中,电机为步定电机,车体内的副驾驶座也可以前后移动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,结构简单,可以使驾驶员的座位可以根据碰撞情况自动前后移动,从而进一步保护驾驶员员的生命安全。

实施例
本发明的实施例如图1、图2所示,本发明包括车体1、发动机2、电子控制单元3、前车轮4、后车轮5、车座6、固定板7、前支架8、后支架9、推拉杆10、电机11、线束12、受力感应器13,发动机2、电子控制单元3布置在车体1的前端,前车轮4、后车轮5布置在车体1的底壳上,固定板7布置在车体1的底盘上,固定板7中间带有凹槽,前支架8、后支架9的下端均布置在固定板7的凹槽内,前支架8、后支架9的上端均与车座6的下端固结在一起,电机11固定在固定板7的后端,推拉杆10的两端分别与后支架9、电机11连接在一起,受力感应器13布置在车体1的前罩盖上,车座6为驾驶员座,电机11、受力感应器13均通过线束12与电子控制单元3相连接,电机11为步定电机。
在本发明的实施过程中,当电子控制单元3通过受力感应器13监测到车体1的前部发生碰撞时,就通过电机11拉动车座6向后移动,从而使驾驶员被动的相后移动,减少驾驶员与车体1之间的碰撞程度,从而可以有效保护驾驶员的生命安全。

1.一种座位自动前后移动装置,包括车体(1)、发动机(2)、电子控制单元(3)、前车轮(4)、后车轮(5),发动机(2)、电子控制单元(3)布置在车体(1)的前端,前车轮(4)、后车轮(5)布置在车体(1)的底壳上,其特征在于,还包括车座(6)、固定板(7)、前支架(8)、后支架(9)、推拉杆(10)、电机(11)、线束(12)、受力感应器(13),固定板(7)布置在车体(1)的底盘上,固定板(7)中间带有凹槽,前支架(8)、后支架(9)的下端均布置在固定板(7)的凹槽内,前支架(8)、后支架(9)的上端均与车座(6)的下端固结在一起,电机(11)固定在固定板(7)的后端,推拉杆(10)的两端分别与后支架(9)、电机(11)连接在一起,受力感应器(13)布置在车体(1)的前罩盖上,车座(6)为驾驶员座,电机(11)、受力感应器(13)均通过线束(12)与电子控制单元(3)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座位自动前后移动装置,其特征在于电机(11)为步定电机,车体(1)内的副驾驶座也可以前后移动。
