Abstract
一种属于汽车技术领域的顺时针逆时针自动切换装置,包括车体、电子控制单元、线束、底座、支架、车座、靠背、旋转轴、电机、受力感应器,车座通过第一支架与底座固定在一起,电机通过第二支架与底座固定在一起,靠背通过旋转轴与车座铰接在一起,旋转轴的一端与电机连接在一起,受力感应器布置在车体的前后罩盖上。在本发明中,当电子控制单元通过受力感应器监测到汽车前部或后部发生碰撞时,就通过电机把靠背向后或向前旋转,从而减小驾驶员的受伤程度。本发明结构合理,设计简单,适用于汽车碰撞减损系统的优化设计。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体地说,是一种可以在碰撞过程中减轻驾驶员受伤程度的顺时针逆时针自动切换装置。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和发展,以及人们生活水平的提高,汽车的数量越来越多。汽车在给人们的生活带来方便的同时,也会经常有汽车事故的发生。尤其是在交通拥挤的城市,汽车追尾、碰撞等事故天天都在发生。追尾是指同车道行驶的车辆尾随而行时,后车车头与前车车尾相撞的行为,主要由于跟进间距小于最小安全间距和驾驶员反应迟缓或制动系统性能不良所致。追尾、碰撞等事故发生后,人们往往都是通过保险理赔等方式来减少自己的损失。但是有的交通事故会付出生命的代价,即使得到理赔也不能弥补亲人心灵的创伤。如何在交通事故中减小汽车的撞击损失,从而进一步保护驾驶员的生命安全,这是汽车技术领域中一个非常重要的课题。
在现有的文献中,减小汽车的撞击损失往往都是通过加固汽车零部件来实现。在交通事故中,若是驾驶员的靠背可以根据碰撞情况自动前后旋转,则驾驶员的受伤程度可以进一步减小。在现在有的文献中,还没驾驶员座位自动控制的相关技术。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,提供一种顺时针逆时针自动切换装置,可以使驾驶员的座位可以根据碰撞情况自动前后旋转。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的,本发明包括车体、发动机、电子控制单元、前车轮、后车轮、线束、底座、第一支架、车座、靠背、旋转轴、第二支架、电机、第一受力感应器、第二受力感应器,发动机、电子控制单元布置在车体的前端,前车轮、后车轮布置在车体的底壳上,底座布置在车体的底盘上,车座通过第一支架与底座固定在一起,电机通过第二支架与底座固定在一起,靠背通过旋转轴与车座铰接在一起,旋转轴的一端与靠背侧壁对齐,旋转轴的另一端与电机连接在一起,车座为驾驶员座,第一受力感应器布置在车体的前罩盖上,第二受力感应器布置在车体的后罩盖上,电机、第一受力感应器、第二受力感应器均通过线束与电子控制单元连接在一起。
进一步地,在本发明中,电机为步定电机,副驾驶座的靠背也可以旋转。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,结构简单,可以使驾驶员的座位可以根据碰撞情况自动前后旋转,从而进一步保护驾驶员员的生命安全。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。

本发明的实施例如图1、图2所示,本发明包括车体1、发动机2、电子控制单元3、前车轮4、后车轮5、线束6、底座7、第一支架8、车座9、靠背10、旋转轴11、第二支架12、电机13、第一受力感应器14、第二受力感应器15,发动机2、电子控制单元3布置在车体1的前端,前车轮4、后车轮5布置在车体1的底壳上,底座7布置在车体1的底盘上,车座9通过第一支架8与底座7固定在一起,电机13通过第二支架12与底座7固定在一起,靠背10通过旋转轴11与车座9铰接在一起,旋转轴11的一端与靠背10侧壁对齐,旋转轴11的另一端与电机13连接在一起,车座9为驾驶员座,第一受力感应器14布置在车体1的前罩盖上,第二受力感应器15布置在车体1的后罩盖上,电机13、第一受力感应器14、第二受力感应器15均通过线束6与电子控制单元3连接在一起,电机13为步定电机。
在本发明的实施过程中,当电子控制单元3通过第一受力感应器14监测到车体1的前部发生碰撞时,就通过电机13控制靠背10顺时针向后旋转,从而使驾驶员被动的相后旋转,减少驾驶员与车体1之间的碰撞程度,从而可以有效保护驾驶员的生命安全。同理,当电子控制单元3通过第二受力感应器15监测到车体1的后部发生碰撞时,就通过电机13控制靠背10逆时针向前旋转。

1.一种顺时针逆时针自动切换装置,包括车体(1)、发动机(2)、电子控制单元(3)、前车轮(4)、后车轮(5),发动机(2)、电子控制单元(3)布置在车体(1)的前端,前车轮(4)、后车轮(5)布置在车体(1)的底壳上,其特征在于,还包括线束(6)、底座(7)、第一支架(8)、车座(9)、靠背(10)、旋转轴(11)、第二支架(12)、电机(13)、第一受力感应器(14)、第二受力感应器(15),底座(7)布置在车体(1)的底盘上,车座(9)通过第一支架(8)与底座(7)固定在一起,电机(13)通过第二支架(12)与底座(7)固定在一起,靠背(10)通过旋转轴(11)与车座(9)铰接在一起,旋转轴(11)的一端与靠背(10)侧壁对齐,旋转轴(11)的另一端与电机(13)连接在一起,车座(9)为驾驶员座,第一受力感应器(14)布置在车体(1)的前罩盖上,第二受力感应器(15)布置在车体(1)的后罩盖上,电机(13)、第一受力感应器(14)、第二受力感应器(15)均通过线束(6)与电子控制单元(3)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顺时针逆时针自动切换装置,其特征在于电机(13)为步定电机,副驾驶座的靠背也可以旋转。
