Abstract

本发明公开了一种切纸刀用锯轮，包括中心位置的轴孔以及最外层的切割层，所述轴孔至切割层之间依次设置有散热层、钢带增强层，所述散热层含有多个弧形扇叶，相邻所述扇叶之间设置有螺栓孔，所散热层上还设置有若干大小相等的散热孔，所述钢带增强层与所述切割层之间纵向设置若干个冷却液流道，横向设置冷却液槽，所述切割层端面上开设有若干个锯槽。本发明结构简单，提高了锯轮在高速运转下的稳定性以及锯轮的散热性能，能够及时传递锯轮体内部热量，避免了工件损伤，提高了加工质量，从而延长了工件寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生纸生产加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种切纸刀用锯轮。
背景技术
在卫生纸的生产中需要使用复卷机进行收卷、打孔、切割、压痕等操作。其中，在切割过程中需要使用到锯轮。目前使用的锯轮存在以下问题：在高速运转过程中，对锯轮稳定性会有很大影响，采用钢制的锯轮，由于重量大、惯性大，在动平衡校正过程中，难度大，因此很难保证锯轮在高速运转过程中锯轮的稳定性；由于锯轮与锯条之间是刚性接触，锯带在扭曲过程中应力大、易断裂，从而影响锯带使用寿命；同时，在切割过程中，如果锯轮固定不紧、轴向受力过大或者长时间切割后，锯轮升温造成硬度下降，均可以造成运转时的锯轮破碎，需要及时散热。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷，有必要将其进一步改进，使其更具备实用性，才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为克服上述不足，本发明目的提供一种切纸刀用锯轮，以解决打孔锯轮稳定性、散热效果不理想等问题。
本发明的方案如下：一种切纸刀用锯轮，包括中心位置的轴孔以及最外层的切割层，所述轴孔至切割层之间依次设置有散热层、钢带增强层，所述散热层含有多个围绕轴孔中心径向环形分布的弧形扇叶，相邻所述扇叶之间设置有螺栓孔，所散热层上还设置有若干大小相等的散热孔，所述钢带增强层与所述切割层之间纵向设置若干个冷却液流道，横向设置冷却液槽，所述切割层端面上开设有若干个锯槽，所述锯槽表面设置有交叉的网状条纹。
具体地，本发明的锯槽为8-12个。
本发明的有益效果：本发明结构简单，本发明有效地解决了锯轮在高速运转时的不稳定的问题，降低了锯轮安装以及平衡校正的难度，提高了锯轮在高速运转下的稳定性；同时，设置的散热层以及冷却液槽、冷却流道，大大提高了锯轮的散热性能，能够及时传递锯轮体内部热量，避免了工件损伤，提高了加工质量，从而延长了工件寿命。

如图1所示，一种切纸刀用锯轮，包括中心位置的轴孔1以及最外层的切割层4，所述轴孔1至切割层4之间依次设置有散热层、钢带增强层9。
作为本发明的优选方案，本发明的散热层含有多个围绕轴孔1中心径向环形分布的弧形扇叶3。
作为本发明的优选方案，相邻本发明的扇叶3之间设置有螺栓孔6。
作为本发明的优选方案，本发明的散热层上还设置有若干大小相等的散热孔2。
作为本发明的优选方案，本发明的切割层4与钢带增强9之间纵向设置若干个冷却液流道5，横向设置冷却液槽7。
作为本发明的优选方案，本发明的切割层4端面上开设有若干个锯槽8。
作为本发明的优选方案，本发明的锯槽8表面设置有交叉的网状条纹。
