已知一种在塑料面板或类似结构上预先钻好的 圆孔中加工出倒角的工具。本文提出了一种在面板 或类似结构上预先用钻孔装置打好的孔中安装膨胀 元件的方法,在上述方法中,在钻好孔后,按照本发 明,通过钻孔装置或面板的圆周运动,在钻孔的底部 加工出一个倒角以安插膨胀元件。膨胀元件包括一 个有外螺纹的螺栓,它旋入底部设有可膨胀部分的盘 状板的锥形窄孔中,这样,就在有锥形倒角的钻孔中 形成牢固的固定。

Description

本发明涉及一种在面板或类似结构上的用钻头钻出的孔中安装膨胀元件的方法。
已知的用于固定元件的定位方法,一般是用一个孔端扩成圆锥形的钻孔将固定元件紧固住。主要用于在混凝土、多孔混凝土或类似材料上钻孔的装置通常均装有一带凹部的止动片,该装置中有一个装在钻柄上的半圆形卡环。通过钻头的摆动及扰动在钻孔端部形成锥形倒角。但是上述钻孔装置却不适用于塑料类材料的固定基底或面板。为了固定上述基底,已有一种工具,使用时首先将它同普通的钻孔装置一起插入预先钻好的圆孔中,然后用这种工具的切削头通过与切削头的圆锥形状相对应的摇摆运动,就可形成倒角。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在面板或类似结构上用钻头钻出的孔中安装膨胀元件的方法,其过程是先加工一个圆孔,在圆孔底部再加工出一个倒角槽,膨胀元件可以在其中固定。
上述目的通过权利要求中阐明的特征达到。利用一个装在钻柄上的圆锥形钻头,在面板或类似结构上打出孔,同时,通过圆锥形钻头的圆周运动,在钻孔的底部加工出一倒角。圆周运动可通过钻头自身得到,或在固定钻头条件下通过面板的圆周运动实现。然后即可将膨胀元件嵌入以上述方法在面板上加工出的带倒角的钻孔中。
在上述安装过程中所使用的钻头最好其头部沿钻柄有一锥度,在钻头端面镶有一圆形钻石片,在上述钻石片的周边有一形成切削面的斜面。钻头头部的钻石片上的斜面使面板避免自钻孔倒角部分裂开。特别地,如果在孔的底部进行尖角扩孔时,会产生裂缝或裂隙。然而在钻石片的周边采用倾斜的切割面可在钻孔底部形成倒角时避免在钻孔中形成尖角扩孔,从而可消除产生裂纹的危险。钻头头部的锥形部分最好也镶一层钻石。
包括一个带外螺纹的螺栓和一个带有可膨胀部分的盘形板的膨胀元件插入带有倒角的钻孔中。螺栓插入盘形板圆锥形窄孔中的部分最好为锥形,螺栓上直径较小的部分的长度与膨胀部分的长度相对应。当可膨胀部分在带有圆锥形倒角的钻孔中完成膨胀过程后,就可获得牢固的固定,如在钻孔的凹角中加入粘结剂则效果将更好。
当有外螺纹的螺栓旋入盘形板直径减小的锥形孔时,螺栓在其直径由大到小的过渡段上与盘形板紧紧地卡在一起,从而形成高强度的固定。具有较大直径的锥形部分的圆锥过渡段与盘形板中的孔的锥线相对应。
螺栓锥形部分外螺纹与可膨胀部分内螺纹的嵌合,使螺栓在盘形板中形成牢固的固定。
下面将参照附图对本发明作详细描述:
图1是一种带几个钻头的面板的三维视图;
图2表示按照本发明的插入面板中的一个膨胀元件;
图3是带有可膨胀部分的盘形板的三维视图;
图4是图3所示盘形板的底视图。
图1表示出安置有一个具有多个钻头的钻孔装置的面板1′,图中只画出了钻孔装置夹头3的一部分。钻柄2a有一个锥状的钻头头部2b,其上装有一个圆形的钻石片2c。将钻孔装置降到面板1上或将面板1升向钻头2即可在面板上钻孔。当钻头2到达钻孔的底部时,通过钻头2或面板1的圆周运动,在钻孔底部形成倒角。沿钻石片2c周边的斜面2d使圆锥形倒角钻孔的扩孔区不产生尖角,以免在面板的该区域产生裂纹。而且,由图2可见,钻石片2c上的斜面2d在倒角处形成一个肩部4,它可以防止在面板1的这一区域产生裂缝或裂隙。
图2中所示的膨胀元件包括一个具有外螺纹5的螺栓6,螺栓上部的直径大于它伸入盘形板7中部分的直径。在盘形板7的底部有由径向槽9分隔开的可膨胀部分8。
当螺栓6旋入盘形板7和可膨胀部分8时,使可膨胀部分8发生膨胀,这样膨胀元件就牢固地固定在钻孔中。在扩充的锥形钻孔10中注入粘合剂可增强上述固定的效果。
图3所示的盘形板7有一个圆锥形窄孔11,图2中所示的螺栓6就旋入该孔中。当螺栓6全部旋入盘形板7时,图2中所示的过渡段12就被紧紧地卡在锥孔11中。因为螺栓6锥形部分的长度与可膨胀部分8的长度相对应,当螺栓6完全旋入时,由于螺栓的锥形部分不会越过钻孔的底部而穿入面板,所以使得可膨胀部分8的完全膨胀得到保证。
图4表示盘形板7底部的可膨胀部分8,它被径向槽9分隔。可膨胀部分8的内侧带有内螺纹13,这段螺纹使旋入可膨胀部分8的螺栓6被紧紧地固定住。

Claims (3)

1、一种在面板或类似结构上用钻头钻出的孔中安装膨胀元件的方法,其特征在于,面板(1)或类似结构上的孔是至少用一个钻头(2)钻成的,钻头的钻柄(2a)上有一锥形钻头(2b),同样在上述操作中,通过圆周运动在钻孔的底部加工出了一个倒角,圆周运动可以在面板(1)静止时,由钻头(2)进行,或可以在钻头(2)静止时,由面板(1)进行。
2、用于在权利要求1的方法中加工锥形倒角钻孔的钻头,其特征在于:锥形钻柄表面覆盖一层钻石,在呈锥形扩大的端面周边有一作为切削面的斜面。
3、用于权利要求1的方法中的膨胀元件,其特征在于:带有外螺纹(5)的螺栓(6)上的直径减小的一段旋入盘形板(7)的锥孔(11)中,在盘形板(7)下部的可膨胀部分(8)有内螺纹(13)。
