Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,包括光源和散热器,其由高导热陶瓷为基板,所述基板的一面焊接于金属支架上,另一面印刷有金属电路用于和LED芯片贴合以对所述光源进行表面贴装;在金属支架两侧均焊接有高导热陶瓷基板,高导热陶瓷基板上表面贴装LED灯珠,形成双面出光。所述双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯使用高导热陶瓷为基板,散热效果优异;使用LED芯片进行光源的表面封装,使得光源面积最小,厚度最小,出光位置更集中,处于汽车大灯反光罩的焦点处,提高了光源的出光效率;散热器结构上窄下宽,窄部便于安装,宽部提高了齿片散热面积;底部配置风扇,进一步提高空气流通速度;卡扣独立设计,安装和替换简便。

一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车大灯,具体涉及一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯。
背景技术
目前汽车上主流的大灯有两大类:卤素大灯和HID氙气大灯。卤素大灯结构简单、安装方便,光的穿透力强,但是亮度低、寿命短。HID氙气大灯亮度高,寿命长,耗电低,但是安装比较复杂,启动慢。作为节能环保健康光源,LED大灯将是汽车照明的发展趋势。由于汽车大灯所处的环境温度高(约50℃),LED芯片的工作温度每增加10℃其信赖性就会减少一半,所以LED光源应用在汽车大灯上必须有很好的散热设计。另外目前在光源设计上,由于散热基板的厚度限制,使双面发光的LED光源位置不能集中在汽车大灯反光杯的焦点上,降低了出光效率。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,由高效率双面出光光源及高效散热器组成,不仅具有良好的散热效果还可提高出光效率。
本发明提供一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,包括光源和散热器。
所述光源为微尺寸LED灯珠,其由高导热陶瓷为基板,所述基板的一面焊接于金属支架上,另一面印刷有金属电路用于和LED芯片贴合以对所述光源进行表面贴装;所述散热器通过卡扣与支架紧固配合。
所述LED芯片为倒装芯片或CSP芯片。
所述基板的厚度为0.2-2.0mm。
所述散热器采用上窄下宽设计,所述窄部通过卡扣与金属支架紧固配合,宽部为齿片结构。
优选地,所述高导热陶瓷至少为氮化铝陶瓷、氧化铝陶瓷或其他高导热陶瓷中一种,所述高导热陶瓷通过回流焊、钎焊等方式连接于金属支架上。
优选地,所述散热器的材质为金属,如铜、铝或合金。
优选地,所述散热器的底部设有风扇。
优选地,所述金属支架的材质为紫铜、铝或合金。
优选地,所述卡扣为可活动更换卡扣,用于将反光罩与基座结合。
基于上述技术方案的公开,本发明提供的所述双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯使用氮化铝陶瓷为基板,导热率为270W/mK,散热效果优异;使用CSP芯片进行光源的表面封装,使得光源面积最小,厚度最小,出光位置更集中,处于汽车大灯反光罩的焦点处,提高了光源的出光效率;散热器结构上窄下宽,窄部便于安装,宽部提高了齿片散热面积;底部配置风扇,进一步提高空气流通速度;卡扣独立设计,安装和替换简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,包括光源1和散热器6。
所述光源1为微尺寸LED灯珠,由高导热陶瓷为基板2,所述基板2的厚度为0.2-2.0mm,其一面焊接于支架3上,另一面印刷有金属电路用于和LED芯片4贴合以对所述光源1进行表面贴装。
所述高导热陶瓷可为氮化铝陶瓷、氧化铝陶瓷或其他高导热陶瓷,所述高导热陶瓷通过回流焊、钎焊等方式连接于金属支架上,本实施例中高导热陶瓷优选为氮化铝陶瓷。
所述LED芯片4可为倒装芯片或CSP芯片,单片功率为1-5W,大小为1-2mm2,色温在4000K-7000K,显色指数>70,可满足汽车大灯光源要求。本实施例中优选为CSP芯片,使用CSP芯片可避免COB封装时金线的使用,提高了产品可靠性及长寿命,更提高了产品光效。CSP芯片封装时采用SMT工艺,对线路印刷、贴片设备要求提高。
所述金属支架3的材质可为紫铜、铝或合金,本实施例中优选为紫铜。
所述散热器6的材质为金属,如铜、铝或合金,本实施例中优选为铝,其采用通过上窄下宽设计,其窄部61通过卡扣5与金属支架3紧固配合或与所述金属支架3为一体结构,所述宽部62为齿片结构。
所述卡扣5为可活动更换卡扣,用于将反光罩8与基座2结合。
所述散热器6的底部设有无噪声风扇7,采用螺丝与散热器6固定。
综上,本发明提供的所述双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯使用氮化铝陶瓷为基板2,导热率为270W/mK,散热效果优异;使用CSP芯片4进行光源的表面封装,使得光源面积最小,出光位置更集中,处于汽车大灯反光罩的焦点处,提高了光源的出光效率,且厚度最小,其产生的热可以很短的通道传到外界,;散热器结构上窄下宽,窄部便于安装,宽部提高了齿片散热面积;底部配置风扇,进一步提高空气流通速度;卡扣独立设计,安装和替换简便。

1.一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,包括光源和散热器,其中:
所述光源为微尺寸LED灯珠,其由高导热陶瓷为基板,所述基板的一面焊接于金属支架上,另一面印刷有金属电路用于和LED芯片贴合以对所述光源进行表面贴装;
所述散热器通过卡扣与金属支架紧固配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述LED芯片为倒装芯片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述LED芯片为CSP芯片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述高导热陶瓷至少为氮化铝陶瓷、氧化铝陶瓷或其他高导热陶瓷中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述基板的厚度为0.2-2.0mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述散热器的材质为金属。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述散热器采用上窄下宽设计,所述窄部通过卡扣与金属支架紧固配合,所述宽部为齿片结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述散热器的底部设有风扇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面出光薄片式LED汽车大灯,其特征在于,所述卡扣为可活动更换卡扣,用于将反光罩与基座结合。
