本发明公开了一种用竹浆代替木浆制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,包括以下步骤:1)向竹片原料中加入KOH或NaOH水溶液,在温度为150~170℃条件下蒸煮2~3小时,得到竹浆原浆;2)将竹浆原浆打浆至50~90SR,得到竹浆浆料;3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,干燥后即得。本发明不仅能提高重组烟叶卷烟纸的物理性能,而且能改善重组烟叶卷烟纸的抽吸品质,能改善烟气质量,消除木质气,减少杂气和刺激性,使烟气更加清香,余味更加干净。

技术领域
本发明属于卷烟材料技术领域,具体涉及一种重组烟叶卷烟纸的制备方法。
背景技术
重组烟叶卷烟纸是利用一定比例的烟草浆和木浆混合配抄,用烟草浸膏、助燃剂、着色剂等制成的涂布液涂布而制成的新型卷烟纸。与传统卷烟纸相比,它具有烟草天然气息,能有效改善卷烟的烟气质量。但传统的重组烟叶卷烟纸,抽吸时木浆本身的木质气较重。
CN103451999A公开了一种涂布液微胶囊化制备彩色重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,是采用一定比例的针叶木浆和阔叶木浆混合配抄涂布而成;CN102277780A公开了一种烟草薄片卷烟纸的制备方法,是采用烟草浆和木浆抄造涂布而成;CN101215802A公开了一种功能卷烟纸及其制备方法,是将功能植物磨成粉状添加到浆料中制成卷烟纸,来达到改善吸味、提高抽吸的舒适性。上述专利仍没能很好地解决木浆燃烧时木质气重的缺陷,影响了重组烟叶卷烟纸的抽吸品质。
发明内容
本发明提供一种制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,该方法以竹浆代替木浆,不仅能改善重组烟叶卷烟纸的抽吸品质,还能使重组烟叶卷烟纸具有竹子的独特风韵。
上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用竹浆代替木浆制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入3~8倍重量浓度为5~15%的KOH或NaOH水溶液,在温度为150~170℃条件下蒸煮2~3小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至50~90SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为3~20g/m2,干燥后即得。
优选地,所述制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入4倍重量浓度为10%的KOH或NaOH水溶液,在温度为155℃条件下蒸煮2.5小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至70SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为12g/m2,干燥后即得。
进一步优选地,所述涂布液的制备方法是:按重量配比取以下原料:烟草浸膏5~15%、钾盐1~2%、食品色素5~15%、香料5~15%和余量的水,混合搅拌后制成涂布液。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用竹浆代替全部木浆制备重组烟叶卷烟纸,不仅能提高重组烟叶卷烟纸的物理性能,而且能改善重组烟叶卷烟纸的抽吸品质,能改善烟气质量,消除木质气,减少杂气和刺激性,使烟气更加清香,具有竹子的独特风韵,余味更加干净。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
一种制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入4倍重量浓度为10%的KOH水溶液,在温度为155℃条件下蒸煮2.5小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至70SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为12g/m2,干燥后即得。
所述涂布液的制备方法是:按重量配比取以下原料:烟草浸膏10%、碳酸氢钾1%、食品色素10%、香料10%和余量的水,混合搅拌后制成涂布液。所述烟草浸膏由烟叶碎片或烟梗用水或乙醇萃取浓缩后制得,可通过商业途径获得。
实施例2
一种制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入3倍重量浓度为15%的KOH水溶液,在温度为150℃条件下蒸煮3小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至50SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为3g/m2,干燥后即得。
所述涂布液的制备方法是:按重量配比取以下原料:烟草浸膏5%、氯化钾2%、食品色素15%、香料15%和余量的水,混合搅拌后制成涂布液。
实施例3
一种制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入8倍重量浓度为5%的NaOH水溶液,在温度为170℃条件下蒸煮2小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至90SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为20g/m2,干燥后即得。
所述涂布液的制备方法是:按重量配比取以下原料:烟草浸膏15%、硫酸钾1.5%、食品色素5%、香料5%和余量的水,混合搅拌后制成涂布液。
实施例4
一种制备重组烟叶卷烟纸的方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入6倍重量浓度为8的NaOH水溶液,在温度为160℃条件下蒸煮2.5小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至60SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为10g/m2,干燥后即得。
所述涂布液的制备方法是:按重量配比取以下原料:烟草浸膏12%、柠檬酸钾2%、食品色素8%、香料8%和余量的水,混合搅拌后制成涂布液。
试验例:
1.物理性能检测
检测以上四个实施例所制备的卷烟纸的物理性能,检测内容包括单位面积重量、纵向抗张强度、纵向伸长率和透气度,同时以木浆重组烟叶卷烟纸为对照,检测结果见表1。

2.评吸效果检测
用实施例1~4所制备的卷烟纸制备卷烟,经专业人员进行评吸,同时以木浆重组烟叶卷烟纸为对照,检测结果见表2。

(1)向竹片原料中按重量加入4倍重量浓度为10%的KOH或NaOH水溶液,在温度为155℃条件下蒸煮2.5小时,得到竹浆原浆;
(2)将竹浆原浆打浆至70°SR,得到竹浆浆料;
(3)将竹浆浆料抄成卷烟纸原纸;
(4)制备涂布液并涂布于卷烟纸原纸上,涂布量为12g/m2,干燥后即得,
