Claims (1)
- 一种拜尔法生产氧化铝的原矿浆制备方法,包括将铝土矿石和石灰用板式机给入格子磨内,与旋流器底流一起粉碎研磨后排入矿浆槽,加入循环碱液制浆,通过管道将矿浆送入旋流器进行粒度分离,其特征在于:a.磨矿后矿浆液固比为1.20~1.70,固体含量为650~850克/升;b.进行粒度分离时,控制旋流器的进料压力在0.07~0.105MPa之间,旋流器的溢流的固体含量为300~400克/升,粒度为+0.25mm≤1%,+0.094mm≤22%,其底流固体含量为1000~1500克/升,液固比为0.6~0.7;c.溢流作为合格的原矿浆排出,底流作循环物料返回格子球磨机进行再研磨,其循环物料量与新给矿量比为200~400%。
