Abstract

Description

持有热电偶元件的模注注嘴
本发明一般地涉及模注装置,特别涉及在其上的预定位置可折卸地装有热电偶元件并可靠地自行保持定位热电偶元件的加热的注嘴。
在加热的注嘴中,用热电偶连续地测量温度是已知的。为了监察浇口附近处的运行温度,将热电偶元件的前部定位在注嘴的前端附近处是重要的。在每个注嘴中的热电偶的非常精确地定位也是十分关键的。因此,热电偶元件必须被安装成使之可靠地保持在所在位置,特别是将注嘴安装到模体的过程中要这样。将热电偶定位到注嘴前端附近的例子显示在1988年9月6日颁布的美国专利4768283中。该专利中,热电偶元件穿过热电偶导孔而延伸进入绝缘空气间隙中,该热电偶导孔穿过注嘴的后环套部。虽然热电偶元件被弯折进入注嘴后端的槽中,但是没有在安装过程中为保持热电偶于应有位置的措施。
最近,名为“具有热电偶接纳鱼雷形件的模注注嘴”的加拿大专利(申请号:2078890;递交日:1992年9月22日)显示借助于围着注嘴的缠绕线使热电偶保持在其位置以便握持热电偶在其应有位置而阻止热电偶元件。在名称为“具有热电偶孔的模注鱼雷形件”的加拿大专利(申请号:2091409;递交日:1993年3月10日)中,热电偶是借助于径向向外延伸进入接靠模体中的深孔的锥形部而被握在其应有位置的,然而,这不能确保在注嘴装入模体的过程中保持热电偶在其应有位置。
因此,本发明的目的是借助于提供一种注嘴,在该注嘴上的预定位置可拆卸地安装热电偶元件并可靠地自行保持在其应有位置而至少部分地克服现有技术中的缺点。
至此,作为本发明的一个方面,本发明提出一种注嘴,该注嘴具有后端,前端,邻接后端的后环套部,从后环套部向前延伸的前部,以及延伸穿过注嘴以便从后端的进口向着延伸穿过模体到模腔的浇口输送熔体的熔体通道,后环套部具有一般圆柱形外表面并且前部具有一般圆柱形外表面,部前的外表面直径小于后环套部的外表面直径,注嘴座落在冷却的模体中的深孔中而带有绝缘空气间隙,该绝缘空气间隙在注嘴前部的外表面和围着的深孔的一般圆筒形内表面之间延伸,注嘴的后环套部具有在其上穿过而与注嘴前部外表面和围着的深孔内表面之间的绝缘空间隙对齐的热电偶元件导孔,具有的改进之处在于,注嘴的前部具有从前端向后延伸预定距离的热电偶元件孔,注嘴的后端具有从热电偶元件导孔延伸到后环套部外表面的热电偶元件槽,因此,可拆卸地安装的能合适地变折并保持的热电偶元件以这样方式,即,热电偶元件的前部容纳在热电偶元件孔中并弯折向后延伸穿过注嘴前部的外表面和围着的深孔内表面之间的绝缘空气间隙,穿过穿过后环套部的热电偶元件导孔而使热电偶元件后部弯折延伸穿过注嘴后端中的热电偶元件槽而被可靠地自行保持在应有位置。
其中可以是,注嘴具有从后环套部向前延伸的圆筒形的凸缘,使之安装抵靠在模体中的深孔中的环形凸肩上,而空心热电偶管以与定位凸缘接触的方式从热电偶导孔延伸以使之可移动地在其中接纳热电偶。
本发明的进一步的目的和优点,从以下结合附图的描述中更好地表示出来。
图1是多模腔模注装置的部分剖视图,显示了根据本发明推荐实施例的注嘴;
图2是图1中所示注嘴和热电偶元件的立体图。
首先参考图1,该图显示具有连接模件14中的若干加热的注嘴12的熔体分配歧管10。而模体14根据应用常常具有许多板,在此情况下,模体仅只具有一个模腔板16和一个后板18,它们是借助于螺钉20固紧在一起的,这很容易从图示中见到。熔体分配歧管10用一体的电加热元件22加热,并且模体14用穿过冷却通道24的泵送冷却水冷却。借助于中心定位环26和绝缘弹性垫圈件28,熔体分配歧管10安装在模腔板16和后板18之间而提供在加热的歧管10和周围冷却的模体14之间的绝缘空气间隙30。
熔体通路32从在歧管10中的圆柱形进口部36中的中央进口34延伸并在歧管10中向外分支延伸,以便输送熔体穿过每个加热的注嘴12中的中央熔体通道38。然后熔体穿过鱼雷形件44而达到导向一个模腔42的浇口40,该鱼雷形件座落在注嘴12的前端46和模腔板16之间。鱼雷形件44具有一对将中心轴50连接到外套52的螺旋叶片48,该外套是跨设在延伸于注嘴12和周围的模体14之间的另一个绝缘空气间隙54上的。而在此构形中,鱼雷形件44是被示成螺入到注嘴12的前端46中。在另一些应用中,注嘴密封件或者浇口镶嵌件可被设置成跨设在绝缘空气间隙54上。
每个钢注嘴12具有邻接后端58的后环套部56以及从后环套部56向前延伸的前部60。前部60具有一般的圆柱形外表面62,该外表面的直径小于后环套部56的外表面64的直径。注嘴12用一体的电加热元件65加热,该电加热元件围着中央熔体通道38而延伸到外接线柱67。在此实施例中,借助于圆筒形的绝缘定位凸缘68,注嘴12装在模腔板16中的深孔66中,该凸缘68里从后环套部56向前延伸而装靠在深孔66中的环形凸肩70上的。这样就提供了在加热的注嘴12的前部60的外表面62和围着的冷却模体14中的深孔66的一般圆筒形内表面72之间绝缘空气间隙54。借助于螺钉74将注嘴12固定到歧管中的一定位位置而使到每个注嘴12的中心熔体通道38的进口76与熔体通路32的一个分支精确对齐。
注嘴12具有延伸穿过后环套部56到达绝缘空气间隙54的热电偶元件导孔78,在此实施例中,空心的热电偶元件管80是用不锈钢制成的,它并延伸穿过后环套部56的热电偶元件导孔78,而且是沿着绝缘定位凸缘68的内表面82的。热电偶元件管80被钎焊定位使之成为注嘴12的一整体部分。正如图2中能清楚地见到,热电偶元件槽84在注嘴12的后端58中从热电偶元件导管78延伸到后环套部56的外表面64。而且,注嘴12的前部60具有热电偶元件孔86,该孔86从前端46向后延伸预定距离。如果有足够的位置,热电偶元件孔86可如所示斜着向内延伸。
在模注系统或装置组装之前,热电偶元件88如图2所示可折卸地安装在每个注嘴12上。具有热电偶(没显示)的热电偶元件88的前部90尽可能朝远处地被嵌入到注嘴12前部60中的热电偶元件孔86中。然后,热电偶元件86被弯折而沿着注嘴12前部60的外表面62向后延伸并穿过空心的热电偶元件管80,该热电偶元件管80是在穿过注嘴12的后环套部56的热电偶导孔78中的。然后,热电偶元件88的后部92被弯折而穿过注嘴12后端58中的热电偶元件槽84向外延伸。热电偶元件88具有导线,该导线在防护套中从热电偶到传统的监察运行温度的设备(没显示)而延伸。防护套是用不锈钢或其它材料制成的,它是可合适地弯折并保持而被可靠地自行保持在应有位置,而该热电偶元件88的前部90是在热电偶孔86中向后延伸的,并且热电偶元件88的后部92是在热电偶元件槽84中向外延伸的。这样就能确保,在注嘴12安装到模体14中的过程中,在每个热电偶元件88前部90上的热电偶精确地定位在热电偶元件孔86中。
在使用中,模注系统或装置如图1所示,然而为了图示容易而仅只单一的注嘴12和模腔42被显示,最好是这样,即,根据应用,熔体分配歧管10通常具有许多延伸到许多模腔42的熔体通路分支。如图1所示,热电偶元件88穿过注嘴12前部60的外表面62和围着的深孔66内表面72之间的绝缘空气间隙54向后延伸,并且在注嘴12的后端58中的热电偶元件槽84中向外延伸。电能施加到歧管10中的加热元件22上,并施加到注嘴12中的加热元件65以将它们加热到预定的运行温度。根据预定的循环,压力熔体从模注机(没显示)施加到熔体通路32的中央进口76。熔体流经熔体分配歧管10,注嘴12,鱼雷形件44和浇口40进入模腔42。在模腔42被充满之后,并且一个适当的致密和冷却期已期满,则释放浇注压力并且熔体输送系统泄压以避免穿过开启的浇口40的拉丝。然后打开模体14,逐出模注产品,逐出模注产品之后,模体14被冷却并且根据被模注材料的类型和模腔42的尺寸而定的循环时间连续地重复循环。

Claims (2)

1、一种加热的模注注嘴,该模注注嘴具有后端,前端,邻接后端的后环套部,从后环套部向前延伸的前部,从后端处的进口,向穿过冷却的模体到模腔的浇口输送熔体的穿过注嘴的熔体通道,后环套部具有一般圆柱形的外表面,并且前部具有一般圆柱形的外表面,前部的外表面直径小于后环套部的外表面直径,注嘴座落在冷却的模体中的深孔中而带有绝缘空气间隙,该空气间隙是在注嘴前部外表面和围着的深孔一般的圆筒形内表面之间延伸的,注嘴的后环套部具有延伸穿过其上的导孔,该导孔与注嘴前部外表面和围着的深孔内表面之间的绝缘空气间隙对齐,其特征是,
注嘴的前部具有从前端向后延伸预定距离的热电偶元件孔,注嘴的后端具有从热电偶导孔延伸到后环套部外表面的热电偶元件槽,因此,可适当弯折并保持的可折卸安装的热电偶元件以这样方式,即,热电偶元件的前部容纳在热电偶元件孔中,弯折向后延伸穿过注嘴前部外表面和围着的深孔内表面之间的绝缘空气间隙,穿过后环套部的热电偶元件导孔而热电偶元件的后部弯折延伸穿过注嘴后端中的热电偶元件槽而被可靠地自行保持在应有位置。
2、如权利要求1所述模注注嘴,其中,注嘴具有从后环套部向前延伸的圆筒形的凸缘,使之安装抵靠在模体中的深孔中的环形凸肩上,而空心热电偶管以与定位凸缘接触的方式从热电偶导孔延伸以使之可移动地在其中接纳热电偶。
