Abstract

一种变速器,在变速器箱体[1]的花键轴[3]上套装双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5],小锥齿轮轴[7]上套装双联齿轮[8]、齿轮[10],倒档轴[11]上空套双联齿轮[12];双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5]可在花键轴[3]上滑动并锁住,双联齿轮[12]可在倒档轴[11]上滑动并锁住;离合器[2]套装在花键轴[3]上,大锥齿轮[13]为动力输出齿轮。双联齿轮[6]和双联齿轮[9]的轴孔中分别装滚针轴承[14]和滚针轴承[15]。双联齿轮[6]空套在花键轴[3]上,双联齿轮[9]空套在小锥齿轮轴[7]上。齿轮[5]与双联齿轮[9]的大齿轮啮合并锁住,双联齿轮[9]的小齿轮与双联齿轮[6]的大齿轮常啮合,双联齿轮[6]的小齿轮与齿轮[10]常啮合,此状态组成了联环双联齿轮减速机构。

Description

内附离合器及联环双联齿轮减速的变速器
(一)技术领域:本发明是设计制造一种具有高中低三档及倒档减速的,能满足工程机械、农业机械、环保机械等领域的部分产品使用的变速器。
(二)背景技术:目前的变速器有汽车用手换档和自动换档变速器,有摩擦式无级变速器、齿链式无级变速器和多盘式无级变速器。
(三)发明内容:本发明是设计制造一种变速器,其箱内附有离合器,有高、中档的圆柱、圆锥齿轮减速,有低档、倒档的圆柱齿轮、联环双联齿轮、圆锥齿轮减速。其方案是:花键轴[3]上套装双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5],小锥齿轮轴[7]上套装双联齿轮[8]、齿轮[10],倒档轴[11]上空套双联齿轮[12],大锥齿轮[13]为动力输出齿轮。双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5]可在花键轴[3]上滑动并锁住,双联齿轮[12]可在倒档轴[11]上滑动并锁住。其特征在于:离合器[2]套装在花键轴[3]上;双联齿轮[6]和双联齿轮[9]的轴孔中分别装滚针轴承[14]和滚针轴承[15];双联齿轮[6]空套在花键轴[3]上,双联齿轮[9]空套在小锥齿轮轴[7]上;齿轮[5]与双联齿轮[9]的大齿轮啮合并锁住,双联齿轮[9]的小齿轮与双联齿轮[6]的大齿轮常啮合,双联齿轮[6]的小齿轮与齿轮[10]常啮合,此状态组成了联环双联齿轮减速机构。

(五)具体实施方式:如图2所示,离合器[2]套装在花键轴[3]上。当双联齿轮[4]的大齿轮与双联齿轮[8]的小齿轮啮合并锁住,动力通过双联齿轮[4]的大齿轮、双联齿轮[8]的小齿轮、小锥齿轮轴[7]上的小锥齿轮、大锥齿轮[13],实现变速器高速档运转。当双联齿轮[4]的小齿轮与双联齿轮[8]的大齿轮啮合并锁住,动力通过双联齿轮[4]的小齿轮、双联齿轮[8]的大齿轮、小锥齿轮轴[7]上的小锥齿轮、大锥齿轮[13],实现变速器中速档运转。当齿轮[5]与双联齿轮[9]的大齿轮啮合并锁住,动力通过齿轮[5]、双联齿轮[9]的大、小齿轮、双联齿轮[6]的大、小齿轮、齿轮[10]、小锥齿轮轴[7]上的小锥齿轮、大锥齿轮[13],实现变速器低速档运转。当双联齿轮[4]和齿轮[5]处于被锁住的空档位置时,双联齿轮[12]的大齿轮和小齿轮同时分别与齿轮[5]和双联齿轮[9]的大齿轮啮合并锁住,动力通过齿轮[5]、双联齿轮[12]的大、小齿轮、双联齿轮[9]的大、小齿轮、双联齿轮[6]的大、小齿轮、齿轮[10]、小锥齿轮轴[7]上的小锥齿轮、大锥齿轮[13],实现变速器倒档运转。
该变速器变速范围大,结构紧凑,但加工较为复杂。

1.一种变速器,在变速器箱体[1]内的花键轴[3]上套装双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5]、小锥齿轮轴[7]上套装双联齿轮[8]、齿轮[10],倒档轴[11]上空套双联齿轮[12];双联齿轮[4]、齿轮[5]可在花键轴[3]上滑动并锁住,双联齿轮[12]可在倒档轴[11]上滑动并锁住;其特征在于:离合器[2]套装在花键轴[3]上;双联齿轮[6]和双联齿轮[9]的轴孔中分别装滚针轴承[14]和滚针轴承[15];双联齿轮[6]空套在花键轴[3]上,双联齿轮[9]空套在小锥齿轮轴[7]上;双联齿轮[9]的小齿轮与双联齿轮[6]的大齿轮常啮合,双联齿轮[6]的小齿轮与齿轮[10]常啮合。
