Abstract

本发明提供一种了与数控车床原喷嘴配合的冷却水喷嘴,包含与数控车床原喷嘴接口对应的接头,以及与所述接头连接的水管,其中,所述水管还包含向与所述水管不同方向延伸的延伸水管。在机械加工领域中,用于数控车床刀尖喷水的喷嘴。采用本发明的技术方案,其喷水方向正对刀尖,从刀尖正上方向下冲水,可以集中全部水量对刀尖进行冷却和冲洗,避免刀尖积屑、缠丝,提高了车削刀具使用寿命,同时提高加工工件品质。

一种与数控车床原喷嘴配合的冷却水喷嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域中,具体涉及用于数控车床刀尖喷水的喷嘴。
背景技术
数控车床由于其加工精度高、安全性高等众多优点,已经成为机械加工领域中最重要的加工机床。普通的数控车床其用于刀尖的冷却水喷嘴设计为从刀尖侧面向刀尖冲水,且喷水呈发散的水雾状。这种状态不能很好的对刀尖进行冲洗,同时在加工不易散热的工件如橡胶类工件时,不能很好的冷却刀尖,容易产生刀尖积屑、缠丝,从而大大缩短刀具的使用寿命,同时,大大降低加工工件的表面质量。
发明内容
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种与数控车床原喷嘴配合的冷却水喷嘴,包含与数控车床原喷嘴接口对应的接头,以及与所述接头连接的水管,其中,所述水管还包含向与所述水管不同方向延伸的延伸水管。
可选地,所述接头与数控机床原喷嘴接口之间还包含一球体,所述球体的一端与所述接头连接,另一端与所述数控机床原喷嘴接口连接。
可选地,所述球体一端的接头长度为10-15mm,所述接头采取中空设计,且所述接头采取内螺纹设计。
可选地,与所述接头连接的水管总长度为30-60mm,所述连接水管的一端设置外螺纹,与所述接头的内螺纹连接,同时所述水管的另一端弯折90°后延伸形成延伸水管,所述延伸水管的长度为10-20mm。
采用本发明的技术方案,喷水方向正对刀尖,从刀尖正上方向下冲水,可以集中全部水量对刀尖进行冷却和冲洗,避免刀尖积屑、缠丝,提高了车削刀具使用寿命,同时提高加工工件品质。

实施例
结合图1-4所示,为本发明一实施例冷却水喷嘴的结构示意图。该冷却水喷嘴与数控车床原喷嘴配合,其包含与数控车床原喷嘴接口对应的接头1,以及与接头1连接的水管2。其中,接头1与数控机床原喷嘴接口之间还包含一球体101,球体101的一端与所述接头连接,另一端与所述数控机床原喷嘴接口连接,球体一端的接头长度为10-15mm,接头采取中空设计,且接头采取内螺纹102设计。
进一步地,与所述接头1连接的水管2总长度为30-60mm,连接水管的一端设置外螺纹201,与接头的内螺纹102连接,同时水管的另一端弯折90。后延伸形成延伸水管202,延伸水管202的长度为10-20mm。
具体地,使用本水嘴时,先将水管与球体接头通过螺纹连接好,之后将球体接头安装至机床原喷嘴的球型接口中。通过旋转球体,将水管的喷嘴对准刀尖方向从刀尖上方向刀尖下方喷水,可以集中全部水量对刀尖进行冷却和冲洗,避免刀尖积屑、缠丝,提高了车削刀具使用寿命,同时提高加工工件品质。
综上所述,虽然本发明公开了以上优选实施例,但上述优选实施例并不限制本发明的范围,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,所做的变动都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种与数控车床原喷嘴配合的冷却水喷嘴,其特征在于,所述冷却水喷嘴包含与数控车床原喷嘴接口对应的接头,以及与所述接头连接的水管,其中,所述水管还包含向与所述水管不同方向延伸的延伸水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷却水喷嘴,其特征在于:所述接头与数控机床原喷嘴接口之间还包含一球体,所述球体的一端与所述接头连接,另一端与所述数控机床原喷嘴接口连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷却水喷嘴,其特征在于:所述球体一端的接头长度为10-15mm,所述接头采取中空设计,且所述接头采取内螺纹设计。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷却水喷嘴,其特征在于:与所述接头连接的水管总长度为30-60mm,所述连接水管的一端设置外螺纹,与所述接头的内螺纹连接,同时所述水管的另一端弯折90°后延伸形成延伸水管,所述延伸水管的长度为10-20mm。
