本发明公开了一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,该汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置包括传送支架、传动组件、膜片式联轴器、伺服电机、伺服电机安装板、链条、模块组件、随动轮安装槽、随动轮、从动组件和笔型气缸,所述两组传动组件固定于传送支架侧板两端,左侧传动组件的旋转轴的输出端通过膜片式联轴器连接着伺服电机的电机轴,两组传动组件的两个链轮上套有链条,两根链条上设有八组模块组件,随动轮安装槽里插装有八个随动轮,随动轮安装槽和传送支架后侧板之间设有三组从动组件,传送支架的侧板凸出部分安装有笔型气缸。通过上述方式,本发明能够替代工人对汽车门铰链进行组装,避免资源浪费,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置。
背景技术
汽车车门主要依靠铰链连接固定在车体上,在使用过程中,对其静止和垂直的刚性强度要求高,而且与人身安全密切相连,传统的汽车门铰链大部分采用冲压进行组装,在其各个弯折角点上,由于冲压的拉升和挤压作用,材质会受到一定影响,直接影响铰链的使用寿命,有时侯外形尺寸还会改变,直接导致产品报废,有鉴于此,有必要对现有的汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置予以改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,能够替代工人对汽车门铰链进行组装,避免资源浪费,提高生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,该汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置包括传送支架、传动组件、膜片式联轴器、伺服电机、伺服电机安装板、链条、模块组件、随动轮安装槽、随动轮、从动组件和笔型气缸,所述两组传动组件固定于传送支架侧板两端,左侧传动组件的旋转轴的输出端通过膜片式联轴器连接着伺服电机的电机轴,伺服电机固定于伺服电机安装板,两组传动组件的两个链轮上套有链条,两根链条上设有八组模块组件,传送支架前侧板安装有随动轮安装槽,随动轮安装槽里插装有八个随动轮,随动轮紧贴模块组件,随动轮安装槽和传送支架后侧板之间设有三组从动组件,从动组件的从动链轮连接着链条,传送支架的侧板凸出部分安装有笔型气缸,笔型气缸的活塞杆对着模块组件的弹销;
优选的是,所述传动组件还包括轴承和轴承座,旋转轴上安装有两个链轮,旋转轴两端套有轴承,轴承安装于轴承座,两个轴承座分别固定于传送支架的侧板;
优选的是,所述模块组件还包括垫板、模块滑轨、模块滑块、工件安装模、弹销安装块和挡块,垫板上平面安装有两根相互平行的模块滑轨,每根模块滑轨上设有两个可滑动的模块滑块,模块滑块均固定于工件安装模,工件安装模下平面两端设有两块弹销安装块,弹销安装块上安装有弹销,后侧弹销对着工件安装模的方形安装孔,垫板上平面前侧安装有两块挡块,挡块对着工件安装模;
优选的是,所述从动组件还包括连接柱、从动轴承和从动轴承座,从动链轮安装于连接柱,连接柱两端安装有从动轴承,从动轴承安装于从动轴承座,前侧从动轴承座固定于随动轮安装槽的侧板,后侧从动轴承座固定于传送支架的侧板,连接柱露出前侧从动轴承座一端插装于随动轮安装槽的侧板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,能够替代工人对汽车门铰链进行组装,避免资源浪费,提高生产效率。

所述传动组件412还包括轴承4123和轴承座4124,旋转轴4121上安装有两个链轮4122,旋转轴4121两端套有轴承4123,轴承4123安装于轴承座4124,两个轴承座4124分别固定于传送支架411的侧板;
所述模块组件417还包括垫板4171、模块滑轨4172、模块滑块4173、工件安装模4174、弹销安装块4176和挡块4177,垫板4171上平面安装有两根相互平行的模块滑轨4172,每根模块滑轨4172上设有两个可滑动的模块滑块4173,模块滑块4173均固定于工件安装模4174,工件安装模4174下平面两端设有两块弹销安装块4176,弹销安装块4176上安装有弹销4175,后侧弹销4175对着工件安装模的方形安装孔,垫板4171上平面前侧安装有两块挡块4177,挡块4177对着工件安装模4174;
所述从动组件4110还包括连接柱41101、从动轴承41103和从动轴承座41104,从动链轮41102安装于连接柱41101,连接柱41101两端安装有从动轴承41103,从动轴承41103安装于从动轴承座41104,前侧从动轴承座41104固定于随动轮安装槽418的侧板,后侧从动轴承座41104固定于传送支架411的侧板,连接柱41101露出前侧从动轴承座41104一端插装于随动轮安装槽418的侧板。
本发明汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,能够替代工人对汽车门铰链进行组装,避免资源浪费,提高生产效率。

1.一种汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,其特征在于:该汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置包括传送支架、传动组件、膜片式联轴器、伺服电机、伺服电机安装板、链条、模块组件、随动轮安装槽、随动轮、从动组件和笔型气缸,两组所述传动组件固定于传送支架侧板两端,左侧传动组件的旋转轴的输出端通过膜片式联轴器连接着伺服电机的电机轴,伺服电机固定于伺服电机安装板,两组传动组件的两个链轮上套有链条,两根链条上设有八组模块组件,传送支架前侧板安装有随动轮安装槽,随动轮安装槽里插装有八个随动轮,随动轮紧贴模块组件,随动轮安装槽和传送支架后侧板之间设有三组从动组件,从动组件的从动链轮连接着链条,传送支架的侧板凸出部分安装有笔型气缸,笔型气缸的活塞杆对着模块组件的弹销。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,其特征在于:所述传动组件还包括轴承和轴承座,旋转轴上安装有两个链轮,旋转轴两端套有轴承,轴承安装于轴承座,两个轴承座分别固定于传送支架的侧板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,其特征在于:所述模块组件还包括垫板、模块滑轨、模块滑块、工件安装模、弹销安装块和挡块,垫板上平面安装有两根相互平行的模块滑轨,每根模块滑轨上设有两个可滑动的模块滑块,模块滑块均固定于工件安装模,工件安装模下平面两端设有两块弹销安装块,弹销安装块上安装有弹销,后侧弹销对着工件安装模的方形安装孔,垫板上平面前侧安装有两块挡块,挡块对着工件安装模。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车门铰链组装线的传送装置,其特征在于:所述从动组件还包括连接柱、从动轴承和从动轴承座,从动链轮安装于连接柱,连接柱两端安装有从动轴承,从动轴承安装于从动轴承座,前侧从动轴承座固定于随动轮安装槽的侧板,后侧从动轴承座固定于传送支架的侧板,连接柱露出前侧从动轴承座一端插装于随动轮安装槽的侧板。
