背景技术
针组件通常用于向人体中经皮注入流体和/或从人体中抽出流体。针组件通常被保留在脉管系统中,而一或多个组件与针组件连接和断开,以完成注入/抽出的操作。为便于将针组件插入和附连在患者的皮肤上,针组件设置有翼。在将向上折叠的针组件插入的过程中,这些翼使得针组件在被插入的过程中能够被平稳地握住。在插入之后,这些翼弯曲返回其横向延伸的休息状态。在该位置,翼将布置在与患者的皮肤相邻且平行的位置,其中可通过在翼之上粘附胶带而将针组件固定在患者的皮肤上。于是,针组件可被固定在患者的皮肤上,从而避免轴向、横向和旋转移动,这些移动会产生过度的不适,甚至伤及患者。

针组件100还可包括一屏蔽臂105。屏蔽臂105可被附连在主体101上,使得它可从打开位置(如图1、3和4所示)枢转到关闭位置(如图2和5所示)。在关闭位置时,针104的尖部被屏蔽臂105遮掩,而在打开位置时,针尖未被遮掩。
屏蔽臂105被连接在主体101上远离翼组件—即翼103—的位置。这可以被实现,因为针104可与主体101压配/过盈装配在一起。因此,在屏蔽臂105被布置在主体101上之后,针104可被连接在主体101上。这对于弹性主体将是不可能的,因为这样的主体将需要把针粘附在主体上,由此屏蔽臂将必须被连接在翼近处的主体上,因而增加在打开位置时不必要的产品长度,使得产品无法被储存和插入到脉管系统内。

为阻止安装基座109的旋传移动,且由此也阻止臂105的旋传移动,环形安装基座109可具有轴向凹槽或脊,该凹槽或脊可分别与主体101上的对应脊或凹槽配合。此外,用于接收安装基座109的主体101的一部分的横截面可呈多边形,例如正方形,或至少具有一剖面,例如两个剖面,例如如图7所示。当安装基座109与具有这类接收部分的主体101沿周向装配在一起时,安装基座,以及由此臂105,被阻止相对于主体101做旋传移动。

为了使针104与主体101之间具有良好的配合以及臂105具有良好的弹簧作用,可选择聚合物材料,使得模塑制品的杨氏模量(拉伸模量或弹性模量)在500Mpa至2000Mpa范围内。在该区间中的塑性材料将满足这两个需求,无论主体101和臂105是否被制成一个整体式主体—整体式和分离式这两种选项在本发明的范围内均易于被理解。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于向人体中经皮注入流体和/或从人体中抽出流体的针组件(100),包括:
在靠近远端方向具有一通道(102)的一聚合物主体(101);
固定在该主体(101)上的一翼组件,该翼组件包括从所述主体(101)沿相反方向横向延伸的第一和第二翼(103);以及
布置在所述通道(102)中的一中空针(104),该中空针(104)从所述主体(101)向远端延伸;
其中所述针(104)被压配或过盈装配在所述通道(102)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针组件(100),其中聚合物主体(101)是采用热塑性材料制成的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的针组件(100),其中所述第一和第二翼(103)是采用热塑性材料制成的。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的针组件(100),其中热塑性材料选自下列物质:聚丙烯,聚乙烯,这些材料的共聚物,或这二者的共聚物。
5.根据任一在前权利要求所述的针组件(100),其中聚合物主体(101)和翼组件被包括在一个整体式装置中。
6.根据任一在前权利要求所述的针组件(100),还包括被附连在聚合物主体(101)上的屏蔽臂(105),使得该屏蔽臂(105)可从打开位置枢转到关闭位置,其中在关闭位置时,针(104)的尖部被屏蔽臂(105)遮掩,而在打开位置时,针尖未被遮掩。
7.根据权利要求6所述的针组件(100),其中屏蔽臂(105)通过铰链结构(106)被附连在主体(101)上,该铰链结构(106)用于推动所述屏蔽臂(105)进入到所述打开位置或所述关闭位置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的针组件(100),其中所述铰链结构(106)具有一死点位置,使得所述屏蔽臂(105)在所述死点位置的对应侧分别被推动到所述打开位置和所述关闭位置。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的针组件(100),其中所述铰链构成(106)包括至少一个肘节接头(107)和至少一个张紧部件(108),所述至少一个肘节接头(107)和至少一个张紧部件(108)被连接在所述屏蔽臂(105)和一安装基座(109)上,该安装基座(109)又被连接在主体(101)上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的针组件(100),其中所述安装基座(109)与所述主体(101)形成为整体,或所述安装基座(109)作为单件被布置和保留在所述主体(101)上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的针组件(100),其中所述安装基座(109)是被布置和保留在所述主体(101)上的一单件,且所述主体(101)或安装基座(109)包括用于接收所述安装基座(109)的一配合凹槽,所述配合凹槽包括至少一个用于阻止安装基座(109)在所述主体(101)上做轴向移动的跟部(110)。
12.根据权利要求8至11中的任一所述的针组件(100),其中所述死点位置是如下一种位置:当所述安装基座(109)被附连在所述主体(101)上或与所述主体(101)成为整体时,在所述针(104)的纵向延长部与所述屏蔽臂(105)的纵向延长部之间的角度在所述死点位置的范围为45°至135°。
13.根据权利要求8至12中的任一所述的针组件(100),其中所述屏蔽臂(105)具有至少一个沿所述屏蔽臂(105)的横向延伸的针锁定杆(112)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的针组件(100),其中所述锁定杆(112)在其外侧包括至少一个狭缝(113)。
15.根据权利要求7至14中的任一所述的针组件(100),其中屏蔽臂被定位在所述翼(103)的远处。
16.一种用于向人体中经皮注入流体和/或从人体中抽出流体的针组件(100),包括:
在靠近远端方向具有一通道(102)的一聚合物主体(101);
固定在该主体(101)上的一翼组件,翼组件包括从所述主体(101)沿相反方向横向延伸的第一和第二翼(103);以及
布置在所述通道(102)中的一中空针(104),该中空针(104)从所述主体(101)向远端延伸;
其中聚合物主体(101)是采用热塑性材料制成的。
17.根据权利要求16所述的针组件,其中所述热塑性材料是聚烯烃。
18.根据权利要求17所述的针组件,其中所述聚烯烃选自下列物质:聚丙烯,聚乙烯,这些材料的共聚物,或这二者的共聚物。
19.一种用于向人体中经皮注入流体和/或从人体中抽出流体的针组件(100),包括:
在靠近远端方向具有一通道(102)的一聚合物主体(101);
固定在该主体(101)上的一翼组件,翼组件包括从所述主体(101)沿相反方向横向延伸的第一和第二翼(103);以及
布置在所述通道(102)中的一中空针(104),该中空针(104)从所述主体(101)向远端延伸;以及
被附连在聚合物主体(101)上的屏蔽臂(105),使得该屏蔽臂(105)可从打开位置枢转到关闭位置,其中在关闭位置时,针(104)的尖部被屏蔽臂(105)遮掩,而在打开位置时,针尖未被遮掩。
20.根据权利要求19所述的针组件(100),其中屏蔽臂(105)被定位在所述翼(103)的远处。
