Abstract
本发明公开了一种防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,所述鞋底原料包括溴化丁基橡胶、顺丁橡胶、碳五树脂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、填料、过氧化二异丙苯、三元乙丙橡胶、偶氮二碳酰胺、氯化聚乙烯、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、发泡剂、防老剂、阻燃剂;通过溴化丁基橡胶、顺丁橡胶、碳五树脂、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物与其他组分分子间之间协同作用提高橡胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和储能模量,进而提高橡胶的耐磨性,且各组分分子间相容性好,分散性好,提高鞋胶的抗湿滑性能以及冰滑路面抓着能力,进而提高抗滑能力,同时提高鞋胶的抗老化、耐磨、抗曲折和耐寒性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶加工技术领域,特别涉及防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底。
背景技术
鞋底的防滑性能是指鞋底对地面的防滑效果或抓地力,防滑性能的好坏直接关系到鞋穿着时的安全与否。鞋底的防滑性能不好,在湿滑、结冰的路面上行走时很容易打滑摔跤,在我国北方大部分地区冬季气温较低,路面较容易积冰,人走上去更容易滑倒。另外,随着经济的繁荣发展,社会的不断进步,人们将路面和室内地面建设的越来越光滑,这就更加导致使摔伤事故的经常发生,因此有效提升鞋底材料的防滑性能刻不容缓。鞋底的防滑性能的好坏可以用鞋底和路基摩擦系数的大小来评判。对于不同的材料、在不同的湿度环境中、以及路面的不同都会造成鞋底的防滑性能的差异。所以在制作鞋底材料时,要综合考虑各方面的因素对鞋底防滑性能的影响,根据鞋类不同的用途,针对性的提升其防滑性能。现有的橡胶鞋底橡胶止滑性非常差,在冰面或者有积水的光滑地面,穿由橡胶材料制成的鞋底非常容易滑倒,在环境温度极低的情况下,用天然橡胶制作的鞋底极易产生鞋底断裂等事故,耐磨性不高,不能保证足够的稳定性、安全性和舒适性,对鞋底的耐寒、硬度等性能提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,提高鞋胶的抗湿滑性能以及冰滑路面抓着能力,进而提高抗滑能力,同时提高鞋胶的抗老化、耐磨、抗曲折和耐寒性能。
本发明的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
70-90份溴化丁基橡胶、5-15份顺丁橡胶、5-15份碳五树脂、15-30份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、15-30份填料、20-30份过氧化二异丙苯、10-20份三元乙丙橡胶、3-12份偶氮二碳酰胺、5-12份氯化聚乙烯、8-20份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、3-8份发泡剂、3-10份防老剂、3-12份阻燃剂;
进一步,所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
75-85份溴化丁基橡胶、8-13份顺丁橡胶、8-13份碳五树脂、20-30份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、20-30份填料、20-30份过氧化二异丙苯、10-20份三元乙丙橡胶、6-12份偶氮二碳酰胺、5-12份氯化聚乙烯、10-18份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、3-8份发泡剂、3-10份防老剂、3-12份阻燃剂;
进一步,所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
80份溴化丁基橡胶、10份顺丁橡胶、10份碳五树脂、25份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、25份填料、25份过氧化二异丙苯、15份三元乙丙橡胶、10份偶氮二碳酰胺、10份氯化聚乙烯、15份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5份发泡剂、7份防老剂、8份阻燃剂;
进一步,所述填料为滑石粉、超细碳酸钙、石英粉、四针状氧化锌晶须、纳米纤维中的一种或两种以上混合物;
进一步,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、二苯磺酰肼醚、对甲苯磺酰肼中的一种或两种以上混合物;
进一步,所述防老剂为N-苯基-1-萘胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、6–乙氧基–2,2,4–三甲基–1,2–二氢化喹啉、N,N′-二(β-萘基)对苯二胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氯化喹啉聚合物中的一种或两种以上混合物;
进一步,所述阻燃剂为固体溴氯化石蜡、聚磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯中的一种或两种以上混合物。

1.一种防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
70-90份溴化丁基橡胶、5-15份顺丁橡胶、5-15份碳五树脂、15-30份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、15-30份填料、20-30份过氧化二异丙苯、10-20份三元乙丙橡胶、3-12份偶氮二碳酰胺、5-12份氯化聚乙烯、8-20份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、3-8份发泡剂、3-10份防老剂、3-12份阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
75-85份溴化丁基橡胶、8-13份顺丁橡胶、8-13份碳五树脂、20-30份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、20-30份填料、20-30份过氧化二异丙苯、10-20份三元乙丙橡胶、6-12份偶氮二碳酰胺、5-12份氯化聚乙烯、10-18份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、3-8份发泡剂、3-10份防老剂、3-12份阻燃剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述鞋底原料按重量份包括以下组分:
80份溴化丁基橡胶、10份顺丁橡胶、10份碳五树脂、25份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、25份填料、25份过氧化二异丙苯、15份三元乙丙橡胶、10份偶氮二碳酰胺、10份氯化聚乙烯、15份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5份发泡剂、7份防老剂、8份阻燃剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述填料为滑石粉、超细碳酸钙、石英粉、四针状氧化锌晶须、纳米纤维中的一种或两种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、二苯磺酰肼醚、对甲苯磺酰肼中的一种或两种以上混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述防老剂为N-苯基-1-萘胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、6–乙氧基–2,2,4–三甲基–1,2–二氢化喹啉、N,N′-二(β-萘基)对苯二胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氯化喹啉聚合物中的一种或两种以上混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防滑耐磨橡胶鞋底,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为固体溴氯化石蜡、聚磷酸酯、磷酸三苯酯中的一种或两种以上混合物。
