本发明涉及一种防火阻燃装饰板,主要用于建筑、装饰装修或家具等技术领域,它包括:作骨衬的玻璃纤维织物或无纺布,并含有(按重量份数计):氧化镁30-60、氯化镁溶液60-90,脲醛树脂胶1-2以及植物碎末6-10。本发明具有防火阻燃和成本低等特点。

防火阻燃装饰板
本发明涉及一种防火阻燃装饰板,主要用于建筑、装饰装修或家具等技术领域。
现有的防火阻燃板,要使其在强度、韧性防火阻燃及耐酸碱等方面具有良好的综合理化性能,往往成本也较高,因而阻碍了推广应用。
本发明的目的在于提供一种防火阻燃装饰板,它能够以低廉的成本获得理想的综合理化性能。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种防火阻燃装饰板,其独特之处是包括:作骨衬的玻璃纤维织物或无纺布,并含有(按重量份数计):氧化镁30~60(其中,氧化镁的含镁量为50~95%,粒度为0.196~0.121mm)、氯化镁溶液60~90(其中,氯化镁45~50,水40~50)、脲醛树脂胶1~2、植物碎末6~10以及珍珠岩或蛭石4~6。
按上述混合物的组成能实现本发明的目的,一般而言,各组份中植物碎末和脲醛树脂可增强板体的韧性,同时脲醛树脂还是一种价廉且工艺性好的胶粘剂,珍珠岩和蛭石可提高其硬度,而氯化镁和氧化镁则属一种无机气硬性胶凝材料,它具有凝结硬化快、强度高、粘结力强、便于成型和防火阻燃等特点。经按GB5464-85,GB7019-86,GB8040-87,GB8042-87和GB2406-80等标准进行检测,本发明性能如下:1、符合一类不燃材料的技术规范;在30%酸、碱溶液中浸泡72小时表面无外露纤维及明显麻点。2、抗折强度:27.5MPa。3、抗冲击性:用Φ41mm,280g钢球距1米高处自由落下,板面无坑痕及裂纹。4、耐水性:水浸48小时,冻融25次,无翘曲变形、开裂、起层等现象。5、成本比现有技术低50%。
以下将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所述玻璃纤维织物或无纺布的规格最好是:细目10×4-10目。该织物(或布)分别位于板体的上下两面,两面之间填充有下述实施例所述的混合物,混合物中的氧化镁的含镁量为50-95%其粉体粒度为0.196~0.121mm。混合物中的氯化镁溶液(按重量份数计)含:氯化镁45-50(氯化镁中的氯化钠含量应尽量少),水40-50,二者溶化后可用比重计测量浓度,一般,浓度为20-31,配好后放置24小时,可长期使用。
各实施例的组份含量可以如下表(按重量份数计):

各实施例的制作方法可以是:
1、按要求配制混合物备用;
2、根据板厚调整好压滚式制板机二滚筒之间的间隙;
3、在模板上涂覆少许脱模剂(也可以用机油代替);
4、经料斗向二滚筒之间即两层玻璃纤维织物之间不断地输送配制好的混合物(模板托着下层玻璃纤维织物);
5、经制板机压制并待固化、脱模后即完成一块板材的制做,其尺寸取决于模板的大小。

  1. 一种防火阻燃装饰板,其特征是包括:作骨衬的玻璃纤维织物或无纺布,并含有按重量份数计:氧化镁30~60%其中,氧化镁的含镁量为50~95%;粒度为0.196~0.121mm,氯化镁溶液60~90,其中,氯化镁45~50,水40~50,脲醛树脂胶1~2,植物碎末6~10以及珍珠岩或蛭石4~6。
