技术领域
本发明涉及防火涂料领域,具体涉及一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火涂料广泛应用建筑材料领域,主要起到隔绝被保护基体与空气接触, 阻碍或阻断火势传播的作用。防火涂料一般为无机物,按酸碱性可分为酸性防火涂料和碱性防火涂料,碱性防火涂料主要以硅酸盐和氯氧镁水泥为主,与金属基体的粘结力不高,而且容易受潮导致强度降低,酸性防火涂料主要以磷酸盐为主,但未改性过的磷酸盐防火涂料存在耐水性差、表面粗糙,与基体的粘结力差等缺点。目前,市场上的防火合页一般采用碳素钢或者不锈钢材质,为了提高美观度以及耐腐蚀性,表面一般会喷涂粉末涂料,而粉末涂料本身不耐火,导致防火合页的防火性能降低。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于碳素钢或不锈钢基体合页的防火耐腐蚀涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:按重量份数计,包括以下组分:高岭土40~70份、脲醛树脂 5~10 份、磷酸二氢铝 20~30 份、酸性铝溶胶 5~10 份、粉状氧化镁 1~3 份、水 20~30 份、200 目及其以上细度的颜料 5~10 份、硅烷偶联剂0.2~1 份、蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉 1~5 份、甲基硅酸钾 1~5 份、消泡剂 0.1~0.3 份。
进一步的,本发明所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于所述颜料为氧化铁、氧化铝、二氧化硅、钛黄、碳粉、二氧化钛中的一种或两种以上的
组合。
进一步的,本发明所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为KH560 或KH550 中的一种或两种组合。

本发明还公开了一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一,按重量分数比,称取磷酸二氢铝 20~30 份,水 20~30 份加入反应
容器中,加热搅拌,使之充分溶解,随后,先后加入酸性铝溶胶 5~10 份、粉状氧化镁 1~3 份、脲醛树脂 5~10 份、硅烷偶联剂 0.2~1 份,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆液A;
步骤二,在浆液 A 中加入高岭土 40~70 份、200 目及其以上细度的氧化铝5~10份、有机蜡粉 1~5 份、蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉 1~5 份,高速搅拌 10~20 分钟,得到浆液B;
步骤三,将浆液 B 喷涂在预先喷砂处理过的钢质合页表面,自然晾干后, 表面喷涂 1~5 份甲基硅酸钾,并置于烘箱,120℃~200℃烘烤 10~20 分钟,得到防火耐腐蚀合页。
本发明原理:本发明利用磷酸二氢铝配合氧化镁、氧化铝低温反应形成耐高温材料特性,该体系呈现酸性,能很好粘结金属基体,添加的酸性铝溶胶通
过强化磷酸二氢铝的酸性,不仅较好的促进磷酸二氢铝与铁或不锈钢的反应, 强化了涂层与基体的粘结力,同时增加了涂层的硬度。高岭土在体系中主要起到适当增加粘度,防止无机颗粒沉降,同时有效降低涂料的生产成本。脲醛树脂增加了涂料与金属基体的粘结力,提高了涂料的韧性,提高涂层致密性,保证涂料的耐腐蚀性,同时使合页表面光亮。有机蜡粉在体系中起到防沉降作用, 同时在不提高体系粘度的前提下,提高涂料与基体的粘结力以及耐腐蚀性。蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉在体系中主要起到降低涂料导热系数,延缓高温向基材的传导速率。甲基硅酸钾喷涂与涂料表面加热固化后会形成薄薄一层二氧化硅层, 具有疏水性,提高了涂层的耐腐蚀性,同时进一步降低涂料的导热系数。
本发明的有益效果是:
1. 耐火性强,本发明有效隔绝了金属基体与空气的接触,同时通过甲基硅酸钾、蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉层的层层作用,降低了导热系数;
2. 成本低廉,本发明大量使用了了价格低廉的高岭土、磷酸二氢铝和氧化铝,降低了成本;
3. 耐腐蚀性强,本发明在金属表面喷涂了一层磷酸盐复合有机高分子材料, 相当于一层基体表面涂覆了磷化膜,耐腐蚀性极大增强。

实施例一
一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:高岭土 40 份、
脲醛树脂 5 份、磷酸二氢铝 20 份、酸性铝溶胶 5 份、粉状氧化镁 1 份、水 20
份、200 目氧化铝 5 份、KH550 0.2 份、蛭石粉 1 份、甲基硅酸钾 1 份、消泡剂
0.1 份。
制备及使用工艺:步骤一,按重量分数比,称取磷酸二氢铝 20 份,水 20
份加入反应容器中,加热搅拌,使之充分溶解,随后,先后加入酸性铝溶胶 5
份、粉状氧化镁 1 份、脲醛树脂 5 份、KH550 0.2 份,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆液A;
步骤二,在浆液A 中加入高岭土 40 份、200 目氧化铝 5 份、蛭石粉 1 份, 高速搅拌 10 分钟,得到浆液B;

1 份、甲基硅酸钾 3 份、消泡剂 0.2 份。
制备及使用工艺:步骤一,按重量分数比,称取磷酸二氢铝 25 份,水 25
份加入反应容器中,加热搅拌,使之充分溶解,随后,先后加入酸性铝溶胶 7
份、粉状氧化镁 2 份、脲醛树脂 7 份、KH560 0.5 份,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆液A;

制备及使用工艺:步骤一,按重量分数比,称取磷酸二氢铝 30 份,水 30
份加入反应容器中,加热搅拌,使之充分溶解,随后,先后加入酸性铝溶胶 10
份、粉状氧化镁 3 份、脲醛树脂 10 份、KH550 1 份,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆液A;
步骤二,在浆液 A 中加入高岭土 70 份、600 目氧化铝 10 份、聚酰胺蜡粉 5
份、蛭石粉 5 份,高速搅拌 20 分钟,得到浆液B;

Claims (7)

1.一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括以下组分:高岭土 40~70 份、脲醛树脂 5~10 份、磷酸二氢铝 20~30 份、酸性铝溶胶5~10 份、粉状氧化镁 1~3份、水 20~30 份、200 目及其以上细度的颜料 5~10 份、硅烷偶联剂 0.2~1 份、蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉 1~5 份、甲基硅酸钾 1~5 份、消泡剂 0.1~0.3 份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:所述颜料为氧化铁、氧化铝、二氧化硅、钛黄、碳粉或二氧化钛中的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为KH560 或KH550 中的一种或两种组合。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:所述酸性铝溶胶PH值为 3~4。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:还包括有机蜡粉 1~5 份。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于:所述有机蜡粉为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛微粉、聚酰胺微粉、酚醛树脂微粉中的一种或两种以上的组合。
7.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种防火耐腐蚀合页涂料,其特征在于,所述防火耐腐蚀合页涂料制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按重量分数比,称取磷酸二氢铝 20~30 份,水 20~30 份加入反应容器中,加热搅拌,使之充分溶解,随后,先后加入酸性铝溶胶 5~10 份、粉状氧化镁 1~3 份、脲醛树脂 5~10 份、硅烷偶联剂 0.2~1 份,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆液A;
步骤二,在浆液 A 中加入高岭土 40~70 份、200 目及其以上细度的氧化铝5~10 份、有机蜡粉 1~5 份、蛭石粉和/或膨胀珍珠粉 1~5 份,高速搅拌 10~20 分钟,得到浆液B;
步骤三,将浆液 B 喷涂在预先喷砂处理过的钢质合页表面,自然晾干后, 表面喷涂甲基硅酸钾,并置于烘箱,120℃~200℃烘烤 10~20 分钟,得到防火耐腐蚀合页。
