技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具,特别是涉及注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构。
背景技术
注塑模具对塑料件注塑成型后,若塑料件的背面制有斜孔,已有技术通常是在模具下复板上设置油缸,通过油缸直接带动斜抽芯抽出塑料件的斜孔,这样油缸加上活塞杆和斜抽芯的长度,使得注塑模具的下复板与型芯之间的间距(即模脚的高度)要做的较高,这样导致模具开模行程增加,并需要增加注塑机的吨位,提高了注塑机投入成本,并且在合模注塑时,仅通过油缸带动斜抽芯复位,锁紧力差,若注塑压力过大,容易将斜抽芯向下顶出,从而影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种开模行程缩短,减少注塑机的吨位,降低注塑机投入成本,合模注塑时锁紧可靠的注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构。
本发明注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构的技术方案是:包括下复板,下复板上设置模脚,模脚上设置型芯,型芯中设置斜抽芯,斜抽芯穿过型芯与塑料件相配合,其特征在于:所述的下复板上设置左固定块和右固定块,左、右固定块之间设置杠杆,所述杠杆包括中部的大凸块,大凸块中开有轴孔,杠杆经销轴穿过轴孔与左、右固定块旋转连接,在杠杆的前侧制有前弧形凸起,后侧制有后弧形凸起,大凸块、前弧形凸起和后弧形凸起形成元宝形的杠杆,在前弧形凸起上设置复位杆,在后弧形凸起上设置底座,底座上设置油缸和斜抽芯,油缸的经紧固件与型芯相固定,油缸的活塞杆与底座相连接。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构,主要特征是在下复板与型芯之间设置左、右固定块,左、右固定块之间设置杠杆,杠杆经销轴与左、右固定块旋转连接,杠杆的形状如同元宝形,中间有一个大凸块,前侧和后侧有弧形凸起,前弧形凸起上设置复位杆,复位杆下端与前弧形凸起相接触,复位杆上端在模具合模时与型腔下端面相接触,后弧形凸起上设置底座,底座连接油缸和斜抽芯,油缸与型芯相固定,当塑料件注塑成型后,模具开模,油缸的活塞杆向下推动底座,底座带动斜抽芯倾斜向下抽出塑料件,同时底座向下推动杠杆的后弧形凸起,使杠杆的前弧形凸起绕着销轴向上旋转,前弧形凸起带动复位杆向上移动,而当塑料件顶出后,模具合模,此时型腔向下推动复位杆,复位杆向下推动前弧形凸起,使杠杆的后弧形凸起绕着销轴向上旋转,后弧形凸起向上推动底座,底座带动斜抽芯向上回复原位。本方案注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构,通过在杠杆的两端上分别设置复位杆和底座,底座上设置斜抽芯,将油缸倒置安装,其优点是:一、油缸与斜抽芯为并排设置,减少型芯与下复板之间的间距,使斜抽芯抽芯的距离缩短,模具开模行程缩短,从而可减小注塑机的吨位,降低注塑机的投入成本;二、杠杆另一头由复位杆锁紧,模具合模时,型腔压住复位杆,复位杆对杠杆锁紧可靠,防止注塑压力过大将斜抽芯顶出,保证产品质量。
本发明注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构,所述的杠杆的后弧形凸起一侧制有限位块,限位块与左固定块或右固定块相接触。对杠杆的旋转进行限位,保证杠杆旋转动作准确。

1.注塑模具斜抽芯杠杆式复位锁紧机构,包括下复板,下复板上设置模脚,模脚上设置型芯(1),型芯中设置斜抽芯(2),斜抽芯穿过型芯与塑料件相配合,其特征在于:所述的下复板上设置左固定块(3)和右固定块(4),左、右固定块之间设置杠杆(5),所述杠杆包括中部的大凸块(6),大凸块中开有轴孔(7),杠杆经销轴(8)穿过轴孔与左、右固定块(3、4)旋转连接,在杠杆的前侧制有前弧形凸起(9),后侧制有后弧形凸起(10),大凸块(6)、前弧形凸起(9)和后弧形凸起(10)形成元宝形的杠杆(5),在前弧形凸起(9)上设置复位杆(11),在后弧形凸起(10)上设置底座(12),底座上设置油缸(13)和斜抽芯(2),油缸的经紧固件与型芯(1)相固定,油缸的活塞杆与底座(12)相连接。
