侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,包括模具定模型腔和动模型芯,动模型芯与定模型腔之间有注塑成型的保险杠,动模型芯下设置上顶板、下顶板和顶针及二次顶出定距机构,在下顶板上安装直顶块,直顶块上连接斜顶块,斜顶块的外侧安装内分型镶块,内分型镶块与保险杠两侧的内分倒扣相配合,内分型镶块的内壁连接推杆,推杆穿过斜顶块,推杆的头部内侧经轴销连接滚轮,在动模型芯中安装侧推块,侧推块中制有V型侧推滑槽,滚轮与V型侧推滑槽相配合,所述的侧推块中安装承压块,所述的承压块位于V型侧推滑槽的转角A处,并且转角A处与承压块透空,所述的推杆头端设置导滑弧面,导滑弧面与承压块相接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
目前,采用塑料模具生产汽车保险杠产品,一般都采用内分型结构,即模具在保险杠两侧的内底面分型,分型线位于内底面,使保险杠的两侧外端面光滑、美观,产品档次高。中国专利号ZL201020268501.5,名称为“汽车保险杠模具内分型机构”公开了一种在斜顶块内设置推块,推块通过推块连接杆与推块导向工字板连接,所述推块导向工字板固定在型芯固定板和主体型芯上,推块导向工字板内制有V型的导滑槽,推块连接杆的一端安装导滑轨,导滑轨与导滑槽相配合。开模时,斜顶块受直顶杆的推动力作用仍留在原位并脱离型芯固定板,而导滑轨在V型导滑槽内滑动过程中通过推块连接杆及推块拉动斜顶块右移,斜顶块右移过程中带动制品胶位右移使制品胶位与主体型腔分离,当导滑轨在V型导滑槽内滑动到转折点时实现制品胶位与主体型腔的脱模,此时主体型腔开模离开,主体型芯继续向下运动,导滑轨在V型导滑槽内继续向上滑动,受V型导滑槽的作用推块连接杆推动推块左滑,直至制品胶位与主体型芯脱模,最后由顶出机构顶出制品并取件。导滑轨都是通过轴销连接推块连接杆,在实际工作中,导滑轨在V型导滑槽内滑动,都是由轴销承受滑动的推力,特别是到达V型转角处时,承受的压力最大,容易使轴销折断,使整副模具发生故障,造成损失。另一方面,顶出机构采用二次顶出方式,目前常见的二次顶出机构为定距联动顶出方式,主要包括拉钩复位块和拉钩,以及拉钩滑块和压缩弹簧,拉钩拉住拉钩滑动,并在拉钩复位块和压缩弹簧的作用下脱离拉钩滑块,已有的拉钩滑块没有导滑机构,拉钩滑块在压进和滑出过程中容易卡(位)住,造成事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种采用透空承压方式,减轻侧推滚轮(导滑轨)的侧推承受力,避免滚轮轴销折断,并且顶出拉钩滑块滑动顺滑,不卡位,降低模具故障率,提高模具生产效率的侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构。
本发明侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具定模固定板和动模固定板,定模固定板下安装定模型腔,动模固定板上安装两块模脚,模脚上安装动模型芯,动模型芯与定模型腔之间有注塑成型的保险杠,两模脚之间设置上顶板、下顶板及顶针,上顶板和下顶板设有二次顶出定距机构,在下顶板上安装直顶块,直顶块经工字连接斜顶块,斜顶块的外侧安装内分型镶块,内分型镶块与保险杠两侧的内分倒扣相配合,内分型镶块的内壁连接推杆,推杆穿过斜顶块,推杆的头部内侧经轴销连接滚轮,在动模型芯中安装侧推块,侧推块中制有V型侧推滑槽,滚轮与V型侧推滑槽相配合,其特征在于所述的侧推块中安装承压块,所述的承压块位于V型侧推滑槽的转角A处,并且转角A处与承压块透空,所述的推杆头端设置导滑弧面,导滑弧面与承压块相接触。
本发明公开了一种侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,当模具开模后(动模型芯与定模型腔分离),由注塑机动力(顶柱)推动下顶板,下顶板带动直顶块上顶,直顶块带动斜顶块向上向内顶出,斜顶块带动内分型镶块通过推杆上的滚轮沿着V型侧推滑槽向内侧推,将内分型镶块强制从保险杠的内分倒扣中拉出,此时,保险杠的两侧有稍微变形,当保险杠通过二次顶出定距机构脱模后,通过塑料材料本身具有的延展性,变形部分恢复正常,不影响保险杠的外观和强度。在侧推内分型镶块的过程中,侧推的拉力主要由滚轮的轴销承受,当滚轮滚到V型侧推滑槽的转角A处时,承受的侧推拉力最大,因此,在转角A处的侧推块中安装承压块,并且转角A处与承压块之间做透孔处理,在推杆的头端设置导滑弧面,当滚轮滑到转角A处时,由导滑弧面穿过透空与承压块接触,也就是导滑弧面顶在承压块上,抵挡内分型镶块的侧推拉力,使轴销在此处不受力,减轻轴销压力,防止轴销变形,甚至折断,避免模具发生故障,提高生产效率。
本发明的侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,所述的二次顶出定距机构包括安装在动模固定板一侧的定距复位杆,定距复位杆连接上顶板,所述上顶板的侧壁安装拉杆拉钩,下顶板的侧壁制有凹口凹口内安装压缩弹簧和导向压块,导向压块中设置拉钩滑块,拉杆拉钩与拉钩滑块相配合,有了导向压块,拉钩滑块伸出或者压进顺利,不卡死,避免模具发生故障。所述的推杆与斜顶块之间安装导套,使推杆侧推顺滑。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,如图1—图3所示,包括模具定模固定板1和动模固定板2,定模固定板下安装定模型腔3,动模固定板2上安装两块模脚4,模脚上安装动模型芯5,动模型芯5与定模型腔3之间有注塑成型的保险杠9,两模脚4之间设置上顶板6、下顶板7及顶针8,上顶板和下顶板设有二次顶出定距机构,在下顶板7上安装直顶块10,直顶块经工字连接斜顶块11,斜顶块的外侧安装内分型镶块12,内分型镶块与保险杠9两侧的内分倒扣13相配合,内分型镶块12的内壁连接推杆15,推杆穿过斜顶块,推杆15的头部内侧经轴销16连接滚轮17,在动模型芯中安装侧推块18,侧推块中制有V型侧推滑槽19,滚轮17与V型侧推滑槽19相配合,所述的侧推块18中安装承压块20,所述的承压块20位于V型侧推滑槽19的转角A处,并且转角A处与承压块20透空,所述的推杆15头端设置导滑弧面21,导滑弧面21与承压块20相接触。当模具开模后(动模型芯与定模型腔分离),由注塑机动力(顶柱)推动下顶板7,下顶板带动直顶块10上顶,直顶块带动斜顶块11向上向内顶出,斜顶块11带动内分型镶块12通过推杆15上的滚轮17沿着V型侧推滑槽19向内侧推,将内分型镶块12强制从保险杠的内分倒扣13中拉出,此时,保险杠的两侧有稍微变形,当保险杠通过二次顶出定距机构脱模后,通过塑料材料本身具有的延展性,变形部分恢复正常,不影响保险杠的外观和强度。在侧推内分型镶块的过程中,侧推的拉力主要由滚轮17的轴销16承受,当滚轮滚到V型侧推滑槽19的转角A处时,承受的侧推拉力最大,因此,在转角A处的侧推块中安装承压块18,并且转角A处与承压块18之间做透孔处理,在推杆15的头端设置导滑弧面21,当滚轮17滑到转角A处时,由导滑弧面21穿过透空与承压块18接触,也就是导滑弧面21顶在承压块18上,抵挡内分型镶块的侧推拉力,使轴销16在此处不受力,减轻轴销压力,防止轴销变形,甚至折断,避免模具发生故障,提高生产效率。所述的二次顶出定距机构包括安装在动模固定板2一侧的定距复位杆30,定距复位杆连接上顶板6,所述上顶板6的侧壁安装拉杆拉钩31,下顶板7的侧壁制有凹口32凹口内安装压缩弹簧33和导向压块34,导向压块中设置拉钩滑块35,拉杆拉钩31与拉钩滑块35相配合,有了导向压块34,拉钩滑块伸出或者压进顺利,不卡死,避免模具发生故障。所述的推杆15与斜顶块11之间安装导套22,使推杆侧推顺滑。

1.侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,包括模具定模固定板(1)和动模固定板(2),定模固定板下安装定模型腔(3),动模固定板(2)上安装两块模脚(4),模脚上安装动模型芯(5),动模型芯(5)与定模型腔(3)之间有注塑成型的保险杠(9),两模脚(4)之间设置上顶板(6)、下顶板(7)及顶针(8),上顶板和下顶板设有二次顶出定距机构,在下顶板(7)上安装直顶块(10),直顶块经工字连接斜顶块(11),斜顶块的外侧安装内分型镶块(12),内分型镶块与保险杠(9)两侧的内分倒扣(13)相配合,内分型镶块(12)的内壁连接推杆(15),推杆穿过斜顶块,推杆(15)的头部内侧经轴销(16)连接滚轮(17),在动模型芯中安装侧推块(18),侧推块中制有V型侧推滑槽(19),滚轮(17)与V型侧推滑槽(19)相配合,其特征在于所述的侧推块(18)中安装承压块(20),所述的承压块(20)位于V型侧推滑槽(19)的转角A处,并且转角A处与承压块(20)透空,所述的推杆(15)头端设置导滑弧面(21),导滑弧面(21)与承压块(20)相接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,其特征在于所述的二次顶出定距机构包括安装在动模固定板(2)一侧的定距复位杆(30),定距复位杆连接上顶板(6),所述上顶板(6)的侧壁安装拉杆拉钩(31),下顶板(7)的侧壁制有凹口(32)凹口内安装压缩弹簧(33)和导向压块(34),导向压块中设置拉钩滑块(35),拉杆拉钩(31)与拉钩滑块(35)相配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的侧推承压式保险杠模具脱模机构,其特征在于所述的推杆(15)与斜顶块(11)之间安装导套(22)。
