本发明公开的是一种解酒型草莓饮料及其制作方法,选优质草莓清洗沥干,荸荠清洗切片、胡萝卜清洗切小碎薄片,放入榨汁机中,再加入由苦参、枳椇子、葛根花熬制的中药液进行榨汁,得到解酒型草莓饮料,经本发明制成的解酒型草莓饮料,具有消酒毒,解渴,呕吐,明目,清热泻火的良好功效,又可补充营养,调节身体机能。

背景技术
果汁饮料是人们日常生活中必不可少的食品,在炎热夏季,人们常用来消暑解热,在餐桌上也是必备之品,因它们口感甜美而深受大众欢迎,饮用后可补充身体因运动和进行生命活动所消耗掉的水分和一部分糖、矿物质,对维持体内的水液电解质平衡有一定作用,特别是添加了苦参、葛根花、枳椇子的草莓果汁饮料,对于醉酒者特别适用,具有解酒止渴的功效,能使人体机能快速恢复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种解酒型草莓饮料及其制作方法。
一种解酒型草莓饮料,按其重量份计,由以下原料配制而成:
草莓28-30份、胡萝卜2-3份、荸荠1-2份、苦参0.1-0.3份、枳椇子1.8-3份、葛根花1-1.5份。
一种解酒型草莓饮料的制作方法,包括以下步骤如下:
选购自然成熟鲜嫩味甜的草莓,用剪刀贴近果蒂,把草莓挨个地剪除果蒂,然后把草莓冲洗干净,并用淡盐水浸泡十分钟左右,用清水冲洗一遍,再把水沥干;
选苦参0.1-0.3份、枳椇子1.8-3份、葛根花1-1.5份,放入陶瓷器皿,加水10-13份,先煮沸,再转小火慢煮50-60min,然后过滤中草药药渣,得到药液A;
把胡萝卜洗净,切成小碎薄片,荸荠洗净,去皮切片;
取清理后的草莓28-30份、取步骤中胡萝卜小碎薄片2-3份、去皮荸荠片1-2份放入榨汁机中,加入8-10份的药液A,进行榨汁,用180目滤网去渣,得混合液B。
对步骤中所得混合液B进行紫外线灭菌,经沉淀,提取上清液,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的解酒型草莓饮料中添加的葛根花有善解酒毒,醒脾和胃解渴,对饮酒过度引起的头痛头昏、烦渴呕吐有治疗作用;枳椇子含多量葡萄糖、苹果酸钙等,治酒醉,烦热,口渴,呕吐,二便不利等作用;苦参中的苦参总黄酮并能对抗心肌细胞团自发及哇巴因诱发的搏动节律失常 具有止渴醒酒的功效;还含有胡萝卜中的营养成分,其中富含β胡萝卜素、木质素,这些营养能提高人的食欲和对病菌感染的抵抗力,同时还能补充人体最易失去的维生素B2,同时可促进体内的糖、脂肪、蛋白质三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡,经常饮用,能调节身体机能,止吐、醒酒的功效;荸荠含有丰富的蛋白质、粗纤维、碳水化合物、脂肪、钙、铁、磷、维生素等多种营养物质具有生津润燥、开胃消食、明目醒酒、清热化痰的功效;而且经过本发明的合理配比及科学的处理,可使各成分协同作用,使各成分的营养成分,能得以充分释放,提升营养价值,降低其副作用,还可以增强口感,具有解酒毒、醒酒、烦热,口渴,呕吐,醒脾和胃解渴、护肝的作用,而且多种成份复合作用,因醉酒呕吐,身体中所消耗的营养,得以补充,故经本发明配方的解酒型草莓饮料是醉酒朋友所必备的饮品。
具体实施方式
一种解酒型草莓饮料的制作方法,包括以下步骤如下:
选购自然成熟鲜嫩味甜的草莓,用剪刀贴近果蒂,把草莓挨个地剪除果蒂,然后把草莓冲洗干净,并用淡盐水浸泡十分钟左右,用清水冲洗一遍,再把水沥干;
选苦参0.1-0.3份、枳椇子1.8-3份、葛根花1-1.5份,放入陶瓷器皿,加水10-13份,先煮沸,再转小火慢煮50-60min,然后过滤中草药药渣,得到药液A;
把胡萝卜洗净,切成小碎薄片,荸荠洗净,去皮切片;
取清理后的草莓28-30份、取步骤中胡萝卜小碎薄片2-3份、去皮荸荠片1-2份放入榨汁机中,加入8-10份的药液A,进行榨汁,用180目滤网去渣,得混合液B。
对步骤中所得混合液B进行紫外线灭菌,经沉淀,提取上清液,即得成品。
