本发明涉及显示技术领域,公开了一种显示面板,包括:阵列基板、与所述阵列基板对置的对置基板以及位于所述对置基板背离阵列基板一侧的上偏光片,所述对置基板面向所述上偏光片的表面形成有电极图案层,所述电极图案层通过导电胶带连接阵列基板上的接地端,所述上偏光片和所述电极图案层之间形成有导电胶层。还公开了一种显示面板制作方法。本发明的显示面板避免了防静电层在最外层易产生磨损或者划伤而影响防静电的效果的问题,实现了稳定触摸,且有效防静电的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示面板及其制作方法、显示装置。
背景技术
现有Full in cell触控一体化显示屏截面图如图1所示,该显示面板包括:对置基板1、阵列基板2、液晶3、封框胶4和偏光片,对置基板1为与阵列基板2对置的基板,通常为彩膜基板。其中阵列基板2上制作有触控电极21和22,偏光片包括上偏光片51、下偏光片52。由于只有阵列基板2上有电极,对置基板1上没有金属电极,在操作过程中很容易产生静电,所以现有的处理方法如图2所示,在上偏光片51之上加上防静电涂层511,上偏光片51通过胶层512粘贴在对置基板1的上表面。但是这种设计方案中防静电涂层511在最外的表面,防静电涂层511容易产生磨损或者划伤,从而影响防静电的效果,触控效果也会变得不稳定。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是:如何实现一种防静电效果好,触摸效果稳定的显示面板。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种显示面板,包括:阵列基板、与所述阵列基板对置的对置基板以及位于所述对置基板背离阵列基板一侧的上偏光片,所述对置基板面向所述上偏光片的表面形成有电极图案层,所述电极图案层通过导电胶带连接阵列基板上的接地端,所述上偏光片和所述电极图案层之间形成有导电胶层。
其中,所述电极图案层形成在非显示区域。
其中,所述电极图案层为金属电极图案层。
其中,所述电极图案层的材料为铜、钼、氧化铟锡、石墨烯和纳米银一种或多种的组合。
其中,所述电极图案层为封闭图案。
其中,所述电极图案层为两条条状电极图案,所述导电胶带同时连接所述两条条状电极。
其中,所述导电胶层包括胶体及附着在所述胶体上的导电颗粒。
其中,所述导电胶层的电阻为105~1012Ω。
本发明还提供了一种显示面板制作方法,包括:
在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形;
形成包括导电胶带的图形,使所述导电胶带在阵列基板和对置基板对盒后将电极图案层连接阵列基板的接地端;
在上偏光片的胶层中添加导电颗粒以形成导电胶层;
将所述上偏光片通过所述导电胶层贴敷在所述对置基板形成有电极图案层的表面。
其中,所述在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形的过程中,通过掩模板工艺在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层,
其中,所述在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形的过程中,通过旋涂、线涂或丝网印刷方式在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层。
其中,所述形成包括导电胶带的图形的方式包括:贴敷固体导电胶形成所述导电胶带,或通过导电液体涂布再固化的方式形成所述导电胶带。
(三)有益效果
本发明的显示面板上偏光片和对置基板之间形成包括电极图案层、导电胶层和导电胶带的防静电结构,避免了防静电层在最外层易产生磨损或者划伤而影响防静电的效果的问题,实现了稳定触摸,且有效防静电的效果。

如图3~7所示,本实施例的显示面板包括:阵列基板2、与所述阵列基板2对置的对置基板1、下偏光片52和上偏光片53。上偏光片53位于对置基板1背离阵列基板2一侧,下偏光片52位于阵列基板2背离对置基板1一侧。阵列基板2上形成有触控电极21和22。阵列基板2和对置基板1通过封框胶4封住液晶3以形成显示面板。为了实现防静电功能,对置基板1面向上偏光片53的表面形成有电极图案层6,电极图案层6通过导电胶带连接阵列基板2上的接地端;如图6所示,上偏光片53面向电极图案层6的表面形成有导电胶层531。本实施例的显示面板在触控时若产生静电,则静电荷通过导电胶层531引导到电极图案层6,然后通过导电胶带流向阵列基板2的接地端,从而达到了触摸防静电的效果,另外显示面板内部产生的静电也可通过电极图案层6和导电胶带导向接地端。由于防静电的各层结构均在显示面板内部,因而避免了防静电层在最外表面被磨损或者划伤后影响防静电的效果的问题,从而使得显示面板防静电效果好,触摸效果稳定。
本实施例中,电极图案层6可以是透明电极也可以是非透明电极,若是透明电极可以形成在对置基板1上的任何区域,由于对置基板对应显示区域形成电极图案层,会影响触控性能,因此电极图案层6形成在非显示区域,即形成在显示面板边缘。
进一步地,电极图案层6为金属电极图案层,即为金属材料制成,金属的导电率高,防静电效果更好。由于金属不透明,因此金属电极图案层形成在非显示区域。
电极图案层6的材料可以为铜、钼、氧化铟锡、石墨烯和纳米银一种或多种的组合。
电极图案层6可以为任意的形状。如图4所示,电极图案层6为形成在非显示区域的封闭的矩形电极61,通过导电胶带71连接至阵列基板2的接地端。电极图案层6也可以为不封闭的图案,如图5所示,电极图案层6为两条条状电极62,长条形导电胶带72同时连接两条条状电极62,将两条条状电极62连接至阵列基板2的接地端。
如图7所示,本实施例中,导电胶层531包括胶体及附着在胶体上的导电颗粒5311。导电胶层531的电阻为105~1012Ω,具有较好的导电效果。其中上偏光片53本身具有胶体,因此可以直接在该胶体中加入导电颗粒5311即可,可以不用另外制作一层胶层。
本发明还提供了一种显示面板制作方法,其流程如图8所示,包括:
步骤S810,在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形。
步骤S820,形成包括导电胶带的图形,使所述导电胶带在阵列基板和对置基板对盒后将电极图案层连接阵列基板的接地端。
步骤S830,在上偏光片的胶层中添加导电颗粒以形成导电胶层。
步骤S840,将所述上偏光片通过所述导电胶层贴敷在所述对置基板形成有电极图案层的表面。
所述步骤S810中,通过掩模板工艺在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层,
步骤S810中,通过旋涂、线涂或丝网印刷方式在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层。
步骤S820中,通过贴敷固体导电胶形成所述导电胶带,或通过导电液体(如:银浆导电液)涂布再固化的方式形成所述导电胶带,
在步骤S830中由于偏光片本身具有胶层,所以不用再制作胶层,直接在上偏光片的胶层中添加导电颗粒就可以了。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而并非对本发明的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。

Claims (12)

1.一种显示面板,包括:阵列基板、与所述阵列基板对置的对置基板以及位于所述对置基板背离阵列基板一侧的上偏光片,其特征在于,所述对置基板面向所述上偏光片的表面设置有电极图案层,所述电极图案层通过导电胶带连接阵列基板上的接地端,所述上偏光片和所述电极图案层之间设置有导电胶层。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述电极图案层形成在非显示区域。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述电极图案层为金属电极图案层。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述电极图案层的材料为铜、钼、氧化铟锡、石墨烯和纳米银一种或多种的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述电极图案层为封闭图案。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述电极图案层为两条条状电极图案,所述导电胶带同时连接所述两条条状电极。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电胶层包括胶体及附着在所述胶体上的导电颗粒。
8.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述导电胶层的电阻为105~1012Ω。
9.一种显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形;
形成包括导电胶带的图形,使所述导电胶带在阵列基板和对置基板对盒后将电极图案层连接所述阵列基板的接地端;
在上偏光片的胶层中添加导电颗粒以形成导电胶层;
将所述上偏光片通过所述导电胶层贴敷在所述对置基板形成有电极图案层的表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所述在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形的过程中,通过掩模板工艺在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层。
11.如权利要求9所述的显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所述在对置基板的表面形成包括电极图案层的图形的过程中,通过旋涂、线涂或丝网印刷方式在所述对置基板的表面形成电极图案层。
12.如权利要求9所述的显示面板制作方法,其特征在于,所述形成包括导电胶带的图形的方式包括:贴敷固体导电胶形成所述导电胶带,或通过导电液体涂布再固化的方式形成所述导电胶带。
