Abstract

本发明涉及车箱领域，特别涉及一种便于箱体类货物装卸的车箱。包括车箱体，所述车箱体底面有横向设置的滚轴，两侧面有导轨，背面有推板，所述推板与可前后移动的传动轴连接，推板上部铰接有挂钩，推板两侧有卡在导轨上的凸起。本发明通过设置滚轴，推板、挂钩等结构，使得箱体类的货物装卸更加方便。

    本发明涉及车箱领域，特别涉及一种便于箱体类货物装卸的车箱。
背景技术
目前在物流运输中，针对箱体类货物的装卸较麻烦，特别是对于内置重要物品或易碎物品的箱体，在装卸过程中更是需要非常谨慎，想要把这些箱体安全的装满车箱，十分困难。
发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种便于箱体类货物装卸的车箱。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
    一种便于箱体货物装卸的车箱，包括车箱体，其特征在于：所述车箱体底面有横向设置的滚轴，两侧面有导轨，背面有推板，所述推板与可前后移动的传动轴连接，推板上部铰接有挂钩，推板两侧有卡在导轨上的凸起。
所述传动轴与外部液压系统连接实现前后移动。
当卸货时，传动轴推动推板向后移动，可使箱体类货物在滚轴作用下移动并最终卸下车箱体。
当装货时，传动轴将推板推至最后端，用推板上的挂钩钩住箱体类货物，然后控制传动轴前移，可将货物拉至车箱体的最深处。
本发明通过设置滚轴，推板、挂钩等结构，使得箱体类的货物装卸更加方便。

具体实施方式
    附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括车箱体1，所述车箱体底面有横向设置的滚轴4，两侧面有导轨5，背面有推板2，所述推板与可前后移动的传动轴3连接，推板上部铰接有挂钩6，推板两侧有卡在导轨5上的凸起。
    所述传动轴3与外部液压系统连接实现前后移动。所述滚轴4数量为2-10根。

1.一种便于箱体货物装卸的车箱，包括车箱体（1），其特征在于：所述车箱体底面有横向设置的滚轴（4），两侧面有导轨（5），背面有推板（2），所述推板与可前后移动的传动轴（3）连接，推板上部铰接有挂钩（6），推板两侧有卡在导轨（5）上的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述便于箱体货物装卸的车箱，其特征在于：所述传动轴（3）与外部液压系统连接实现前后移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述便于箱体货物装卸的车箱，其特征在于：所述滚轴（4）数量为2-10根。
