本发明公开了一种窄边框液晶显示模组,包括相对设置且通过双面胶粘贴的背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背框以及设置背框中的光学组件,其中,至少部分双面胶采用第一类双面胶,所述第一类双面胶包括沿其长度方向延伸的遮光部和透光部,所述遮光部粘贴于所述背框的侧壁上,所述透光部粘贴于所述光学组件上。本发明中,将双面胶设计为遮光部和透光部,透光部可以有较大的宽度延伸到光学组件上,由此从整体上增加了双面胶的宽度,双面胶的宽度增大,使得胶带易于裁切,粘贴完成后不易发生翘曲或位移,并在液晶面板与背光模组之间提供足够的粘附力。

Description

一种窄边框液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示模组。
背景技术
随着网络与无线电通信技术的急剧发展,资讯渐渐普及于个人,因此便携式资讯产品,如笔记型电脑、移动电话、数码相机及个人数据助理等,均快速发展与成长。由于液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,缩写为LCD),具有薄型化、轻量化、低耗电量、无辐射污染,且能与半导体制程相容等优点,并顺应着这股网络数字信息化市场的兴起,产品的应用更呈飞跃性的成长。在竞争日益激烈的显示器市场,差异化设计成为各厂家提升自身产品卖点的重要研究方向之一,在现有的产品中,常见的有薄型化或窄边框设计,该设计可获得较为美观的外形,以吸引消费者的关注。
如图1所示的现有的一种液晶显示模组,其包括相对设置的背光模组1和液晶面板2,背光模组1提供显示光源给液晶面板2,以使液晶面板2显示图像。其中,背光模组1包括背框3以及设置于背框3中的光学组件4,背框3的侧壁5与光学组件4之间还设置有一胶框6。背框3的侧壁5上粘贴有一双面胶7,该双面胶7延伸至光学组件4上,液晶面板2通过该双面胶7与背光模组1粘贴在一起。
双面胶7不仅起到粘贴液晶面板2与背光模组1的作用,还要用于防止漏光,因此双面胶7的颜色通常都是黑色的。目前为了达到窄框化的目的,需要将背框3的侧壁5减薄,甚至要取消侧壁5与光学组件4之间的胶框6,此时位于侧壁5上的双面胶7的宽度将相应的减小;而由于双面胶7为黑色的,其又不可过多地延伸到光学组件4,因此,黑色的双面胶7的宽度将会变得很小,以满足窄框化的要求。
当双面胶7的宽度变得很小时,其会带来如下的问题:1、胶带宽度过小不易于裁切;2、胶带宽度过小,粘贴完成后易于发生翘曲或位移;3、胶带宽度过小,液晶面板2与背光模组1之间的粘附力不足。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种窄边框液晶显示模组,通过对粘贴液晶面板与背光模组的双面胶的结构进行改进,不仅使液晶显示模组达到窄边框的要求,还解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种窄边框液晶显示模组,包括相对设置且通过双面胶粘贴的背光模组和液晶面板,所述背光模组包括背框以及设置背框中的光学组件,其中,至少部分双面胶采用第一类双面胶,所述第一类双面胶包括沿其长度方向延伸的遮光部和透光部,所述遮光部粘贴于所述背框的侧壁上,所述透光部粘贴于所述光学组件上。
其中,所述透光部的宽度大于所述遮光部的宽度。
其中,所述第一类双面胶由透光材料制备形成,其中的遮光部通过涂染黑色材料制备形成。
其中,所述光学组件包括依次叠层设置于背框的底板上的反光板、导光板以及光学膜片组,所述透光部粘贴于所述光学膜片组上。
其中,所述光学组件还包括光源,所述光源位于背框的侧壁与所述导光板之间;其中,设置有光源一侧的上方所粘贴的双面胶采用第二类双面胶,所述第二类双面胶为全遮光双面胶;其余部分的双面胶采用所述第一类双面胶。
其中,所述光源为LED灯。
相比于现有技术,本发明实施例提供的窄边框液晶显示模组中,对于粘贴液晶面板与背光模组的双面胶,其中在窄边框的部分采用具有遮光部和透光部的双面胶,遮光部粘贴于背框的侧壁上,起到避免漏光的作用;透光部粘贴于光学组件上,由于透光部几乎不影响从背光模组发出的光到达液晶面板,因此透光部可以有较大的宽度延伸到光学组件上,由此从整体上增加了双面胶的宽度,双面胶的宽度增大,使得胶带易于裁切,粘贴完成后不易发生翘曲或位移,并在液晶面板与背光模组之间提供足够的粘附力。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护范围。
参阅图2和图3,本实施例提供了一种窄边框液晶显示模组,该液晶显示模组包括相对设置且通过双面胶粘贴的背光模组10和液晶面板20。
其中,背光模组10包括背框11以及设置背框11中的光学组件12。背框11包括侧壁111以及底板112。光学组件12至少包括依次叠层设置于背框11的底板112上的反光板121、导光板122以及光学膜片组123,光学组件12还包括一光源124,所述光源124位于背框11的侧壁111与导光板122之间。其中,所述光源124采用LED灯。
其中,用于粘贴连接背光模组10和液晶面板20的双面胶包括第一类双面胶30和第二类双面胶40。对于整个背光模组10的边缘来说,在设置有光源124一侧的上方所粘贴的双面胶采用第二类双面胶40,所述第二类双面胶40为全遮光双面胶,第二类双面胶40的一端粘贴在背框11的侧壁111上,另一端横跨光源124并延伸粘贴在光学膜片组123上,其中粘贴在光学膜片组123上的部分宽度较小。背光模组10的其余边缘所粘贴的双面胶采用第一类双面胶30,所述第一类双面胶30包括沿其长度方向延伸的遮光部31和透光部32,所述遮光部31粘贴于所述背框11的侧壁111上,所述透光部32粘贴于所述光学膜片组123上,并且粘贴在光学膜片组123上的透光部32相对于遮光部31具有更大的宽度。
进一步地,所述第一类双面胶30中的透光部32由透光材料制备形成,其中的遮光部31通过涂染黑色材料制备形成。
如上实施例提供的窄边框液晶显示模组中,对于用于粘贴液晶面板与背光模组的双面胶,其中在窄边框的部分(除了设置有光源一侧的边框之外的部分)采用具有遮光部和透光部的双面胶,遮光部粘贴于背框的侧壁上,起到避免漏光的作用;透光部粘贴于光学组件上,由于透光部几乎不影响从背光模组发出的光到达液晶面板,因此透光部可以有较大的宽度延伸到光学组件上,由此从整体上增加了双面胶的宽度,双面胶的宽度增大,使得胶带易于裁切,粘贴完成后不易发生翘曲或位移,并在液晶面板与背光模组之间提供足够的粘附力。

1.一种窄边框液晶显示模组,包括相对设置且通过双面胶粘贴的背光模组(10)和液晶面板(20),所述背光模组(10)包括背框(11)以及设置背框(11)中的光学组件(12),其特征在于,至少部分双面胶采用第一类双面胶(30),所述第一类双面胶(30)包括沿其长度方向延伸的遮光部(31)和透光部(32),所述遮光部(30)粘贴于所述背框(11)的侧壁(111)上,所述透光部(32)粘贴于所述光学组件(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述透光部(32)的宽度大于所述遮光部(31)的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的窄边框液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述第一类双面胶(30)中的透光部(32)由透光材料制备形成,其中的遮光部(31)通过涂染黑色材料制备形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述光学组件(12)包括依次叠层设置于背框(11)的底板(112)上的反光板(121)、导光板(122)以及光学膜片组(123),所述透光部(32)粘贴于所述光学膜片组(123)上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的窄边框液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述光学组件(12)还包括光源(124),所述光源(124)位于背框(11)的侧壁(111)与所述导光板(122)之间;其中,设置有光源(124)一侧的上方所粘贴的双面胶采用第二类双面胶(40),所述第二类双面胶(40)为全遮光双面胶;其余部分的双面胶采用所述第一类双面胶(30)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的窄边框液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述光源(124)为LED灯。
