Abstract
本发明提供一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,由于磁流变弹性体具有类似磁流体的磁流变效应,其模量和阻尼系数可以随着外部条件的变化而变化,可以达到改善弹性体刚度,减震效果等作用。本发明通过向橡胶基材中加入磁性填料,对橡胶的性能进行改性,制备出具有类似磁流变弹性体性质的磁性减震橡胶,改善橡胶的基本性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶的制备,特别是涉及一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺。
背景技术
磁性橡胶是一种向橡胶基材中加入不同种类的磁性粒子制备得到的功能性复合材料。从磁性能上来分,磁性橡胶也可以分为软磁性和硬磁性橡胶两种。它是带有磁性的弹性体材料的总称。 由于橡胶基材没有磁性,磁性橡胶的磁性主要来自大量填充的磁粉,因此磁粉的种类对磁性橡胶的性能影响很大。软磁类橡胶可以添加软磁性金属磁粉如铁钴粉、铁镍粉等。如果需要橡胶充磁后保留较高的剩磁,就要像橡胶基材中加入硬磁性的填料,如锶铁氧体、钡铁氧体、钕铁硼等,制备得到永磁类磁性橡胶。
发明内容
本发明提供一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺。为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶制备工艺的步骤为:
(1)将开炼机开机预热至30-45℃,加入100-120g丁腈橡胶(NBR)塑炼1-2h,之后依次加入2-5g硫磺、1.5-3.5g硬脂酸、1-1.5g防老剂、2-2.5g促进剂、2-2.8g均匀剂、30-35g炭黑、25-35g锶铁氧化磁性纳米粒子30-35g,待混炼均匀后出片,混料时间为30-35min;
(2)将模具预热到50-80℃,将步骤(1)中混炼的混炼胶室温下放置20-24h后裁剪后放入模具中,将模具放入平板硫化机上加压至15-20MPa,40-50℃下保温1-2h,取出后放入电容充磁机中充磁,得到完成品。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中防老剂选用N-芳基-N烷基对苯二胺或2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中在电容充磁机中的充磁时间控制在2-5h。
有益效果:本发明提供一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,由于磁流变弹性体具有类似磁流体的磁流变效应,其模量和阻尼系数可以随着外部条件的变化而变化,可以达到改善弹性体刚度,减震效果等作用。本发明通过向橡胶基材中加入磁性填料,对橡胶的性能进行改性,制备出具有类似磁流变弹性体性质的磁性减震橡胶,改善橡胶的基本性能。
具体实施方式
一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶制备工艺的步骤为:
(1)将开炼机开机预热至30℃,加入100g丁腈橡胶(NBR)塑炼1h,之后依次加入2g硫磺、1.5g硬脂酸、1g防老剂、2g促进剂、2g均匀剂、35g炭黑、25g锶铁氧化磁性纳米粒子30g,待混炼均匀后出片,混料时间为30min;
(2)将模具预热到50℃,将步骤(1)中混炼的混炼胶室温下放置24h后裁剪后放入模具中,将模具放入平板硫化机上加压至20MPa,45℃下保温1h,取出后放入电容充磁机中充磁,得到完成品。
其中,所述步骤(1)中防老剂选用N-芳基-N烷基对苯二胺,所述步骤(2)中在电容充磁机中的充磁时间控制在2h。

Claims (3)
1.一种磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶制备工艺的步骤为:
(1)将开炼机开机预热至30-45℃,加入100-120g丁腈橡胶(NBR)塑炼1-2h,之后依次加入2-5g硫磺、1.5-3.5g硬脂酸、1-1.5g防老剂、2-2.5g促进剂、2-2.8g均匀剂、30-35g炭黑、25-35g锶铁氧化磁性纳米粒子30-35g,待混炼均匀后出片,混料时间为30-35min;
(2)将模具预热到50-80℃,将步骤(1)中混炼的混炼胶室温下放置20-24h后裁剪后放入模具中,将模具放入平板硫化机上加压至15-20MPa,40-50℃下保温1-2h,取出后放入电容充磁机中充磁,得到完成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中防老剂选用N-芳基-N烷基对苯二胺或2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的磁性减震橡胶制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中在电容充磁机中的充磁时间控制在2-5h。
