本发明公开了一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,包括如下重量份的各组分:聚丙烯母粒:50-80份;茂金属聚丙烯弹性体:10-15份;纳米二氧化钛:3-8份;无机填料:2-5份;抗氧剂:0.5-3份。有益之处在于:本发明的聚丙烯材料经过改性后,组分之间的协同作用赋予了材料较好的增强和耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料,具体涉及一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料;属于高分子材料改性技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)作为一种无毒、无臭、无味的结晶型热性树脂,具有性价比高、加工方便等诸多优点,在各领域应用非常广泛,但是,PP材料由于本身强度不高和耐磨性能差,导致其应用受到一定的限制,鉴于此,有必要对聚丙烯材料的性能进行改进,开发一种增强耐磨的聚丙烯材料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种增强耐磨的聚丙烯材料。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:
聚丙烯母粒:50-80份;
茂金属聚丙烯弹性体:10-15份;
纳米二氧化钛:3-8份;
无机填料:2-5份;
抗氧剂:0.5-3份。
优选地,前述聚丙烯母粒为低密度聚丙烯。
更优选地,前述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径不超过100nm。
再优选地,前述无机填料为滑石粉、云母粉或高岭土中的一种或几种。
进一步地,前述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂164的复配物。
更进一步地,该增强耐磨聚丙烯材料还包括3-5份分散剂。
具体地,前述分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺或聚乙烯醇。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的聚丙烯材料经过改性后,组分之间的协同作用赋予了材料较好的增强和耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
按照表1的配方称取各组分,加入到高速混合机后混合均匀,然后利用双螺杆挤出机挤出成型,即得增强耐磨聚丙烯材料。
实施例2-3及对比例1-2的制备过程同实施例,不作赘述。
表1实施例1-3及对比例1-2的组分配方表对实施例1-3和对比例1-2进行性能测试,结果如表2所示:

由表2可知,相较于对比例1和对比例2,实施例1-3的聚丙烯材料的耐磨性能得到了很好地改善(摩擦系数值越大表示抗静电效果越好),同时茂金属聚丙烯弹性体和纳米二氧化钛的协同作用还优化了产品的力学性能,拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度均得到了提高,从而扩展了材料的适用范围。

聚丙烯母粒:50-80份;
茂金属聚丙烯弹性体:10-15份;
纳米二氧化钛:3-8份;
无机填料:2-5份;
抗氧剂:0.5-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯母粒为低密度聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛的平均粒径不超过100nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述无机填料为滑石粉、云母粉或高岭土中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010与抗氧剂164的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,还包括3-5份分散剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种增强耐磨聚丙烯材料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺或聚乙烯醇。
