模具树脂,是指为了提高效率、缩短工时、减少制作成本及满足工业自动化要求而研制开发的一种特殊树脂,一般包括改性环氧树脂、聚氨基脂和树脂半成品材料。使用聚氨酯材料制造模具,可提高模具的尺寸精度,使用寿命最高可达8万次,达到铝合金铸造模具的使用寿命,但模具的制造费用要比铝合金模具低得多。然而,普通聚氨酯弹性体的耐高温性能较差,高于120℃时各方面性能均显著下降,影响了其在高温场合下的应用。

(2)将聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、润滑剂、抗氧剂、催化剂加入反应釜,在130℃下搅拌4小时,加入5-萘二异氰酸酯、复合扩链剂,搅拌35分钟,将反应物浇注入涂有脱模剂的模具中,在120℃下固化1小时,冷却至室温,脱模后得到耐高温的用于模具树脂的聚氨酯弹性体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
硬段采用的5-萘二异氰酸酯的耐热降解性能较好,软段采用的聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇的热稳定性较高,复合扩链剂中的双马来酰亚胺含有刚性环,在一定程度上可提高耐温性能,这三者均有效提高了聚氨酯弹性体的耐高温性能;二氧化硅纤维经过偶联剂的表面改性后,可均匀地分散于聚氨酯基体内,形成网状结构,当材料处于热环境中时,二氧化硅纤维可起到硬段的作用,限制软段的变形移动,可有效改善材料的热稳定性,进一步提高耐高温性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种耐高温的用于模具树脂的聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:其包括以下重量份的组份:1,5-萘二异氰酸酯15~30份,复合扩链剂15~25份,聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇45~65份,润滑剂0.2~0.5份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,脱模剂1~3份,二氧化硅纤维2~10份,催化剂0.5~1份;其中,复合扩链剂为3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二苯基甲烷二胺与双马来酰亚胺的混合物;
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸或硬脂酰胺;
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1024中的一种或两者的混合物;
所述脱模剂为硅油;
所述二氧化硅纤维为无定型二氧化硅纤维;
所述催化剂为有机锡类催化剂;
所述的一种耐高温的用于模具树脂的聚氨酯弹性体通过下述的制备方法制备得到:
(1)将二氧化硅纤维加入偶联剂的丙醇溶液中,超声分散2小时后停止,过滤、洗去溶剂,在100℃下真空干燥10小时,得到改性二氧化硅纤维;
(2)将聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇、润滑剂、抗氧剂、催化剂加入反应釜,在130℃下搅拌4小时,加入5-萘二异氰酸酯、复合扩链剂,搅拌35分钟,将反应物浇注入涂有脱模剂的模具中,在120℃下固化1小时,冷却至室温,脱模后得到耐高温的用于模具树脂的聚氨酯弹性体。
