本发明涉及转子压铸工艺。
背景技术
现有转子压铸工艺中,压铸时的抽芯油缸经常损坏,油缸芯轴断裂、漏油严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转子压铸工艺,其能避免油缸芯轴断裂、漏油。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种转子压铸工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)放置铁芯;
2)合模;
3)锁模;
4)油缸抽芯;
5)压铸;
6)油缸抽芯;
7)开模;
8)出件。
优选的,所述油缸的抽芯压力控制在6KG以内。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种转子压铸工艺,其能避免油缸芯轴断裂、漏油。
现有工艺压铸时先开模,开模后油缸尚未抽芯,油缸内存在压力,长时间的负荷动作使油缸芯轴断裂、漏油严重。
本发明压铸时先开模后油缸抽芯,油缸内卸油后无压力,避免长时间的负荷动作使油缸芯轴断裂、漏油严重。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种转子压铸工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)放置铁芯;
2)合模;
3)锁模;
4)油缸抽芯;
5)压铸;
6)油缸抽芯;
7)开模;
8)出件。
所述油缸的抽芯压力控制在6KG以内。
