Description

卡读出器插座
本发明涉及一种卡读出器插座,更具体地说,涉及一种带有用于引导卡进入插座的导杆的插座。
美国3775643号公开的一种已知插座包括:带端导规的卡边缘连接器,以及安装在相应端导规上的卡导槽。该插座适于固定于母板上使其卡导槽由母板保持向外。导向接收槽延伸超过卡边缘连接器以外并锁入母板上的孔内。
美国专利3,932,016中公开了一种印刷电路卡插座,它包括用以接受可插元件的连接器,这种插座使电路卡导向件固定到连接器上。电路卡导向件和连接器有联锁装置,使导向件锁定在连接器的背面。随着电路卡读出器使用的增加,希望有彼此能相对地重叠的连接器和卡导杆,以提供重叠取向的多个电路卡。此外,希望连接器和卡导杆具有使可重叠连接器和导向件联锁的结构,以形成刚性更强的重叠组件。
还希望电路卡导向件是能锁入外壳的任一插口的导向件,使得电路卡导向件的卡接收槽总是面对插入另一个连接器的电路卡导向件的卡接收槽。
本发明的目的是提供一种卡读出器的电气插座,卡导杆和插座能彼此联锁,形成重叠联锁的组件。而且这些卡导杆是一种能锁入插座外壳的任一插口的导杆,用以组装重叠的卡导向组件。
本发明的卡读出器包括一个卡接收外壳,和一套带有用于引导卡两端进入外壳入口的卡接收槽的导杆。每个导杆设有一个叉股,用于锁定啮合外壳上多个插口中的任何一个,假设每个锁定在外壳上的导杆的卡接收槽面向另一个导杆的接收槽。因此,依照本发明的优点,导杆能与任何插口组合,并可相对于外壳上下颠倒。
依照本发明的一另一优点,导杆被颠倒用于重叠、联锁地装配在其他导杆上。导杆彼此互相重叠,联锁,只有颠倒过来才能为二个单张卡提供出两套联锁的卡引导装置。
下面参照附图举例说的本发明的实施例;其中:
图1是该插座和一套卡导杆,以及带有一套颠倒的卡导杆的颠倒的插座的透视图;

参照图1,插座1,尤其适用于卡读出器(未图示),包括一个带卡接收口3的绝缘外壳2,如图2,被外壳2成两排固定并延伸进入口3的多个触点4以及一套卡导杆5,6。
参照图3,触点4的末端部分7,如部分剖视图所示,向外延伸至外壳2的背面8与第一电路板9相连接。触点4自由端的脚10采用相应的形状以便和电路板9连接。例如,脚10呈柱形以便插入电路板9的板孔。或者,脚10呈表面安装扁平部分,未图示,以便与固定在电路板9表面上的焊盘(未图示)相连接。
再参照图1,插座1附有一个完全相同的颠倒的外壳2,外壳2附有颠倒的另组导杆5,6。每个外壳2的底面12都有一对凸脚13。每个外壳2在入口3两端向前突出的外壳杆15内有起动器槽14。每一于外壳2的上表面16上有一锁定结构,其形式为在入口3一侧有一凹孔18,而另一侧上有一凸丘19。如图2至5,只有当两个外壳相对于对方彼此颠倒,使一个外壳上的凸丘19嵌入另一外壳上的凹孔18,完全相同的两个外壳2才能互相重叠、联锁,如在图5所能清楚见到的。
每个外壳2或独立用在电路板9上,或用来与另一个完全相同的外壳2联锁。卡接收口3可由一个或两个外壳2来限定。卡接收口3适宜接收一张卡,或者两张卡,即每个互相重叠的外壳2接收一张。该卡在本行业是已知的和例如在美国5033972中已公开的。
再参照图2,辅助触点4成两排延伸进颠倒的外壳2上的卡接收口3。辅助触点4的末端部分7伸出颠倒外壳2的背面8以便与颠倒的第二电路板9相连。参照图3,辅助触点4伸出颠倒外壳2的背面8以便与第一电路板9相连。由绝缘材料制成的,上有呈线性排列小孔21的薄腹板20安装在触点4互相间隔的末端部分7上,以保证它们互相间隔。辅助腹板20,未图示,还可配上如图2所示的触点4的末端部分7。
每一套导杆5,6都是由热塑材料逐个模压制成的。如图1,内表面23上的卡接收槽22沿相应导杆5,6的长度方向延伸,导杆5,6相应末端上漏斗式的槽口24开向导杆5,6上相应的槽沟22。在相应导杆5,6的两端,相应的细长插脚向外延伸。
插脚锁定啮合在位于外壳2入口3相应一侧外侧表面27上的插口26内。插脚25上的相应截面与沿外壳2相应外侧表面27上的槽沟28互相滑动、吻合。参照图4、5、6、7,槽沟28有底切边29,底切边29与插脚25的加宽边30重叠。插脚25的末端分别带有带横向凸齿32的锁定卡31。当沿相应槽沟28移动时,凸齿32弹性受力弯曲,直至凸齿32陷入槽沟28末端33并绷直卡在槽沟28末端32上的横向卡肩34上。插脚25从而锁定啮合在插口26中。每个导杆5,6上的插脚25与任一个插口26互相锁定啮合。每个插口26可锁定啮合导杆5,6中的一个,只要导杆5,6的其中一个导杆上的卡接收槽22面向同一套另一导杆5,6的槽沟22。这样的构造允许在外壳2装配一套导杆5,6,而不管该装置相对于外壳2是否颠倒。
每套的第一导杆5包括一上表面35,如图1,该上表面35带有限定凹孔的第一锁定结构36。每套的第二导杆6包括上表面35,该上表面35带有限定凸丘的第二锁定结构37。
参照图1和图6,以下说明互相重叠、锁定的两套导杆5,6。颠倒的一套导杆5,6必须相对于另一套导杆上下颠倒,才能使一套导杆5,6与另一套导杆5,6互相重叠联锁。当第二导杆6上的凸丘37嵌入第一导杆5上的凹孔36时,第一导杆5与第二导杆6啮合联锁,参见图1和图6。相同类型的导杆5,5之间不能联锁。相同类型的导杆6,6之间也不能联锁。而只有两种类型的导杆5,6才能构成互相重叠、联锁的导杆5,6组。该导杆组包括多对互相重叠、互相颠倒的导杆5,6,和所述联锁导杆对上对应第一导杆5上的第一锁定结构36,第一锁定结构36与对应第二导杆6上的第二锁定结构37联锁。
每个第一导杆5和每个第二导杆6都有相应的底面38,脚39从相应底面38上凸出。参照图7,每套导杆5,6上的脚39凸出并嵌入第一电路板9上的相应呈线性排列的小孔40中。一个外壳2上的脚13凸出并嵌入第一电路板9上其余呈线性排列的小孔40中,参见图7和图2。
如图2,颠倒的外壳2上有颠倒的脚13,脚13嵌入颠倒的电路板9上其余呈线性排列的小孔40中。一套颠倒的导杆5,6上有图7中颠倒的脚39,脚39嵌入示于图2的颠倒的电路板9上呈线性排列的小孔40中。
参见图8到图10,由一条金属逐个冲压成形制成的固定支架(41,图9)包括带有蛇形间隔的蛇形边43,适于被熔化的焊料(未示出)湿润,用于将底板42焊接在电路板12或颠倒的电路板12上的导电焊盘(未图示),一对共面支杆44,45从底板42上伸出,底板42弯曲以横向延伸至支杆44,45的厚度平面。支杆44,45由第一弯板46连接,第一弯板46由一可舒缓应力的薄腹板47与底板42连接,当支杆44、45受力时,该薄腹板47可变曲并防止力传到底板42上,从而防止底板42从焊接点松脱。第二弯板48连接支杆44,45的远端。在厚度平面上压紧齿49沿支杆45一侧延伸出来。在同一厚度平面上,一对互相间隔的楔形凸起50延同一支杆45间隔并沿压紧齿49的同一方向伸出。
固定支架41沿外壳2每个侧表面27内的多个凹槽51中的一个插入,是图7,8,10,每个凹槽51在两端开口加宽,且凹槽51相对两侧54上凹槽帮53中的一个是颠倒的。压紧齿49与槽帮53互相重叠使外壳2与电路板9紧靠在一起,见图7图8。参见图10,固定支架41被颠倒,则当底板42焊接于颠倒的电路板9的焊盘(未示出)时,压紧齿49与颠倒的槽帮53互相重叠。固定支架41上的凸起50楔入凹槽一侧54并使支杆45弹性弯曲,这样支杆44,45被凸起50偏压并摩擦嵌入凹槽51的对侧54。在每个导杆5,6的一个外侧面55上都有构造相似的槽51,参见图1,6,7。在导杆5,6和外壳2上的每个凹槽51都设有二个开口端52和二个槽帮53以便安放颠倒的固定支架41,使固定支架41焊接在颠倒的电路板9上,或者安放未颠倒的固定支架41,使其焊接在第一电路板9上。
参照图1,6,7,8和10,每个凹槽51两侧54上突出的凸缘56凸出在凹槽51的两侧54之外与凹槽51内固定支架41的支杆44,45的边缘重叠。每个外壳2上的一个凸缘56被分成隔开的区段57。每个凸缘56覆盖一部分压低齿49和凸起50,使它们维持在固定支架41的厚度平面上。

Claims (8)

1.一种插座(1),包括外壳(2),外壳内的一卡接收口(3),在该接收口内外壳所支承的触点,外壳上的插脚接收插口(26),该接收口两侧的相对导杆(5、6),以及每个导杆上的卡接收槽(22),其中每个导杆上配置的插脚(25)与任一插口构成锁定啮合,每个插口使导杆之一仅与面向另一导杆的一个导杆上的卡接收槽锁定啮合,其特征在于:该导杆包括多对所述相对导杆(5、6),每对中的各导杆与另一对所述相对导杆中的相应导杆(5、6)成重叠关系。
2.根据权利要求1的插座,其特征在于,当相应的第一和第二导杆彼此颠倒时,相应第一导杆(5)和第二导杆(6)的第一锁定结构(36)与第二锁定结构(37)就互相联锁。
3.根据权利要求1的插座,其特征在于,所述导杆不仅包括所述多对导杆,而且包括多对重叠导杆,所述各对重叠导杆的相应第一导杆(5)上的所述第一锁定结构(36)与所述各对重叠导杆的相应第二导杆(6)上的第二锁定结构(37)互相联锁。
4.根据权利要求1的插座,其特征在于,第一锁定结构(36)是每个第一导杆(5)上的一凹孔,第二锁定结构(37)是每个第二导杆(6)上的一凸丘,而且每个所述导杆(5、6)包含一个凸脚(13)。
5.根据权利要求4的插座,其特征在于,当相应的第一和第二导杆彼此颠倒时,相应第一导杆(5)和第二导杆(6)上的第一锁定桔构(36)和第二锁定结构(37)就互相联锁。
6.根据权利要求1的插座,其特征在于,每个第一导杆(5)有第一类锁定结构(36),每个第二导杆(6)有第二类锁定结构(37),而同一类的锁定结构(36、37)彼此之间不能联锁。
7.一种插座,包括外壳(2);外壳内的卡接收口(3),接收口两侧是向前突出外壳杆(15)内的起动槽(28);接收口(3)内外壳(2)上所支承的电触点(7);起动槽(28)两侧外壳上的插脚接收插口(26);接收口(3)两侧的导杆(5、6);每个导杆(5、6)上的卡接收槽(22)结构成与任一插口(26)锁定啮合,各插口(26)使所述导杆(5、6)之一只与面朝另一导杆(6)取向的所述卡接收槽(22)的那个导杆(5)的卡接收槽(22)锁定啮合,其中所述导杆包括多对所述相对导杆(5、6),各对中的每个导杆与另一对所述相对导杆中的相应导杆(5、6)成重叠关系。
8.根据权利要求7的插座,其特征在于,所述导杆(5、6)不仅包括所述多对相对导杆,而且包括多对重叠导杆,所述各对重叠导杆中相应的第一导杆(5)上的第一锁定结构(36)与所述各对重叠导杆中相应的第二导杆(6)上的第二锁定结构(37)互相联锁。
