本发明涉及一种汽车配件领域。
背景技术
汽车的护风罩是重型汽车的零件之一，安装在汽车发动机散热器与冷却风扇之间，使冷却风扇吹出的风尽可能地与发动机散热器进行热交换，保证汽车发动机能在一个温度相对较低的环境下工作。传统的重型汽车发动机护风罩为薄壳类零件，一端为长方体，与汽车发动机散热器连接，另一端为管状体，与冷却风扇连接；长方体与管状体之间采用锥台形状过渡；这种传统的护风罩出风口较小，由于冷却风扇的出风口吹出的风是通过管状体的通道吹向发动机散热器的，散热效果差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供一种汽车护风罩。
本发明的技术方案是：一种汽车护风罩，包括安装在冷却风扇外壳上的护风圈和安装在发动机散热器外壳上的护风壳，所述护风壳的前端为长方形壳体，其后端为锥管状壳体，所述护风壳和所述护风圈之间设有锥管状的护风套，所述护风套的小端通过紧固装置与所述护风圈连接，所述护风套的大端套装在所述护风壳的锥管状壳体上，所述护风圈为螺旋形状。
优选地，所述紧固装置为螺栓。
本发明的有益效果：本发明的汽车护风罩将原来护风罩中圆筒状钣金件改成圆锥状橡胶件，增大了冷却风扇出风口的直径，提升了汽车发动机的冷却效率。
