Abstract

本发明公开一种蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺,包括蓖麻杆切成35-50mm的料段,除杂、脱水后,在常压、90-95℃下汽蒸30-50min;再送入第一段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,其中,在第一段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入2-3% NaOH、0.05-0.1% 蒽醌、0.2-4% EDTA和2-4% H2O2;物料再送入第二段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,在第二段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入3-4% NaOH、4-6% H2O2、0.4-0.6%聚丙烯酰胺和1-2% MgSO4;最后经高浓磨浆、消潜,即得到蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆。与现有工艺相比,本发明方法得浆率更高,污染负荷更小。

蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于造纸领域,具体涉及一种蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺。
背景技术
我国是世界上种植蓖麻生产蓖麻籽的主要国家之一,蓖麻杆纤维长,具有坚韧性,纤维素含量高,是一种优质的非木材纤维造纸原料,传统的蓖麻杆制浆工艺主要为碱法制浆,但蓖麻杆含有较多的木质素,污染负荷较重,且采用传统方法蓖麻杆浆得率不高,一般只有40%左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有蓖麻杆制浆存在的问题,提供一种蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺,步骤如下:
(1)蓖麻杆切成35-50mm的料段,除杂、脱水后,在常压、90-95℃下汽蒸30-50min;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料送入第一段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,然后洗涤,其中,在第一段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入2-3% NaOH、0.05-0.1% 蒽醌(AQ)、0.2-0.4% EDTA和2-4% H2O2
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料送入第二段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,然后洗涤,其中,在第二段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入3-4% NaOH、4-6% H2O2、0.4-0.6%聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和1-2% MgSO4
(4)步骤(3)得到的物料进行高浓磨浆、消潜,即得到蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆。
进一步,步骤(4)高浓磨浆时浆浓度为25-30wt%。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
(1)将蓖麻杆切成35-50mm的料段,然后送入双鼓洗料机中洗涤去除杂质,除杂后由螺旋脱水机送入气蒸仓,在常压、90-95℃下汽蒸30-50min,以充分浸渍;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入第一段双螺杆搓丝机中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入2.5% NaOH、0.05% AQ、0.3% EDTA和3% H2O2,搓丝后送到反应仓中静置反应40min,然后送入挤浆机中进行洗浆处理,洗净;
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入第二段双螺杆搓丝机,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入3.5% NaOH、5% H2O2、0.5% PAM和1.5% MgSO4,搓丝后送入反应仓中静置反应40min,然后再经两段挤浆机逆式洗浆,洗净;
(4)步骤(3)得到的物料送入高浓磨浆机中,进行高浓磨浆(浆浓度25-30wt%),然后再送入水力碎浆机进行消潜(浆浓度3.5-4%,时间10min左右),即得到蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆。
实施例2
(1)将蓖麻杆切成35-50mm的料段,然后送入双鼓洗料机中洗涤去除杂质,除杂后由螺旋脱水机送入气蒸仓,在常压、90-95℃下汽蒸30-50min,以充分浸渍;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入第一段双螺杆搓丝机中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入2% NaOH、0.05% AQ、0.4% EDTA和4% H2O2,搓丝后送到反应仓中静置反应45min,然后送入挤浆机中进行洗浆处理,洗净;
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入第二段双螺杆搓丝机,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入4% NaOH、4% H2O2、0.4% PAM和2% MgSO4,搓丝后送入反应仓中静置反应50min,然后再经两段挤浆机逆式洗浆,洗净;
(4)步骤(3)得到的物料送入高浓磨浆机中,进行高浓磨浆(浆浓度25-30wt%),然后再送入水力碎浆机进行消潜(浆浓度3.5-4%,时间15min左右),即得到蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆。
除特别说明外,本发明所用设备为常规设备。
采用本发明方法蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的得率可达70-75%,白度可达到75-79 ISO,叩解度27-300SR。
此外,本发明化工原料用量较少,木质素溶出少,费水处理比传统工艺更为简单,费用小。

Claims (2)

1.蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺,步骤如下:
(1)蓖麻杆切成35-50mm的料段,除杂、脱水后,在常压、90-95℃下汽蒸30-50min;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料送入第一段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,然后洗涤,其中,在第一段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入2-3% NaOH、0.05-0.1% 蒽醌、0.2-0.4% EDTA和2-4% H2O2
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料送入第二段搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,然后洗涤,其中,在第二段搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入3-4% NaOH、4-6% H2O2、0.4-0.6%聚丙烯酰胺和1-2% MgSO4
(4)步骤(3)得到的物料进行高浓磨浆、消潜,即得到蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述蓖麻杆漂白化学机械浆的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)高浓磨浆时浆浓度为25-30wt%。
