Abstract

本发明公开一种亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺,步骤如下:(1)将亚麻切断成35-50mm的料段,然后经洗涤除杂后,送气蒸仓进行预处理,预处理时间为30-50min,常压,温度90-95℃;(2)步骤(1)得到的物料送入搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,其中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入4-6% NaOH和1-1.5% 蒽醌;(3)步骤(2)得到的物料在依次进行洗浆、高浓磨浆和消潜,即得到亚麻本色半化学机械浆。与现有亚麻浆制备工艺相比,本发明具有得率高、污染负荷小的优点。

亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于造纸领域,具体涉及一种亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺。
背景技术
亚麻原料是生产卷烟纸较为理想的原料,用它生产的卷烟纸具有透气性高、燃烧性好、纸质柔较细腻、灰色白、无异味等特点。
目前生产亚麻浆的方法主要化学法,如亚硫酸盐法,但这种方法的缺点是浆得率低,污染负荷大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有亚麻浆制备中所存在的缺点,提供一种亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺,步骤如下:
(1)将亚麻切断成35-50mm的料段,然后经洗涤除杂后,送气蒸仓进行预处理,预处理时间为30-50min,常压,温度90-95℃;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料送入搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,其中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入4-6% NaOH和1-1.5% 蒽醌(AQ);
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料在依次进行洗浆、高浓磨浆和消潜,即得到亚麻本色半化学机械浆。
进一步,步骤(3)高浓磨浆的浆浓度为25-30wt%。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
(1)将亚麻切断成35-50mm的料段,然后送入双鼓洗料机中洗涤除杂,再由螺旋脱水机送至气蒸仓,常压,温度90-95℃,预处理30min,以充分浸渍;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入双螺杆搓丝机中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入5% NaOH和1% AQ,搓丝后送入反应仓中静置反应40min;
(3)静置反应后的物料采用两段挤浆机进行逆式洗浆,洗净后送入高浓磨浆机,进行高浓磨浆(浆浓度25-30wt%),磨浆后再送入水力碎浆机中进行消潜(浆浓度4-5wt%,时间10min左右),即得到亚麻本色半化学机械浆。
实施例2
(1)将亚麻切断成35-50mm的料段,然后送入双鼓洗料机中洗涤除杂,再由螺旋脱水机送至气蒸仓,常压,温度90-95℃,预处理50min,以充分浸渍;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入双螺杆搓丝机中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入4.5% NaOH和1.5% AQ,搓丝后送入反应仓中静置反应45min;
(3)静置反应后的物料采用两段挤浆机进行逆式洗浆,洗净后送入高浓磨浆机,进行高浓磨浆(浆浓度25-30wt%),磨浆后再送入水力碎浆机中进行消潜(浆浓度4-5wt%,时间15min左右),即得到亚麻本色半化学机械浆。
除特别说明外,本发明所用设备为常规设备。
采用本发明方法,亚麻本色半化学机械浆的得率可达80-85%,湿重3.5-5g。以生产110g/m2瓦楞原纸为例,本发明的亚麻本色半化学机械浆生产的瓦楞原纸环压指数可达15.4 N.m/g,比国废生产的瓦楞原纸环压指数高一倍以上,裂断长可达到5000M左右。
此外,本发明化工原料用量较少,木质素溶出少,费水处理比传统工艺更为简单,费用小。

Claims (2)

1.亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺,步骤如下:
(1)将亚麻切断成35-50mm的料段,然后经洗涤除杂后,送气蒸仓进行预处理,预处理时间为30-50min,常压,温度90-95℃;
(2)步骤(1)得到的物料送入搓丝机,搓丝后静置反应30-50min,其中,在搓丝机中按绝干物料重量计,加入4-6% NaOH和1-1.5% 蒽醌;
(3)步骤(2)得到的物料在依次进行洗浆、高浓磨浆和消潜,即得到亚麻本色半化学机械浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述亚麻本色半化学机械浆的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)高浓磨浆的浆浓度为25-30wt%。
