一种双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,属于运输设备技术领域,旨在解决现有的货物托盘结构设计不合理,表面清洗困难,面板防滑性差,存在安全隐患的问题。它是承载面体和底部联体支撑脚座的一个整体封闭、且中空结构的川字结构单面托盘,承载面体为矩形四角为圆弧角的承载面体,并在承载面体上制有数个间断型凸棱状防滑机构,承载面体的四角为圆弧角、四边为圆弧边、下边缘制有四面增强凸凹条状、圆形撑和倾斜角联接的支撑脚座,下支撑脚座是中心凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座。其整体结构强度高,特别适用于食品、医药等行业等储存、运输货物。

双向叉入式新型单面平托盘
技术领域
本发明属于运输设备技术领域中一种用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置作为单元负荷的货物托盘。
背景技术
托盘是一种用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置作为单元负荷的货物和制品的水平平台装置。随着托盘在工矿企业的生产线、运输、仓储和流通等领域的广泛应用,它作为物流运作过程中重要的装卸、储存和运输设备,与叉车等装卸搬运机械配套使用在现代物流中发挥着巨大的作用,系一种使静态货物转变为动态货物的活动的载货平台。因此,对运输设备领域中货物和制品所用托盘的技术要求也越来越高。在公知技术中,现有的货物托盘主要是以吹塑成型的方法成型为中空双层壁结构,在第一壁与第二壁的内加强筋,其中由第一壁向中空部侧突出而构成的第一内加强筋的端面和第二壁向中空部侧突出而构成的第二内加强筋的端面连续对接为整体而构成内加强筋等,或是由双层壁结构的货物放置台的内部通过以凹部构成的支柱为中心局部形成十字形的内加强筋,且托盘的底面边缘部的各边上分别形成有多个脚部,托盘与地面之间形成有用于插入货叉的货叉插入口等,其重量轻,且具有高抗弯曲强度,货物放置在托盘的上侧面上,同时配合叉车等使用。但是,受其构造所限,现有托盘在实际使用中,面板防滑性差,重复利用清洗时积水,放置货物的表面清洗困难,在托盘举升或者运输颠簸的实际应用过程中托盘上的货物易于滑脱,且受货物摩擦易破损,循环使用寿命低,尤其是对食品、医药行业使用安全性较差,亦给实际应用带来不便。
发明内容:
为了克服现有技术的不足,解决现有的货物托盘结构设计不合理,表面清洗困难,面板防滑性差,存在安全隐患的问题。本发明之目的是提供一种结构简单实用,托盘外表面清洗方便,面板防滑性好,在托盘举升或者运输颠簸的实际应用过程中能有效地保证安全性好,特别是能满足食品、医药等特殊行业使用要求,托盘整体强度高,循环应用寿命长,进叉空间大,使用安全方便的新式托盘。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,它包括:承载面体、支撑脚座,该托盘是承载面体和底部联体支撑脚座的一次中空吹塑成型的一个整体封闭、且中空结构的川字结构单面托盘,承载面体为矩形四角为圆弧角的承载面体,并在承载面体上制有数个间断型凸棱状防滑机构,承载面体的四角为圆弧角、四边为圆弧边、下边缘制有四面增强凸凹条状、圆形撑和倾斜角联接的支撑脚座,支撑脚座是中心凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座。
上述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,所述承载面体的底面制有10--15个(最佳为12个)大型对顶点、26-36(最佳为32个)中型对顶点和100~120个(最佳为116个)小型对顶点,并在承载面体的底面还制有分布均匀、相互对称的4~16个X形和10~28条平行条状凹形增强支撑。
上述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,所述承载面体上的间断型凸棱状防滑机构3是在托盘板面上部制有分布均匀、相互对称又相互连接的数个圆形、椭圆形和椭圆形中间有文字造型的间断型凸棱状防滑结构。
上述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,所述承载面体的平面四角为半径50~66mm(最佳为60mm)的圆弧角、四边向下的边为半径6~12mm(最佳为10mm)的圆弧边、下边缘联接支撑脚座的增强支撑倾斜角为60~75°角。
上述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,所述承载面体对顶点的大型对顶点为底面是直径60~80mm圆形的和50-80mm*110-150mm长方形四角为圆角的锥台形对顶点;中型对顶点为底面是直径18~60mm的圆锥台形对顶点;小型对顶点为底面是直径6mm~30mm圆锥台形对顶点。
上述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,所述承载面体对顶点的小型对顶点位于承载面体底面的X形和平行条状凹形增强支撑内。
上述的双向叉入式新型平面单托盘,所述支撑脚座为5×3~4个脚的支撑脚座,支撑脚座的支撑面为100mm×220mm,支撑脚座是连接承载面体圆弧边后下边缘向下垂直再联接增强支撑倾斜角后、向内横S形折弯后又向内倾斜60~80°(最佳为78°)后连接支撑脚座底面的半径为90~110mm(最佳为108mm)的弯弧所组成的有凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座,支撑脚座的叉口高度为80mm~100mm、宽度为200mm~280mm。
上述的双向叉入式新型平面单托盘,所述支撑脚座的四周还制有4-12条凹槽形加强支撑。
本发明单面平托盘制作时,按照设计要求,制造出钢模具后,按装到塑料中空成型机设备上,加入HDPE原材料后,启动塑料中空成型机设备自动成型,制造出产品。使用时将本发明的托盘放置到相应位置,就能放置货物。再按照实际需要,用叉车或地牛车等插进叉入口,移动作业等。
由于本发明设计采用了上述技术方案,有效地解决了现有的货物托盘结构不合理,表面清洗困难,面板防滑性差,存在安全隐患的问题。亦经过数次试验试用结果表明,它与现有技术相比,具有整体结构强度高,便于清洗,底部结构受力均匀、对称,在托盘升降或者运输颠簸的实际应用过程中能有效地保证安全,且托盘与货物间的摩擦力大,循环应用寿命长,进叉空间大,使用安全方便等优点,应用领域广,适用于食品、医药等行业等储存、运输货物。

具体实施方式
如附图1-图2所示实施例,本发明包括:承载面体1、支撑脚座6,该托盘是承载面体1和底部联体支撑脚座6的一次中空吹塑成型的一个整体封闭、且中空结构的川字结构单面托盘,承载面体1为矩形四角为圆弧角的承载面体,并在承载面体1上制有数个间断型凸棱状防滑机构3,承载面体1的四角为圆弧角、四边为圆弧边、下边缘制有四面增强凸凹条状、圆形撑和倾斜角联接的支撑脚座6,支撑脚座6是中心凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座。
参见附图2-5实施例,本发明所述承载面体的底面制有12个大型对顶点2、32个中型对顶点10和116个小型对顶点4,并在承载面体的底面还制有分布均匀、相互对称的4个X形和14条平行条状凹形增强支撑8。
参见附图1实施例,本发明承载面体1上的间断型凸棱状防滑机构3是在托盘板面上部制有分布均匀、相互对称又相互连接的38个圆形、4个椭圆形和椭圆形中间有4个汉字、英文组合造型图案5的间断型凸棱状防滑结构。
参见附图2-5实施例,本发明所述承载面体1的平面四角为半径60mm的圆弧角a、四边向下的边为半径10mm的圆弧边、下边缘联接支撑脚座的增强支撑倾斜角b为78°角。
参见附图2-5实施例,本发明所述承载面体对顶点中的大型对顶点2为8个底面是直径80mm、顶面为直径40mm的圆锥台形和4个底面是62mm*140mm、顶面是38mm*118mm长方形四角为圆角的长方锥台形对顶点;中型对顶点10为底面是直径56mm、顶面为直径18mm的圆锥台形对顶点;小型对顶点4为底面是直径24mm、顶面是6.8mm圆锥台形对顶点,小型对顶点4位于承载面体底面的X形和平行条状凹形增强支撑9内。
参见附图2-5实施例,本发明支撑脚座6为5×3个脚的支撑脚座,其中10个支撑脚座6的支撑面为126mm×126mm、5个支撑脚座的支撑面为126mm×200mm,支撑脚座6是连接承载面体圆弧边后下边缘向下垂直再联接增强支撑倾斜角后、向内横S形折弯后又向内倾斜78°后连接支撑脚座底面的半径为108mm的弯弧c所组成的有凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座,支撑脚座6的叉口高度为90mm、宽度为260mm;支撑脚座6的四周还制有8条凹槽形加强支撑。

Claims (8)

1.一种双向进叉新型单面平托盘,包括承载面体、支撑脚座,其特征在于,该托盘是承载面体和底部联体支撑脚座的一次中空吹塑成型的一个整体封闭、且中空结构的川字结构单面托盘,承载面体为矩形四角为圆弧角的承载面体,并在承载面体上制有数个间断型凸棱状防滑机构,承载面体的四角为圆弧角、四边为圆弧边、下边缘制有四面增强凸凹条状、圆形撑和倾斜角联接的支撑脚座,支撑脚座是中心凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向进叉入式新型平面单托盘,其特征在于,所述承载面体的底面制有10~15个大型对顶点、26~36中型对顶点和100~120个小型对顶点,并在承载面体的底面还制有分布均匀、相互对称的4~16个X形和10~28条平行条状凹形增强支撑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双向叉入式新型平面单托盘,其特征在于,所述承载面体上的间断型凸棱状防滑机构3是在托盘板面上部制有分布均匀、相互对称又相互连接的数个圆形、椭圆形和椭圆形中间有文字造型的间断型凸棱状防滑结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,其特征在于,所述承载面体的平面四角为半径50~66mm的圆弧角、四边向下的边为半径6~12mm的圆弧边、下边缘联接支撑脚座的增强支撑倾斜角为60~75°角。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,其特征在于,所述承载面体对顶点的大型对顶点为底面是直径60~80mm圆形的和50-80mm*110-150mm长方形四角为圆角的锥台形对顶点;中型对顶点为底面是直径18~60mm的圆锥台形对顶点;小型对顶点为底面是直径6mm~30mm圆锥台形对顶点。
6.根据权利要求2所述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,其特征在于,所述承载面体对顶点的小型对顶点位于承载面体底面的X形和平行条状凹形增强支撑内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,其特征在于,支撑脚座为5×3~4个脚的支撑脚座,支撑脚座的支撑面为100mm×220mm,支撑脚座是连接承载面体圆弧边后下边缘向下垂直再联接增强支撑倾斜角后、向内横S形折弯后又向内倾斜60~80°后连接支撑脚座底面的半径为90~110mm的弯弧所组成的有凸凹、四面向中心倾斜变形增强的支撑脚座,支撑脚座的叉口高度为80mm~100mm、宽度为200mm~280mm。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的双向叉入式新型单面平托盘,其特征在于,支撑脚座的四周还制有4-12条凹槽形加强支撑。
