The invention provides equipment for treating kitchen waste, which can degrade 90% of the kitchen waste into water, carbon dioxide and heat by combining a biological treatment technology, and realize harmless treatment of the waste.
Fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 respectively show a schematic perspective structure and a schematic internal structure of the kitchen waste treatment equipment according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the kitchen waste treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes a housing 100, a feeding hole for feeding is formed at an upper end of the housing, and a discharging hole 600 is formed at a side surface thereof near a lower end, through which a treated solid residue is discharged.
A reaction tank 200 is arranged in the shell 100 and is positioned below the feeding hole, and the kitchen waste is poured into the reaction tank through the feeding hole; the reaction tank is added with powder containing microorganisms for degrading the kitchen waste to generate water, carbon dioxide and part of harmless solid residues. A stirring device 300 is arranged in the reaction tank 200 and is used for stirring the kitchen waste, so that the waste and the microorganisms are mixed more uniformly, and the degradation effect is ensured; the main shaft of the stirring device is connected with a stirring motor 310 for providing power for the stirring device. Because the kitchen waste has peculiar smell, if the treated gas is directly discharged, the surrounding air can be polluted. Therefore, a purification apparatus 400 is further provided in the housing, and is connected to the reaction tank 200. The gas generated by the degradation reaction in the reaction tank 200 is discharged from the reaction tank and enters the purification system, so that the peculiar smell is removed. FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the purification system in one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the purification apparatus 400 includes a purification housing 410 and an activated carbon layer 420 disposed inside the purification housing, a spray header 430 is disposed above the activated carbon layer, and a water supply pipe is connected to the spray header 430 to supply water to the spray header 430. In one embodiment of the present invention, the automatic feeding device comprises a lifting rod 710, a feeding barrel 720, a feeding barrel support 730, and a feeding motor, wherein the upper end of the lifting rod is located above the feeding hole of the housing. The surface of the lifting rod 710 is provided with a groove, a screw is arranged in the groove, and the screw is in transmission connection with the feeding motor; the screw is sleeved with a nut, the feed barrel support 730 is fixedly connected with the nut, and the feed barrel 720 is fixedly connected to the feed barrel support 730. After the feed barrel is filled with the kitchen waste, the feed motor is started, the screw rod rotates to drive the nut sleeved on the screw rod to move linearly along the screw rod. The ram bracket 730 coupled to the nut and the ram fixed to the ram bracket also move along the lift rod 710. In order to improve the automation degree of the treatment equipment, a control device is further arranged in the kitchen waste treatment equipment, and the control device is connected with the feeding motor and the stirring motor and used for starting the feeding motor to realize automatic feeding and controlling the starting or stopping of the stirring shaft. For convenience of operation, a control panel may be provided on a surface of the housing 100, as shown in fig. 1, and a plurality of operation buttons 1100, each of which implements a control function, may be provided on the panel. When a certain operation is needed, only the corresponding function button needs to be pressed.
The kitchen waste treatment equipment can complete the treatment of the waste within 8-24 hours generally, and in order to prevent the heat loss in the treatment process, the outer surface of the reaction tank is covered with an insulating layer. As shown in fig. 3, when the outer surface of the reaction tank 200 is covered with the electric heating plate 1000 for heating, the electric heating plate may be covered with an insulating layer 900.
