Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于控制贮箱的填充的设备。
本发明可应用于车辆上,特别是工业建筑机械领域中的工程机械,例如轮式装载机和铰接式卡车。尽管将针对轮式装载机来描述本发明,但本发明的应用不限于这种特定机械,而是也可用在其它车辆中。
背景技术
为了减少NOX的排放,可以使用所谓的SCR系统。诸如DEF或AdBlue的尿素溶液被混合到排气中,并且,能够通过化学反应减少NOX的含量。为此,希望在布置于车辆上的特定贮箱中装载有尿素溶液。
一个问题在于,尿素溶液的凝固点为-11℃,而车辆和尿素贮箱有时会长时间暴露于低于-11℃的温度下。在这种情况下,尿素溶液将凝固。在凝固期间,尿素溶液将以与水相同的方式膨胀。这意味着:在填充该贮箱期间,必须保证在贮箱中保留一定的未填充体积,从而允许尿素溶液在凝固期间膨胀。
布置在工程机械上的尿素贮箱的位置可以变化,在某些情况下,不能向贮箱直接执行贮箱的填充。而是,贮箱的填充嘴通过软管连接至贮箱并布置在与贮箱不同的位置,以便能够将填充柄接入并允许所谓的远程填充。而且,当使用远程填充时,如上文所解释的,也必须避免过度填充。
另外,尿素溶液可能对某些材料有高度的腐蚀性,因此,应避免过度填充和溢出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供本文的开头部分所限定的设备,当用诸如NOX还原剂的液体填充贮箱时,该设备降低了过度填充和溢出的风险。
该目的是通过根据权利要求1所述的设备实现的。
通过提供以下的设备,能够将贮箱填充至期望的液位,在该设备中,填充嘴设有可控磁体,并且该磁体布置成基于由贮箱的液位传感器执行的测量而被激活或被无效。该可控磁体优选是电磁体,当达到贮箱中的期望的液体液位时,该可控磁体能够被无效。能够使用该设备的这种功能来控制用于填充所述贮箱的外部填充装备。该可控磁体能够与填充柄相互作用来停止填充,例如通过与布置在填充柄的填充管中的磁性激活传感器相互作用。该磁性激活传感器则能够布置成控制所述填充装备的阀。
上述表述“可控磁体”旨在涵盖具有至少两种不同状态的磁体。例如,该磁体能够被无效(这意味着不产生磁场),或者能够被激活(这意味着产生磁场),或者,这两种状态可以是两种不同水平的磁场。因此,优选使用电磁体。
另一种选择是使用可在两个不同的预定位置之间移位的磁体,其中第一状态对应于磁体的第一位置,而第二状态对应于磁体的第二位置。在这种情况下,可以使用永磁体,并且,例如能够通过任何机械装置或压缩空气来执行该磁体的移动。
上述表述“可控磁体”并不旨在包括仅具有一种状态的不可移位的固定永磁体。
另外,本发明还涉及一种根据权利要求13所述的用于填充贮箱的设备以及根据权利要求16所述的用于控制贮箱的填充的方法。
以下的说明和从属权利要求中公开了本发明的进一步的优点和有利特征。

具体实施方式
图1示出了轮式装载机形式的工程机械1。轮式装载机1应仅视为本发明所能应用的车辆的一个示例。该轮式装载机设有设备2,该设备2用于控制轮式装载机上布置的贮箱3的填充。下面,参考图2来进一步说明该设备。
图2示出了根据本发明的设备2的一个实施例。该示意性示出的实施例包括贮箱3,贮箱3设有液位传感器4,该液位传感器4用于测量贮箱3中的液体6的液位5。贮箱3布置在车辆上,例如图1所示的轮式装载机上,并且在本示例性实施例中,该设备适合远程填充。该设备还包括填充嘴7,该填充嘴7具有用于接收填充柄的入口8。填充嘴7被布置成远离贮箱3,并通过软管9、管子或类似构件连接至贮箱3。
通过外部填充柄(图2中未示出)和该填充嘴7,能够用液体填充贮箱3。此液体例如可以是NOX还原剂,例如尿素溶液,如DEF或AdBlue。填充嘴7设有可控磁体10。可控磁体10布置成基于由液位传感器4执行的测量而被激活或被无效。
因此,该设备具有以下功能:其能够用于控制从外部填充装备流入到贮箱3内的液体的量,只要该填充装备对可控磁体10的不同状态是敏感的。通过该可控磁体10,能够控制所述填充装备,以便在达到或超过贮箱中的特定液位时不再输送液体。
优选地,该可控磁体10和液位传感器4彼此连接,以将来自液位传感器4的信号传输至可控磁体10。控制单元11能够布置成接收来自液位传感器4的信号,并将该信号传输至可控磁体10,以便于可控磁体10的激活和无效。作为一种选项,控制单元11具有滤波器12,该滤波器12用于稳定从液位传感器4接收到的信号。这种滤波器12能够用来减小贮箱3中的易溅液体表面5的影响。
优选地,根据本发明的设备能够适配于根据ISO-22241-4的敞口再填充系统柄并与其一起使用。这种柄具有位于该柄的填充管中的磁性激活传感器。通过与布置在该填充管中的磁性激活传感器相互作用,能够控制到贮箱中的液体的流动。在一个实施例中,当可控磁体10被无效时,该磁性激活传感器失效且不允许液体流入贮箱3中,而当可控磁体10被激活时,该磁性激活传感器有效,以便控制所述填充装备的阀,从而允许液体从该填充装备流出。
当然,根据本发明的另一实施例,该可控磁体能够在被激活时用来阻止流动,并在未激活或被无效时允许流动。
液位传感器4能够是感应传感器或超声波传感器或者其它适合确定贮箱中的液位的传感器。该液位传感器能够布置在贮箱3的外部或贮箱3的内部。还可以使用所谓的磁簧开关传感器。
图3示出了根据本发明的用于填充贮箱3的设备13的一个实施例的示意图。参考图3,下面将仅说明上文未参考图2描述过的特征。与图2中例示的设备的特征相同或类似的特征被赋予与图2中相同的附图标记,因此不再说明。该设备包括填充柄14和填充装置15,该填充装置15用于允许和阻止液体从填充柄14中流出。贮箱3设有填充嘴7,该填充嘴7具有用于接收所述填充柄14的入口8,以允许对贮箱3的填充。该设备还包括用于测量贮箱3中的液位5的传感器4。填充嘴7设有可控磁体10。可控磁体10布置成基于由液位传感器4执行的测量而被激活或被无效。
填充装置15包括用于与可控磁体10相互作用的部件16。该部件16能够布置在填充柄14中,例如在填充柄14的管子中。优选地,将磁性激活传感器16布置在填充柄14中。填充装置15可以包括阀17(例如切断阀),用于控制液体从容器18经由填充柄14和贮箱3的填充嘴7向贮箱3的流动。例如,在填充该贮箱3期间,液位传感器4将所述可控磁体10激活或无效,该可控磁体10继而影响磁性激活传感器16,磁性激活传感器16继而开启或关闭阀17,以允许或阻止液体流入到贮箱3中。

应当理解,本发明不限于上文描述并在附图中示出的实施例;而是,本领域技术人员将会明白,在所附权利要求的范围内,可进行多种修改和变型。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于控制贮箱的填充的设备,所述设备包括传感器和填充嘴,所述传感器用于测量所述贮箱中的液体的液位,所述填充嘴具有用于接收填充柄和填充所述贮箱的入口,其特征在于,所述填充嘴设有可控磁体,所述磁体布置成基于由所述液位传感器执行的测量而被激活或被无效。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述可控磁体是电磁体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述可控磁体布置成当所述贮箱中的液体超过特定的预定液位时被激活。
4.根据任一前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述液位传感器是感应传感器。
5.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述液位传感器是超声波传感器。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述填充嘴能够通过管子、软管或类似构件连接至所述贮箱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述填充嘴被布置成用于所述贮箱的远程填充。
8.根据任一前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括控制单元,所述控制单元用于接收来自所述液位传感器的信号并将所述信号传输至所述可控磁体,以便于所述可控磁体的激活或无效。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述控制单元具有滤波器,所述滤波器用于稳定从所述液位传感器接收到的信号,以减小所述贮箱中的易溅液体表面的影响。
10.根据任一前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括贮箱。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述贮箱旨在容纳NOX还原剂,例如尿素溶液。
12.一种车辆,所述车辆设有根据权利要求1至11中的任一项所述的设备。
13.一种用于填充贮箱的设备,所述设备包括:填充柄;填充装置,所述填充装置用于允许和阻止液体从所述填充柄中流出;填充嘴,所述填充嘴具有用于接收所述填充柄和填充所述贮箱的入口;以及传感器,所述传感器用于测量所述贮箱中的液体的液位,其特征在于,所述填充嘴设有可控磁体,所述磁体布置成基于由所述液位传感器执行的测量而被激活或被无效,所述填充装置包括与所述可控磁体相互作用的部件。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用于填充贮箱的设备,其特征在于,所述部件被布置在所述填充柄中。
15.根据权利要求13或14所述的用于填充贮箱的设备,所述部件是磁性激活传感器。
16.一种用于控制贮箱的填充的方法,包括以下步骤:使用填充嘴,所述填充嘴具有用于接收填充柄和填充所述贮箱的入口;以及确定所述贮箱中的液体的液位,其特征在于,利用所确定的液体的液位来激活或无效所述填充嘴的可控磁体,以控制所述贮箱的填充。
17.一种计算机程序,包括用于在计算机上运行所述程序时执行根据权利要求16所述的步骤的程序代码。
18.一种计算机可读介质,包括根据权利要求17所述的计算机程序。
