发明内容

参考图2-4,座椅靠背12包括上部靠背支承部分88和下部靠背支承部分90,每个包括单独的与靠背支承板94耦接的靠背垫组件92。在附加实施例中,上部和下部靠背支承部分88、90可以进一步配置为彼此独立移动或可以结合到单个的靠背垫。座椅靠背12的底端96接近下部靠背支承部分90的底部处,与座椅底座14的后部部分98枢转地耦接。更具体地,靠背支承板94与座椅底座14的座椅支承板99围绕枢转地连接支承板的铰链销100铰接。应当理解的是,各种可选的枢轴连接可以配置在支承板之间,例如活动铰链或其他铰链排布,如本领域普通技术人员通常理解的那样。
也如图2-4所示,座椅底座14的座椅支承板99大体是平坦的且限定用于支承坐在车辆座椅总成10上的乘员的刚性基层元件。座椅底座14的前部部分102接近座椅支承板99的底面104处,与前部连杆22的上端106枢转地耦接。座椅和靠背支承板94、99可想象地包括中央开口,中央开口具有横跨中央开口的柔性组件以为坐着的乘员提供更多的挠曲和弹性。座垫108位于座椅支承板99之上以大体遮盖座椅支承板99,同时暴露用于与座椅靠背12的靠背支承板94枢转地耦接的座椅支承板99的后部部分98。如图4所示,座垫108向前延伸在座椅支承板99的前端110之上以限定座椅底座14的突出部分112,突出部分112配置用于支承乘员的膝盖后面的乘员的腿。座垫108和靠背垫部件92可以由各种缓冲部件和座椅材料组成,包括开孔或闭孔泡沫材料、柔性聚合物、覆盖层材料、或其他可能的座椅和装饰材料,如本领域普通技术人员通常理解的那样。可以想象的是,在本发明的附加实施例中可以设置座椅底座14和座椅靠背12的各种附加的形状和配置。
现在参考图4-5,耦接在前部连杆22的底端28和地板26之间的滑动组件86包括一对导轨114,导轨114纵向延伸在地板26的表面之上且在导轨114的相对端116与地板26固定地耦接。在图示的实施例中的导轨114具有大体管状的形状,具有在相对端116之间延伸的大体一致的直径。滑动支架118与每个导轨114可滑动地与耦接以允许前部连杆22的底端28相对地板26纵向前后移动。滑动支架118也与前部连杆22的底端28枢转地耦接以允许前部连杆22基于在导轨114上前后移动而有角度地调节。驱动器120与在导轨114之间中心处的地板26耦接且包括电动马达122,电动马达122具有纵向延伸在地板26表面之上并大体与导轨114平行对齐的带螺纹的蜗杆124。蜗杆124与枢转地耦接到前部连杆22的调节支架126可操作地接合。可以预期的是,在附加实施例中,驱动器120可以可选地配置有其他设备以可操作地调节前部连杆22的纵向位置。
图5-6B所示的图示实施例中,前部连杆22包括矩形,其具有水平延伸在座椅支承板99的前端110下面且与座椅支承板99上的连接部件130枢转地耦接的上部横向组件128。前部连杆22的下部横向组件132与上部横向组件128平行对齐地水平延伸且与滑动支架118和调节支架126枢转地耦接,限定前部连杆22的底端28。前部连杆22的侧部组件134线性延伸在上部和下部横向组件128、132的相对端116之间。在附加的实施例中,可以预期的是,侧部组件134可以包括单个的组件或附加的组件,且可以延伸在上部和下部横向组件128、132上可选的位置之间且可以以弯曲的或可选形状的配置延伸。
如图6A-6B进一步所示,进一步限定每个后部连杆24和上部连杆16包括延伸在座椅总成10和地板26或后围52之间的单独的组件。特别地,后部连杆24包括第一连杆组件136和第二连杆组件138,第一连杆组件136和第二连杆组件138具有上端和下端,上端与固定地耦接至座椅支承板99的底面104的连接元件140枢转地耦接,下端与固定到地板26接近地板26和后围52之间的过渡处的连接元件140枢转地耦接。因此,可以想象的是,后部连杆24的下端可以可选地与后围52的下部枢转地耦接以提供同样的旋转运动。同样地,上部连杆16包括一对连杆元件142,连杆元件142在前端与连接到后部支承板94的后表面146的支承支架144枢转地耦接且在后端与后围52上的支承支架144枢转地耦接。可以预期的是,后部连杆24或上部连杆16可以包括单个的连杆组件或附加的连杆组件,或也可以是可选地配置有其他可移动的耦合器,例如配置有与从座椅总成10延伸的销可滑动地接合的弯曲的槽排布,以提供沿着与各个后部连杆24或上部连杆16提供的相同的路线的移动,如本领域普通技术人员通常理解的那样。
现在参考图7,从垂直位置36(如虚线所示)移动座椅靠背12至斜倚位置34,并且从降低位置82(如虚线所示)移动座椅底座14至升高位置84。前部连杆22的底端28从后部位置32到前部位置30的移动相对地板26升高了座椅底座14的前部部分102。特别地,蜗杆124(图6B)通过电动马达122的转动驱动在蜗杆124上向前移动了调节支架126,且从而纵向沿着导轨114可滑动地移动前部连杆22的下部横向组件132(图6B)。前部连杆22的下部横向组件132在导轨114上的向前移动和上部横向组件128(图6B)与座椅底座14的枢转和非滑动连接引起前部连杆22有角度地调节至更斜倚的位置。同样地,前部连杆22的底端28在后部和前部位置32、30之间的移动分别在降低和升高位置82、84之间调节座椅底座14的突出部分112。同样地,当前部连杆22的底端28从后部位置32移动到前部位置30时,座椅底座14也稍稍向前移动,从而拉动座椅靠背12向下至斜倚位置34。座椅底座14和座椅靠背12之间的枢转连接的轻微向下和向前移动通过相应的上部连杆16的向下角运动被放大,移置了座椅靠背12向下且斜倚以在座椅靠背12和地板26之间提供更大的角。座椅靠背12至斜倚位置34的移动也减小了靠背支承板94和后围52之间的空间,并且在某些实施例中,可以引起座椅靠背12的靠背支承板94在斜倚位置34中抵靠后围52。
如图8-9B所示,图示的座椅靠背12处于斜倚位置34且图示的座椅底座14处于升高位置84。因此,蜗杆124已旋转以相对地板26向前移动调节支架126,从而迫使前部连杆22重新定位至更斜倚的角度且向上升高座椅底座14的前部部分102至升高位置84。向前和向上升高座椅底座14至升高位置84引起座垫108上升至缓冲区域70之上并引起座椅底座14的后部部分98环绕后部连杆24向前和向下枢转。后部连杆24的向下和向前移动同样引起了上部连杆16的前端向下移动,从而降低座椅靠背12至更斜倚的角位置。可以预期的是,如上所述,从垂直位置36(图4)移动车辆座椅总成10至斜倚位置34的步骤,以及同样地从降低位置82(图4)移动座椅底座14至升高位置84,可以反向于将座椅靠背12返回至垂直位置36且将座椅底座14返回至降低位置82。

Claims (20)
1.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
座椅靠背;
座椅底座,其与座椅靠背枢转地耦接;
上部连杆,其耦接在座椅靠背的上部和后部支承之间;以及
前部和后部连杆,其耦接在座椅底座和地板之间,其中后部连杆较前部连杆短,并且前部连杆的底端可在地板上在前部和后部位置之间移动,以相对于座椅底座的后部部分调节座椅底座的前部部分的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,进一步包含:
滑动组件,其耦接在前部连杆的底端和地板之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅总成,其中滑动组件包括驱动器,其用于在前部和后部位置之间纵向调节底端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中前部连杆的顶端与座椅底座的前部部分枢转地耦接,且其中前部连杆的底端从后部位置到前部位置的移动相对于地板升高了座椅底座的前部部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中前部连杆的底端在前部和后部位置之间的移动分别在升高位置和降低位置之间调节座椅底座的前部部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆座椅总成,其中当前部连杆的底端从后部位置移动到前部位置时,座椅底座向前移动,从而将座椅靠背移动到斜倚位置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅总成,其中后部支承包括限定车辆内部舱室的后围的尾部结构,且其中后部支承相对地板大体固定。
8.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
座椅靠背;
座椅底座;
座椅靠背和后部支承之间的耦合器,其用于在斜倚和垂直位置之间引导座椅靠背;
前部和后部连杆,其枢转地耦接在座椅底座和地板之间,其中后部连杆较前部连杆短,并且前部连杆的底端与滑动组件可操作地耦接,且可在滑动组件上在前部和后部位置之间移动以相对于座椅底座的后部部分调节座椅底座的前部部分的高度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中耦合器包括上部连杆,上部连杆具有与座椅靠背的上部枢转地耦接的前端和与后部支承枢转地耦接的后端。
10.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中滑动组件包括邻接地板的驱动器,其用于在前部和后部位置之间纵向调节底端。
11.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中前部连杆的顶端与座椅底座的前部部分枢转地耦接,且其中前部连杆的底端从前部位置至后部位置的移动相对地板降低了座椅底座的前部部分。
12.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中前部连杆的底端在前部和后部位置之间的移动分别在升高位置和降低位置之间调节座椅底座的前部部分。
13.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中当前部连杆的底端从后部位置移动到前部位置时,座椅底座向前移动,从而将座椅靠背移动到斜倚位置。
14.根据权利要求8所述的车辆座椅总成,其中后部支承包括限定车辆内部舱室的后围的尾部结构。
15.一种车辆座椅总成,包含:
座椅靠背,其与座椅底座枢转地耦接;
第一可移动连接件,其处在座椅靠背和后部支承之间;
第二可移动连接件,其处在座椅底座上后部点和地板之间;以及
前部连杆,其枢转地耦接在座椅底座和滑动组件之间,其中第二可移动连接件较前部连杆短,并且滑动组件在地板上纵向移动前部连杆的底端,以相对于座椅底座的后部部分调节座椅底座的前部部分的高度。
16.根据权利要求15所述的车辆座椅总成,其中第一可移动连接件耦接在座椅靠背上的上部点和后部支承之间且基于座椅靠背在斜倚和垂直位置之间的移动而提供上部点的内凹弧形路径。
17.根据权利要求15所述的车辆座椅总成,其中第二可移动连接件耦接在座椅底座的后部点和地板之间以基于座椅底座在升高位置和降低位置之间的角运动提供后部点的内凹弧形路径。
18.根据权利要求15所述的车辆座椅总成,其中第二可移动连接件包括后部连杆,后部连杆具有与前部连杆后方的座椅底座枢转地耦接的顶端和与地板枢转地耦接的底端。
19.根据权利要求15所述的车辆座椅总成,其中滑动组件包括驱动器,驱动器可操作以在前部和后部位置之间纵向调节前部连杆的底端,且其中底端从后部位置到前部位置的移动相对于地板升高了座椅底座的前部部分。
20.根据权利要求19所述的车辆座椅总成,其中当前部连杆的底端从后部位置到前部位置移动时,座椅底座前部移动,从而将座椅靠背的下部向前移动到斜倚位置。
