本发明提供了一种合金消毒丝及其汽车尾气净化器,合金消毒丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50‑61%、锌为19‑36%、银为9‑21%。所述的汽车尾气净化器包括壳体,壳体内安装合金消毒丝,壳体的长度方向两端面分别开设进气孔和出气孔,合金消毒丝是至少一条单丝缠绕形成的多孔隙柱体状,合金消毒丝的单丝呈长条螺旋状,壳体的外壁安装连接筒,连接筒上设置与汽车排气管连接的固定装置。本发明汽车尾气净化器中的合金消毒丝与汽车尾气接触,能在瞬间产生静电环境,从而吸附尾气中的颗粒物及有害物质,净化效果非常明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及合金丝,是一种合金消毒丝及其汽车尾气净化器。
背景技术
申请人研制的合金消毒丝可以用于去除水中杂质,进而研究发现也可以去除汽车尾气中的有害物质。目前,空气中的污染物很多是来源于汽车尾气,汽车尾气对人体的损害是公知的,对汽车尾气的治理已属全社会的共识。然而,已有的对汽车尾气的净化主要有用吸附剂吸附、磁化、催化等方法,但是,这些方法均存在结构复杂、易损坏、制造成本高、净化效果较难达到设计要求等不足,致使目前汽车尾气中仍存在大量有害物质,汽车排放的污染物仍在污染大气。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种合金消毒丝及其汽车尾气净化器,它能够解决现有技术的不足。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种合金消毒丝,合金消毒丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50-61%、锌为19-36%、银为9-21%。合金消毒丝的形状为扁状体。合金消毒丝为扁状体,其长度方向呈螺旋状。
所述的一种合金消毒丝汽车尾气净化器,包括壳体,壳体内安装合金消毒丝,壳体的长度方向两端面分别开设进气孔和出气孔,合金消毒丝是至少一条单丝缠绕形成的多孔隙柱体状,合金消毒丝的单丝呈长条螺旋状,壳体的外壁安装连接筒,连接筒上设置与汽车排气管连接的固定装置。合金消毒丝的单丝横截面为矩形。合金消毒丝的单丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50-61%、锌为19-36%、银为9-21%,合金消毒丝的单丝直径为5-20微米。所述固定装置有一个连接架,连接架有一个平面板,平面板两外端分别设置向内弯折的折板,折板外壁上设置锯齿,连接架的折板穿过连接筒上的孔进入连接筒的腔体内,连接架平板上开安装孔,安装孔内安装螺栓,螺栓同时穿过连接筒的筒壁。所述固定装置有一个安装槽,安装槽周向开设在连接筒的筒壁上,连接筒的筒壁外侧设置连接片,连接片上部位于连接筒外侧,连接片下部位于安装槽内,连接片的首尾两端均位于安装扣内,安装扣内配合设置调节螺栓,连接片的一端沿长度方向设置数个配合槽,调节螺栓与配合槽相配合。合金消毒丝的单丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,其中铜为61%、锌为30%、银为9%。合金消毒丝的单丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,其中铜为60%、锌为30%、银为10%。
本发明提供的合金消毒丝及用合金消毒丝制成的汽车尾气净化器,是通过合金消毒丝吸附汽车尾气中的有害物质,这些有害物质包括气体和颗粒物。本发明汽车尾气净化器中的合金消毒丝与汽车尾气接触,能在瞬间产生静电环境,从而吸附尾气中的颗粒物及有害物质,净化效果非常明显。本发明汽车尾气净化器安装在汽车排气管尾端,使汽车尾气在排出排气管时全部经过本发明净化器后进入大 气。经本发明汽车尾气净化器净化后的汽车尾气排放检测结果为:一氧化碳0.6-1.2g/km,碳氧化合物+氮氧化合物0.57-1.31g/km,颗粒总质量为0.05-0.11g/km。上述检测数据使用车辆为轿车,乘员5人,车辆总质量为2500-3500kg,车辆使用无铅93号汽油,共10车辆,车辆使用里程为8-13公里,发动机为压燃直喷式。本发明汽车尾气净化器安装拆卸方便,使用5000公里左右,拆下后清洗,可反复使用。

本发明的一种合金消毒丝,合金消毒丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50-61%、锌为19-36%、银为9-21%。本发明上述铜、锌和银混合制成的合金消毒丝与汽车尾气充分接触,通过电荷及静电作用能吸附汽车尾气中的有害物质,合金消毒丝优选的形状为扁状体,它可以增大与汽车尾气的接触面积。合金消毒丝进一步优选的形状是扁状体,其长度方向呈螺旋状,便于增加合金消毒丝密集接触时具有较大的体积及孔隙。
本发明将合金消毒丝缠绕成多孔隙的柱体状,可更好的用于吸附汽车尾气中的有害物质,其具体结构为:包括壳体2,壳体2内安装合金消毒丝4,壳体2的长度方向两端面分别开设进气孔5和出气孔6,进气孔5或出气孔6开设在壳体盖3上,壳体盖3安装在壳体2上,合金消毒丝4是至少一条单丝缠绕形成的多孔隙柱体状,合金消毒丝4的单丝呈长条螺旋状,壳体2的外壁安装连接筒1,连接筒1上设置一汽车排气管连接的固定装置。设置壳体盖3的作用是便于将合金消毒丝4取出清洗,或者将壳体2设计成左右两部分组成,采用扣合或插接等方法连接,便于取出合金消毒丝4清洗,此时,壳体盖3可用壳体2另一部分替代。安装在壳体2内的合金消毒丝4的单丝优选形状为:合金消毒丝4的单丝横截面为矩形;进一步优选的方案是:合金消毒丝4的单丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50-61%、锌为19-36%、银为9-21%,合金消毒丝4的单丝直径为5-20微米,该方案能够进一步使汽车尾气充分与合金消毒丝4接触,更好的使合金消毒丝4吸附汽车尾气中的有害物质。本发明所述的汽车尾气净化器安装在汽车排气管上使用,安装方法可以有多种,本发明提供了两种结构,例如:所述固定装置有一个连接架8,连接架8有一个平面板,平面板两外端分别设置向内弯折的折板,折板外壁上设置锯齿10,连接架8的折板穿过连接筒1上的孔7进入连接筒1的腔体内,连接架8平板上开安装孔,安装孔内安装螺栓9,螺栓9同时穿过连接筒1的筒壁。这种结构可以通过旋转螺栓9,调节连接架8进入连接筒1的距离,从而使连接架8可以将套在连接筒1内的汽车排气管锁紧或松开,折板外壁上设置的锯齿10结构能够增加连接可靠度,另一种结构是:固定装置有一个安装槽12,安装槽12周向开设在连接筒1的筒壁上,连接筒1的筒壁外侧设置连接片13,连接片13上部位于连接筒1外侧,连接片13下部位于安装槽12内,连接片13的首尾两端均位于安装扣14内,安装扣14内配合设置调节螺栓15,连接片13的一端沿长度方向设置数个配合槽16,调节螺栓15与配合槽16相配合,这种结构可以通过旋转调节螺栓15,使连接片13的一端在安装扣14内移动,使连接片13的直径发生变化,连接片13的直径小于连接筒1的直径时,位于安装槽12内的连接片13将套在连接筒1内的汽车排气管挤压锁紧;连接片13的直径大于连接筒1的直径时,位于安装槽12内的连接片13将套在连接筒1内的汽车排气管松开,使连接筒1脱离汽车排气管。图中11是垫片。
本发明提供的结构是将壳体2外壁与汽车排气管内壁相触,也可使壳体2的内壁与汽车排气管的外壁相触,使汽车尾气全部进入壳体2的腔体内与壳体2内安装的合金消毒丝4充分接触吸附尾气中的有害物质。
本发明所述汽车尾气净化器中的合金消毒丝4的单丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,优选铜为60%、锌为30%、银为10%。按其重量百分比计有较多种组合:
1、铜59%、锌29%、银12%。
2、铜61%、锌30%、银9%。
3、铜59.5%、锌29.5%、银11%。
4、铜60.5%、锌30%、银9.5%。
5、铜50%、锌30%、银20%。
6、铜60%、锌19%、银21%。
7、铜55%、锌36%、银9%。

1.一种合金消毒丝的合金消毒丝汽车尾气净化器,合金消毒丝是由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合制成,按重量百分比计:铜为50-61%、锌为19-36%和银为9-21%,其特征在于:包括壳体(2),壳体(2)内安装合金消毒丝(4),壳体(2)的长度方向两端面分别开设进气孔(5)和出气孔(6),合金消毒丝(4)是至少一条单丝缠绕形成的多孔隙柱体状,合金消毒丝(4)的单丝呈长条螺旋状,壳体(2)的外壁安装连接筒(1),连接筒(1)上设置与汽车排气管连接的固定装置。
