Abstract
本发明提供了一种滤芯净水杯,包括杯体和杯盖,杯体内设置网筒,网筒通过连接件固定在杯盖上,网筒内装合金消毒丝团,合金消毒丝团是由合金丝单丝相互交叉构成,合金丝是圆柱体或扁状体,合金丝是铜、锌和银的混合物,其中铜的含量为40-70%、锌的含量为15-40%和银的含量为8-25%。本发明用于对自来水的净化,可去除水中的重金属及污染物等。

技术领域
本发明涉及净水杯,是一种滤芯净水杯。
背景技术
目前,人们为了喝到干净的水,一般采用净水器净化饮用水,而净水器对水的净化主要采用活性碳、无纺布、PP纤维、载银离子活性碳及含碘释放的树脂等,还有些结构是再采用紫外线或添加剂组合使用。这些净化水的方法的不足在于:在净化水的同时,将水中的微量元素全部滤掉,同时,对重金属及细菌的去除较难达到要求,长期饮用这些方法净化的水,对人体的健康无较好的补益。为此,本领域在用上述方法净化水后,再添加微量元素,以补充人体所需。但是,这些微量元素从生产经过流通领域再到添加,增加了污染的风险,并且也给人们的经济带来负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种滤芯净水杯,它用于对自来水的净化,可去除水中的重金属及污染物等。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下方案实现:一种滤芯净水杯,包括杯体和杯盖,杯体内设置网筒,网筒通过连接件固定在杯盖上,网筒内装合金消毒丝团,合金消毒丝团是由合金丝单丝相互交叉构成,合金丝是圆柱体或扁状体,合金丝是铜、锌和银的混合物,其中铜的含量为40-70%、锌的含量为15-40%和银的含量为8-25%。所述的连接件有固定筒,固定筒周边配合安装在杯盖内壁上,固定筒内壁与套筒连接,套筒内壁与网筒连接,杯盖上部一侧安装铰链轴,杯盖上部另一侧安装下弧形板,杯盖通过铰链轴铰接保护盖的一侧,保护盖的另一侧下部安装上弧形板,下弧形板与上弧形板相配合,下弧形板上铰接弧形铰链钩,弧形铰链钩的内径大于上弧形板与下弧形板的外径;杯盖上部开设出水口,出水口与套筒相通,保护盖底部安装半球形的软垫,软垫与出水口相配合,软垫的球直径大于出水口的内径;杯盖上部设置按钮,按钮位于下弧形板内,按钮上安装连接板的一端,连接板的另一端安装弹簧,弹簧安装在杯盖上,弹簧始终给连接板一个向外的推力,保护盖下部内壁上安装配合板,连接板与配合板锁扣配合。所述的网筒上部设置网盖,网盖开设数个出水孔。
所述合金丝中铜的含量为54-66%、锌的含量为19-38%和银的含量为9-15%。合金丝中的铜的含量为50-61%、锌的含量为19-36%和银的含量为9-21%。铜含量为65%,锌含量为35%,银含量为10%。合金丝是长条螺旋体。合金丝的直径是6-30微米。合金丝是用直径为6-30微米的圆柱体丝制成的扁状体丝。合金丝采用扁状体丝制成单丝长条螺旋体,用单丝长条螺旋体制成多层螺旋柱体,多层螺旋柱体由单丝长条螺旋体最小直径逐层加大至最大直径形成,多层螺旋柱体的单丝长条螺旋体相互接触。
本发明所述的滤芯净水杯中合金丝,能去除自来水中的重金属及污染物等,在去除上述有害物的同时,能保留人体所需的钙、镁等离子,能达到长期饮用标准。本发明所述的滤芯净水杯中合金丝用净化的黄河自来水做净化试验,检测结果如下:净化后的水中无氰化物、无挥发苯酚类,细菌总数为10个/L,pH值为6.32,铁为0.22mg/L,锰为0.1mg/L,铜为0.32mg/L,锌为0.29mg/L,砷为0.0065mg/L,镉为0.0023mg/L,铅为0.0074mg/L,汞为0.0012mg/L,硒为0.02mg/L,钙为24mg/L,镁为8.3mg/L,铬为0.016mg/L,氯化物为18.3mg/L,氟化物为0.31mg/L,硫酸盐为17.8mg/L。本滤芯净水杯中的合金丝在湿润状态下形成静电环境,当水经过合金丝时,瞬间产生静电环境,通过电化学氧化反应,将水中的污染物、重金属去除。本发明的柱状合金丝相互呈斜向及螺旋状接触,使水流经合金丝时能与其全面接触,进一步保证产生充足的电化学氧化反应。

本发明的滤芯净水杯,包括杯体1,杯体1内设置网筒3,网筒3通过连接件固定在杯体1内,网筒3内装合金消毒丝团6,合金消毒丝团6是由合金丝单丝相互交叉构成,合金丝是圆柱体或扁状体,合金丝是铜、锌和银的混合物,其中铜的含量为40-70%、锌的含量为15-40%和银的含量为8-25%。本发明上述技术方案是达到本发明效果的特定组合方案。
本发明所述的滤芯净水杯,具体结构是:连接件有固定筒8,固定筒8周边配合安装在杯盖2内壁上,固定筒8内壁与套筒7连接,套筒7内壁与网筒3连接,杯盖2上部一侧安装铰链轴9,杯盖2上部另一侧安装下弧形板13,杯盖2通过铰链轴9铰接保护盖10的一侧,保护盖10的另一侧下部安装上弧形板14,下弧形板13与上弧形板14相配合,下弧形板13上铰接弧形铰链钩19,弧形铰链钩19的内径大于上弧形板14与下弧形板13的外径;杯盖2上部开设出水口11,出水口11与套筒7相通,保护盖10底部安装半球形的软垫12,软垫12与出水口11相配合,软垫12的球直径大于出水口11的内径;杯盖2上部设置按钮15,按钮15位于下弧形板13内,按钮15上安装连接板17的一端,连接板17的另一端安装弹簧16,弹簧16安装在杯盖2上,弹簧16始终给连接板17一个向外的推力,保护盖10下部内壁上安装配合板18,连接板17与配合板18锁扣配合。
为了防止合金消毒丝团6在网筒3内移动,在网筒3上部设置网盖20,网盖20开设数个出水孔。
本发明优选的方案是:合金丝中铜的含量为54-66%、锌的含量为19-38%和银的含量为9-15%。进一步的优选方案是:合金丝中的铜的含量为50-61%、锌的含量为19-36%和银的含量为9-21%。上述含量范围可使合金丝更好的吸附水中的重金属及有害物质。
本发明所述滤芯净水杯的合金丝由铜、锌和银按重量百分比混合能够达到本发明效果的方案有多种:

本发明所述的合金丝的直径是6-30微米,合金丝的特定直径范围保证了净化后的水达到所述效果。研究表明,当铜、锌及银按比例混合后在特定的直径范围内能达到较高灭菌、去除重金属效果,本发明限定的合金消毒丝直径是电化学反应时间的较佳值。
本发明所述合金消毒丝团6中的合金丝的优选方案是长条螺旋体,合金丝是用直径为6-30微米的圆柱体丝制成的扁状体丝。合金消毒丝团6是采用长条螺旋体制成螺旋状,由多层螺旋状组成的螺旋柱体,水从螺旋柱体一端流入,经过整个螺旋柱体后从螺旋柱体的另一端流出,水在流动过程中与合金丝的单丝表面全面相接触,以使水的净化效果达到较高标准。
本发明的进一步方案是:合金丝采用扁体丝制成单丝长条螺旋体,用单丝长条螺旋体制成多层螺旋柱体,多层螺旋柱体由单丝长条螺旋体最小直径逐层加大至最大直径形成,多层螺旋柱体的单丝长条螺旋体相互接触。这种方案可以使水与合金丝充分接触产生电化学氧化反应,达到净化水的目的。本发明所述的合金消毒丝团6的形状在相同的水质与合金丝接触的相同时间下效果较好。
本发明另一个方案是合金丝制成单丝螺旋体,两条以上单丝螺旋体制成多层螺旋柱体,多层螺旋柱体由长条螺旋体自最小直径逐层加大至最大直径形成,多层螺旋柱体中的单丝长条螺旋体相互接触。这种方案同样达到使水与合金丝充分接触产生电化学氧化反应,达到本发明净化水的目的。
