Abstract
本发明提供了一种背光模组、显示模组和显示装置,所述背光模组,包括多个通过弹性胶连接的背光组件;每个背光组件包括:导光板;设置在所述导光板入光侧的多个发光二极管LED;设置在所述导光板出光侧的可形变层,所述可形变层的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对所述多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。本发明能够实现弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组、显示模组和显示装置。
背景技术
柔性显示器是由柔软的材料制成,可变型可弯曲的显示装置,像纸一样薄,即使切掉电源,内容也不会消失,也被叫做“电子纸”。目前,柔性显示技术得到越来越多的关注,研究者纷纷致力于如何增大柔性显示器件的曲率或延长柔性显示器件的使用寿命,一些平板厂商也纷纷开发出柔性显示产品以吸引消费者的目光。
背光模组是液晶显示器的关键组件之一,为液晶显示面板提供亮度与光源,从而使显示面板显示画面。因此,背光模组提供的光源的质量的好坏,在很大程度上决定了液晶显示器的显示效果。
但是,现有的柔性显示器的多采用弯曲式背光模组或仍采用平板式背光模组。以弯曲式的背光模组为例,如图1所示,在导光板1的入光侧设置有多个发光二极管LED2,为柔性显示屏3提供光源,在所述导光板1和所述柔性显示屏3之间间隔有空气隔层4,其中,多个导光板1之间通过弹性胶5连接。可以看出,上述背光模组在第一区域6内的光线过于集中,因此,无法实现背光模组的均匀照明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种背光模组、显示模组和显示装置,实现弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,包括多个通过弹性胶连接的背光组件;
每个背光组件包括:
导光板;
设置在所述导光板入光侧的多个发光二极管LED;
设置在所述导光板出光侧的可形变层,所述可形变层的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对所述多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
上述的背光模组,其中,所述可形变层包括:
位于所述导光板上的光偏转层和覆盖所述光偏转层的壳层;
其中,所述壳层能够在外界压力作用下发生形变;
所述光偏转层的厚度随所述壳层的形变发生改变,以对所述多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
上述的背光模组,其中,所述壳层采用透明材料;
所述光偏转层采用透明无色的液态胶体材料。
上述的背光模组,其中,所述液态胶体材料为硅胶或光学胶;
所述壳层为有机基板、塑料基板或树脂基板。
上述的背光模组,其中,所述多个LED的最终出射光线均沿预定方向射出,所述预定方向为垂直于所述导光板出光面的方向。
上述的背光模组,其中,所述多个LED的最终出射光线均平行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例还提供了一种显示模组,其中,所述显示模组包括柔性显示屏和上述任一项所述的背光模组,所述柔性显示屏和所述背光模组之间间隔有空气隔层。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括上述所述的显示模组。
在本发明实施例中,在每个背光组件的导光板出光侧增设了可形变层,所述可形变层的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转,从而实现弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明实施例提供了一种背光模组,如图2所示,包括多个通过弹性胶5(图2中未示出)连接的背光组件;
每个背光组件包括:
导光板1;
设置在所述导光板1入光侧的多个发光二极管LED2;
设置在所述导光板1出光侧的可形变层7,所述可形变层7的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对所述多个LED2中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
在本发明实施例中提供了一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括多个通过弹性胶5连接的背光组件,其中,在每个背光组件的导光板1出光侧增设了可形变层7,所述可形变层7的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对多个LED2中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转,从而实现了弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。
上述的背光模组,其中,优选地,所述可形变层如图3所示,包括:
位于所述导光板1上的光偏转层72和覆盖所述光偏转层72的壳层71;
其中,所述壳层71能够在外界压力作用下发生形变;
所述光偏转层72的厚度随所述壳层71的形变发生改变,以对所述多个LED2中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
其中,所述壳层71采用透明材料,优选地,所述壳层可以采用有机基板、塑料基板或树脂基板。所述光偏转层72采用透明无色的液态胶体材料,优选地,所述液态胶体材料为硅胶或光学胶。所述可形变层7以能够对至少部分LED的光线进行偏转,但不会阻挡其光线射出为目的,任何能够达到上述目的的实现方式均属于本发明实施例保护的范围。
具体地,可形变层7对多个LED2中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转后,从而实现了弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。在本发明实施例中还提供了两种优选地实施例,说明如下。
<实施例一>
如图4所示,多个LED2的出射光线通过可形变层7后,均沿垂直于导光板1出光面的方向,从而实现了弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。
<实施例二>
如图5所示,多个LED2的出射光线通过可形变层7后,所述多个LED2的最终出射光线均平行,从而实现了弯曲后的背光模组的均匀照明。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示模组,其中,所述显示模组包括柔性显示屏和上述任一项所述的背光模组,所述柔性显示屏3和所述背光模组之间间隔有空气隔层4,优选实现方式分别如图6和7所示。
当柔性显示屏3发生形变时,会使得空气隔层4对背光组件中可变形层7的壳层71产生压力,同时由于壳层71的自身应力作用使得壳层71会对光偏转层72产生压力,使得光偏转层72改变自身厚度,从而进行光线的偏转,最终实现均匀照明。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括上述所述的显示模组。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括多个通过弹性胶连接的背光组件;
每个背光组件包括:
导光板;
设置在所述导光板入光侧的多个发光二极管LED;
设置在所述导光板出光侧的可形变层,所述可形变层的厚度能够在压力作用下发生改变,以对所述多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述可形变层包括:
位于所述导光板上的光偏转层和覆盖所述光偏转层的壳层;
其中,所述壳层能够在外界压力作用下发生形变;
所述光偏转层的厚度随所述壳层的形变发生改变,以对所述多个LED中的至少部分LED的原始出射光线进行偏转。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述壳层采用透明材料;
所述光偏转层采用透明无色的液态胶体材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述液态胶体材料为光学胶;
所述壳层为有机基板。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述多个LED的最终出射光线均沿预定方向射出,所述预定方向为垂直于所述导光板出光面的方向。
6.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述多个LED的最终出射光线均平行。
7.一种显示模组,其特征在于,所述显示模组包括柔性显示屏和权利要求1-6任一项所述的背光模组,所述柔性显示屏和所述背光模组之间间隔有空气隔层。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括权利要求7所述的显示模组。
