技术领域
本发明涉及一种投射灯,特别是涉及一种LED投射灯。
背景技术
LED(Light-emitting Diode,发光二极管)照明光源具有寿命长、节能、绿色环保、色彩丰富以及微型化等优点而被称为下一代光源备受关注。随着节能技术的不断发展,LED灯将是未来照明行业发展的方向。然而,LED由于将输入电能的很大一部分转变为热能,且由于LED芯片面积小发热密度高,因此发展LED照明的关键所在就是先解决散热问题。结点温度是衡量LED灯散热性能的重要技术指标,由于散热不良导致结点温度的升高,将严重影响到发光波长、光强、发光效率和使用寿命。
传统的LED投射灯的壳体主要是采用模铸成型,其连同壳体外壁的散热鳍片都是金属模铸一体成型,故散热壳体不仅重量沉重,散热鳍片的数量也极其有限,散热效果也不尽人意,且造成LED灯具的笨重、组装困难且成本昂贵。同时,由于投射灯的使用场所,一般需要投射灯的照射角度能够拥有更充裕的调整范围,使其拥有更好的实用性。目前使用较多的投射灯在安装后,其所投射的光线只能在一个平面内角度可调,不能在任意角度内角度可调,影响了投射灯的使用性能。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种质量较轻、散热性较好、易组装的LED投射灯。
一种LED投射灯,包括外壳、设置于外壳上LED灯板、罩设于灯板上的上盖、设置于上盖上的灯盖。该外壳和上盖均由添加石墨的聚酰胺复合高分子导热材料制得。该外壳、LED灯板及上盖通过该灯盖组合在一起。
上述LED投射灯通过高分子导热材料替代传统的金属材料制作相关部件及利用卡合结构,提高了LED投射灯的散热效率,并实现了其轻型化及组装简便化。同时,利用可任意转向的灯杆实现了LED投射灯的投射角度任意可调性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明提供的一种LED投射灯作进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的一种LED投射灯100,包括外壳10、设置于外壳10上LED灯板20、罩设于LED灯板20上的上盖30、设置于上盖30上的灯盖40、连接于外壳10的后盖50、连接于后盖50的灯杆60及灯座70。
请同时参阅图3及图4,外壳10由添加石墨的聚酰胺复合高分子导热材料制成,大大减轻了LED投射灯100的主体的重量。该外壳10包括基体11和设置于基体11中心的凸台12,该基体11呈圆形,该凸台12为中空的圆柱形,用于固定后盖50。基体11的上表面111设有与基体11同轴心的基体凹槽1111。该基体凹槽1111的形状呈圆形,但不限于此。在基体凹槽1111的中心开设有一通孔1112,用以通设线路。在通孔1112的周围设有两个定位柱1113,该两定位柱1113相互对称。在基体凹槽1111的外边缘等间距地开设有多个贯穿的卡孔1114,该卡孔1114成矩形,并在卡孔1114远离基体11轴心的内侧面1115开设有梯形滑槽1116。基体11的下表面112上设有凸台12及与凸台12平行的散热柱1121,该散热柱1121为针状并呈阵列分布。该凸台12上设有多个螺孔121。
请参阅图5,LED灯板20为导热性良好的金属铝制备而成,呈圆形,但其形状不限于此。LED灯板20的直径略小于基体凹槽1111的直径,以便其放置于基体凹槽1111内。LED灯板20的中心设有一通孔21,用以通设线路。在通孔21的周围设有贯穿的定位孔22,该定位孔22与基体11的定位柱1113相对应。在LED灯板的内边缘等间距地设有多个LED灯23,但LED灯23的分布不限于此。LED灯23包括基座231和设置于基座231上的发光部232。基座231呈凸起的圆柱形,发光部232呈半球形凸起,其中,发光部232的直径小于基座231的直径。
请参阅图6和图7,上盖30由添加石墨的聚酰胺复合高分子导热材料制备而成,呈圆形盘状,其直径和外壳10的基体11的直径相同。上盖30的上表面31设有以圆心为中心间隔分布的凸起灯腔311,其分布与LED灯23的分布相对应。该灯腔311为中空的圆柱形,但也不限于此。灯腔311的内径略大于LED灯23的基座231的直径,以便灯腔311罩设于LED灯23的基座231上。各个灯腔311远离轴心的外围设有多个散热鳍片3111,但也不限于此。在上表面31的内边缘等间距设有多个贯穿的卡孔凸台312,该卡孔凸台312呈五边形便于卡合,其分布和基体11上的卡孔1114的分布相对应。卡孔凸台312的高度和灯腔311的高度相同。在各个卡孔凸台312的远离轴心的外侧面3121的中间位置垂直设有卡板313,该卡板313呈梯形,其高度略高于卡孔凸台312的高度。以上盖30的轴心为中心,在上表面31上成辐射状设有隔板314,间隔分布于灯腔311之间,隔板314一端连接于各个卡孔凸台312的顶角3122。该隔板314的高度和灯腔311的高度相同。上盖30的下表面32凹设有与上盖30同轴心的上盖凹槽321,其直径略小于基体11上的基体凹槽1111的直径。
请参阅图8,灯盖40为聚碳酸酯高分子材料一体成型,呈圆形薄片状,但不限于此。灯盖40的直径与多个卡板313所组成的圆的直径相同,以便在组装时使其卡设于上盖30的中心位置而不随意沿垂直于上盖30的轴向活动。在灯盖40的一表面设有与上盖30的凸起灯腔311相对应的多个LED灯收容腔41,其为与灯盖40连接的一端封闭的中空的圆柱体,但其形状不限于此。该收容腔41的外径略小于凸起灯腔311的内径,而收容腔41的内径略大于LED灯发光部232的直径。在具有收容腔41的灯盖40表面垂直设有多个卡持件42,其位置分布与上盖30的多个卡孔凸台312的位置相对应。该卡持件42包括卡合部421和连接于卡合部421末端的卡钩422。该卡合部421的长度与卡孔1114的深度和卡孔凸台312的深度的总和相等。
请同时参阅图9和图10,后盖50为聚甲醛高分子材料一体成型,包括固定部51和设置于固定部中心位置的连接部52。该固定部51呈圆形,其直径与外壳10的凸台12的外径相同。在固定部51靠近圆形边缘上开设有与凸台12上的螺孔121相对应的贯穿的固定孔511,用以利用螺丝穿过固定孔511将后盖50固定于外壳10上。在不具连接部52的固定部51的表面的边缘还设有多个凸起513,当后盖50固定于凸台12上时使凸起513抵触凸台12的内壁,起到定位的作用。
该连接部52呈中空的半球形,且中心位置开设有一通孔521,使连接部52和固定部51相连通,用以通设线路。同时,在靠近你通孔521的周围还开设有贯穿的散热孔512,用以将LED灯23散发的部分热量经通孔21和通孔1112导入到凸台12内的热量导出。
请再次参阅图1,灯杆60的材质为聚甲醛高分子材料,由多个连接件61枢接而成,可以随意转动各个连接件61以调节灯杆60弯曲的角度。灯杆60的一端枢接于后盖50的连接部52上,另一端固定于灯座70上。其中,灯座70为聚碳酸酯与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯高分子复合材料。
请同时参阅图1、图2及图11,组装时,首先在外壳10的基体11上凹设的基体凹槽1111表面均匀涂抹一层导热胶,将LED灯板20设有LED灯23的一面朝外而另一面贴附于基体凹槽1111表面,且基体凹槽1111的两个定位柱1113穿过LED灯板20的两个定位孔22。将上盖30扣于LED灯板20的上方,并使多个LED灯23收容于上盖30的凸起灯腔311。同时,多个凸起灯腔311与基体11的多个卡孔1114一一对应扣合。此时,LED灯板20收容于基体11的基体凹槽1111和上盖30的上盖凹槽321扣合的空间里。
然后,将灯盖40的多个卡持件42穿过上盖30的卡孔凸台312和基体11的卡孔1114,卡钩422卡固于基体11的下表面112,使外壳10、上盖30及灯盖40卡合为一体。此时,灯盖40的收容腔41扣入上盖30的凸起灯腔311内并将LED灯23的发光部232收纳其内。
最后,通过自攻螺丝穿过后盖50的固定孔511和相应的凸台12上的螺孔121将后盖50固定于外壳10的凸台上。将灯杆60的一端枢接于后盖50的连接部52,而另一端固定于灯座70上。使用时,用户可以通过转动灯杆60任意改变LED投射灯100的投射方向。
上述LED投射灯,通过在外壳、上盖和灯盖上设置卡合结构,实现了LED投射灯组装的简便化。同时,利用高分子导热材料替代传统的金属材料制作该外壳和上盖并在外壳基体上设置阵列分布的散热柱,实现了LED投射灯轻型化和良好的散热效率。并且,利用任意转向的灯杆实现了LED投射灯的投射角度任意可调性。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED投射灯,包括外壳、设置于外壳上LED灯板、罩设于灯板上的上盖、设置于上盖上的灯盖,其特征在于:该外壳和上盖均由添加石墨的聚酰胺复合高分子导热材料制得;该外壳、LED灯板及上盖通过该灯盖组合在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述外壳包括基体和设置于基体中心的凸台,所述基体上设有多个卡孔和一用以收容该LED灯板的基体凹槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述凸台的周围设有多个散热柱,所述散热柱为针状,并在基体上呈阵列状分布。
4.如权利要求2所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述上盖设有与基体上的卡孔一一对应的多个卡孔凸台。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述灯盖的表面上设有与所述卡孔和卡孔凸台相对应的多个卡持件,通过该卡持件穿过卡孔凸台和卡孔将外壳、LED灯板、上盖和灯盖组合在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述LED投射灯进一步包括连接于外壳的后盖、与后盖连接的灯杆及灯座。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述灯盖为聚碳酸酯高分子材料制备而成。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯板的边缘设有多个LED灯,所述灯盖还设有与该多个LED灯相对应的多个收容腔。
9.如权利要求8所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述上盖设有与多个LED灯相对应的多个灯腔,该多个灯腔外围设有散热鳍片。
10.如权利要求2所述的LED投射灯,其特征在于:所述上盖上凹设有上盖凹槽,且其直径略小于基体的基体凹槽的直径以将收容于基体凹槽的LED灯板抵紧,所述上盖的边缘垂直设有多个卡板,其高度略高于卡孔凸台的高度,所述上盖上还设有以其中心位置为中心呈辐射状的多个隔板。
