技术领域
大体上,本发明涉及用于车辆的混合动力系,并且更加具体地,涉及一种用于车辆的混合动力系,其能够将动力从内燃发动机和电动机中的至少一个传递至正在被驱动的机构。
背景技术
一般来说,用于车辆的混合动力系是轴和齿轮组,将该轴和齿轮组设计成通过来自于内燃发动机所输出的适宜、调和且有效利用的动力和来自电动机所输出的动力来驱动车辆。为了提高车辆的行驶效率,配置混合动力系以有效地利用发动机扭矩特征和电动机扭矩特征的互补特性。
传统的混合动力系被设计成如下:当车辆发动或以低速行驶时,混合动力系进入EV(电动车辆)模式,在该模式下,车辆由在低速下具有较好的扭矩特性的电动机进行驱动,并且当车辆以中或高速行驶时,混合动力系进入发动机模式,在该模式下,车辆由具有与电动机模式相比相对较高的扭矩特性的发动机进行驱动,并且当车辆需要由相当高扭矩进行驱动时,混合动力系进入混合模式,在该模式下,车辆由发动机扭矩和电动机扭矩共同驱动。
而且,用于车辆的混合动力系需要具有多个驱动模式,并且需要在每个驱动模式下通过优化利用发动机扭矩特性和电动机扭矩特性而使用简单的构造以实现多个齿轮档位。

发明内容
本发明各个方面致力于提供一种用于车辆的混合动力系,其具有多个驱动模式并且能够在每个驱动模式下通过优化利用发动机扭矩特性和电动机扭矩特性而使用简单的构造以实现多个齿轮档位,因此提高了车辆的行驶效率并且增加了车辆的里程。
在本发明的一个方面中,用于车辆的混合动力系可以包括,输入轴、发动机侧驱动齿轮、输出轴、发动机侧从动齿轮、电动机侧驱动齿轮、电动机侧从动齿轮、输出齿轮、单向离合器、离合器单元以及行星齿轮机构,其中,所述输入轴接收发动机的动力;所述发动机侧驱动齿轮设置在所述输入轴上;所述输出轴布置为平行于所述输入轴;所述发动机侧从动齿轮可旋转地设置在所述输出轴上并且与所述发动机侧驱动齿轮啮合;所述电动机侧驱动齿轮布置为与所述输入轴同轴并且通过电动机旋转;所述电动机侧从动齿轮固定地设置在所述输出轴上并且与所述电动机侧驱动齿轮啮合;所述输出齿轮旋转地设置在所述输出轴上;所述单向离合器安装在所述输出齿轮和所述输出轴之间,以在车辆向前行驶时仅在从所述输出轴至所述输出齿轮的方向上传递动力;所述离合器单元设置为相对于所述输出轴在固定状态和释放状态之间转换所述输出齿轮的运行状态,并且相对于所述输出轴在固定状态和释放状态之间转换所述发动机侧从动齿轮的运行状态;所述行星齿轮机构安装为使所述输出轴和所述输出齿轮彼此联接。

在行星齿轮机构PG中,行星架C直接连接至输出轴OUT,环形齿轮R直接连接至输出齿轮9,安装太阳齿轮S使得太阳齿轮S与输出轴OUT同轴并且可选择地固定至输出轴OUT,并且设置制动器BK以可选择地将太阳齿轮S固定至输出轴OUT。
相应地,当车辆在制动器BK被释放的状态下向前行驶时,形成第一齿轮档位,其中输出轴OUT的动力通过单向离合器25输出至输出齿轮9。但是,当车辆在制动器BK被接合的状态下向前行驶时,输出轴OUT的动力传递至行星架C,并且在输出至输出齿轮9之前通过环形齿轮R增加动力的速度。当然,在这种情况下,单向离合器25允许输出齿轮9在比输出轴OUT的速度更高的速度下旋转。
离合器单元CL包括第一犬齿式离合器CL-D1以及第二犬齿式离合器CL-D2,第一犬齿式离合器CL-D1能够在固定状态(其中输出齿轮9固定至输出轴OUT)和释放状态(其中输出齿轮9从输出轴OUT释放)之间转换输出齿轮9的运行状态,第二犬齿式离合器CL-D2能够在固定状态(其中发动机侧从动齿轮3固定至输出轴OUT)和释放状态(其中发动机侧从动齿轮3从输出轴OUT上释放)之间转换发动机侧从动齿轮3的运行状态。
在此,通过离合器单元的第一犬齿式离合器CL-D1将输出齿轮9固定至输出轴OUT的固定状态需要形成反向齿轮档位,其中已由电动机M输出的反向驱动动力从输出轴OUT传递至输出齿轮9,而不考虑齿轮系中单向离合器25的存在。
离合器单元的第二犬齿式离合器CL-D2用于将发动机侧从动齿轮3连接至输出轴OUT,以便将发动机动力传递至输出轴OUT。例如,当需要将发动机动力传递至输出轴OUT同时在仅使用电动机M的动力的EV模式中驱动车辆时,在发动机E发动并且通过控制发动机和发电机G两者的运行将输出轴OUT和输出侧从动齿轮之间的相对速度最小化之后,使第二犬齿式离合器CL-D2进入到接合状态(本文中下面将会描述),所以发动机动力能够传递至输出轴OUT。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,离合器单元CL可以包括第一犬齿式离合器CL-D1以及同步啮合装置,其中,第一犬齿式离合器CL-D1能够在固定状态(其中输出齿轮9固定至输出轴OUT)和释放状态(其中输出齿轮9从输出轴OUT释放)之间转换输出齿轮9的运行状态,同步啮合装置能够在固定状态(其中发动机侧从动齿轮3固定至输出轴OUT)和释放状态(其中发动机侧从动齿轮3从输出轴OUT释放)之间转换发动机侧从动齿轮3的运行状态。
在另一种情况下,当需要如上所述将发动机侧从动齿轮3连接至输出轴OUT时,甚至当发动机侧从动齿轮3和输出轴OUT之间的速度差很高时,同步啮合装置也能够相比于第二犬齿式离合器CL-D2更加有效地将发动机侧从动齿轮3连接至输出轴OUT。
在本发明的混合齿轮系中,发动机侧驱动齿轮1的直径设计成大于发动机侧从动齿轮3的直径,并且电动机侧驱动齿轮5的直径设计成小于电动机侧从动齿轮7的直径。因此,当通过发动机E的动力驱动车辆时,发动机动力能够在超速状态下传递到驱动轮,从而车辆的高速行驶模式可以主要通过发动机动力来实现。然而,当通过电动机M的动力驱动车辆时,在通过降低电动机动力的速度而提高发动机扭矩之后才输出电动机动力,因此车辆低速行驶模式可以主要通过电动机M的动力来实现。因此,本发明的混合齿轮系能够有效并且互补地利用发动机扭矩特性和电动机扭矩特性,并且能够增加车辆的里程。
在本发明的示例性实施方案中,输入轴IN直接连接至发动机E,因此,当发动机E发动时,离合器单元CL将发动机侧从动齿轮3从输出轴OUT分开,从而将发动机侧从动齿轮3从输出轴OUT释放。
另外,本实施方案的混合齿轮系进一步包括发电驱动齿轮15、发电从动齿轮17以及空转轴23,其中,发电驱动齿轮15设置在输入轴IN上;发电从动齿轮17可旋转地安装在输入轴IN上以便与输入轴IN同轴并且旋转发电机G;空转轴23布置为平行于输入轴IN,并且具有与发电驱动齿轮15相啮合的第一中间齿轮19和与发电从动齿轮17相啮合的第二中间齿轮21,因此混合齿轮系能够通过使用发动机动力的发电机G而连续地产生电力。
发电机G产生的电力能够储存在电池中,并且储存在电池中的电力能够供应至电动机M。
图2和图3示出本发明发动机模式中的不同的齿轮档位,其中通过释放制动器BK并且通过使用离合器单元CL将发动机侧从动齿轮3连接至输出轴OUT来实现图2中的发动机模式的第一齿轮档位。
在发动机模式中的第一齿轮档位中,发动机E的动力通过发动机侧驱动齿轮1、发动机侧从动齿轮3和离合器单元CL从输入轴IN传递至输出轴OUT,并且输出轴OUT的动力通过单向离合器25传递至输出齿轮9,从而用于实现发动机模式中的第一齿轮档位的驱动动力能够从输出齿轮9输出至被驱动的机构。
图3显示了发动机模式中的第二齿轮档位,其能够通过在发动机模式的第一齿轮档位中,使制动器BK进入接合状态而实现。在发动机模式中的第二齿轮档位中,行星齿轮机构PG提高输出轴OUT的动力的速度,并且通过输出轴OUT的动力驱动输出齿轮9。在上述的状态中,输出齿轮9以高于输出轴OUT的速度的速度旋转,并且单向离合器25允许输出齿轮9在比输出轴OUT更高的速度下旋转。
图4和图5示出了EV模式中的不同的齿轮档位,其中图4示出了EV模式中第一齿轮档位。在EV模式中的第一齿轮档位中,电动机动力通过电动机侧驱动齿轮5和电动机侧从动齿轮7传递至输出轴OUT,并且输出轴OUT的动力通过单向离合器25输出至输出齿轮9。
图5示出了EV模式中的第二齿轮档位。在EV模式中第二齿轮档位中,制动器BK将太阳齿轮S固定,并且已从电动机M传递至输出轴OUT的电动机动力的速度通过行星齿轮机构PG而增加,并且输出轴OUT的动力输出至输出齿轮9。
图6和图7示出了混合模式之一的并行模式中的不同的齿轮档位,其中图6示出了并行模式中的第一齿轮档位。在并行模式的第一齿轮档位中,发动机E和电动机M都运行,并且在输出轴OUT将发动机动力和电动机动力结合在一起,而且经结合的动力通过单向离合器25从输出轴OUT输出至输出齿轮9。
当然,在上述状态下,离合器单元CL将发动机侧从动齿轮3连接至输出轴OUT。
图7示出了并行模式中第二齿轮档位。在图6的并行模式中的第一齿轮档位中,可以通过使制动器BK进入接合状态而实现并行模式中的第二齿轮档位。在并行模式中的第二齿轮档位中,通过将发动机动力和电动机动力在输出轴OUT处结合在一起而形成的经结合的动力,在经过行星架C和环形齿轮R时提高经结合的动力的速度之后,输出至输出齿轮9。
图8和图9示出了混合模式之一的串行模式中不同的齿轮档位,其中图8示出了串行模式中第一齿轮档位。在串行模式中的第一齿轮档位中,发电机G由发动机动力驱动并产生电力。将电力供应至电池以便储存在其中,并且电池的电力供应至电动机,因此电动机能够运行并且能够输出电动机动力。电动机动力传递至输出轴OUT,并且通过单向离合器25输出至输出齿轮9。
在串行模式中的第一齿轮档位中,离合器单元CL从输出轴OUT释放发动机侧从动齿轮3,从而防止发动机动力传递至输出轴OUT。
图9示出了串行模式中的第二齿轮档位。在图8的串行模式中的第一齿轮档位中,可以通过使制动器BK进入接合状态而实现串行模式中的第二齿轮档位。在串行模式中的第二齿轮档位中,在电动机动力从输出轴OUT输出至输出齿轮9之前,通过行星齿轮机构PG提高已传递至输出轴OUT的电动机动力的速度。
作为参考,图2至图9的粗线表示用于发动机动力和电动机动力的传递线。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上”、“下”、“内”和“外”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方式的特征。

Claims (7)

1.用于车辆的混合动力系,包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴接收发动机的动力;
发动机侧驱动齿轮,所述发动机侧驱动齿轮设置在所述输入轴上;
输出轴,所述输出轴布置为平行于所述输入轴;
发动机侧从动齿轮,所述发动机侧从动齿轮旋转地设置在所述输出轴上并且与所述发动机侧驱动齿轮啮合;
电动机侧驱动齿轮,所述电动机侧驱动齿轮布置为与所述输入轴同轴并且通过电动机旋转;
电动机侧从动齿轮,所述电动机侧从动齿轮固定地设置在所述输出轴上并且与所述电动机侧驱动齿轮啮合;
输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮旋转地设置在所述输出轴上;
单向离合器,所述单向离合器安装在所述输出齿轮和所述输出轴之间,以在车辆向前行驶时,仅在从所述输出轴至所述输出齿轮的方向上传递动力;
离合器单元,所述离合器单元设置为相对于所述输出轴在固定状态和释放状态之间转换所述输出齿轮的运行状态,并且设置为相对于所述输出轴在固定状态和释放状态之间转换所述发动机侧从动齿轮的运行状态;以及
行星齿轮机构,所述行星齿轮机构安装为使所述输出轴和所述输出齿轮彼此联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述行星齿轮机构包括:
行星架,所述行星架直接连接至所述输出轴;
环形齿轮,所述环形齿轮直接连接至所述输出齿轮;
太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮安装为与所述输出轴同轴,并且选择性地固定至所述输出轴;以及
制动器,所述制动器设置为选择性地固定所述太阳齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述离合器单元包括:
第一犬齿式离合器,所述第一犬齿式离合器配置为相对于所述输出轴在所述固定状态和所述释放状态之间转换所述输出齿轮的运行状态;以及
第二犬齿式离合器,所述第二犬齿式离合器配置为相对于所述输出轴在所述固定状态和所述释放状态之间转换所述发动机侧从动齿轮的运行状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述离合器单元包括:
第一犬齿式离合器,所述第一犬齿式离合器配置为相对于所述输出轴在所述固定状态和所述释放状态之间转换所述输出齿轮的运行状态;以及
同步啮合装置,所述同步啮合装置配置为相对于所述输出轴在所述固定状态和所述释放状态之间转换所述发动机侧从动齿轮的运行状态。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,
其中,所述发动机侧驱动齿轮具有大于所述发动机侧从动齿轮的直径的直径,以及
其中,所述电动机侧驱动齿轮具有小于所述电动机侧从动齿轮的直径的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述输入轴直接连接至所述发动机。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,进一步包含:
发电驱动齿轮,所述发电驱动齿轮设置在所述输入轴上;
发电从动齿轮,所述发电从动齿轮旋转地安装在所述输入轴上,以便与所述输入轴同轴并且旋转发电机;以及
空转轴,所述空转轴布置为平行于所述输入轴,并且具有与所述发电驱动齿轮相啮合的第一中间齿轮和与所述发电从动齿轮相啮合的第二中间齿轮。
