技术领域
本发明涉及一种多模式的混合动力驱动系统,尤其适用于多能源的混合动力驱动系统及混合动力汽车。
背景技术
基于双电机开发的混动专用变速器DHT,具有零部件少,开发难度低,且相比传动变速器电动化具有一定的成本优势。当前双电机方案以丰田,本田为首的车企已上市大量的混动车型,国内车企也相继投入双电机开发中,如国内广汽,奇瑞,吉利,比亚迪,长城,东风等,未来双电机方案会进一步降低材料成本。
目前双电机开发的方案中,主要单挡位为主,由于低速起步或加速,爬坡等需要大速比,高速需要小速比,而单档位无法同时兼顾两种需求,性能有一定局限性;同时部分研发机构采用多挡位开发方案,但多挡位主要为发动机设置,降低发动机工作转速,主要以降油耗和优化NVH为目的;同时基于双电机现有量产结构,由于发电机与发动机固定连接,纯电动或混动低速工况,发动机不工作,发电机就必须停止;整车动力只能单电机(第二电机)、单挡位驱动(多挡位纯电动模式会动力中断),因此纯电动模式或混动低速模式因动力单一影响动力(加速、爬坡)性能。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种采用双电机的混合动力驱动系统及混合动力汽车,用于解决现有多模混合动力系统结构动力性差,纯电动模式经济动力性差的问题。

发动机、第一电机和第二电机;
第一传动系和第二传动系;
12V启动电机、扭矩限制器、离合器及单向离合器;

所述离合器形成于所述第一传动系和所述第二传动系之间;

发动机与单电机混合驱动模式:所述离合器处于结合状态,所述第二电机处于关闭状态,所述 12V启动电机驱动所述扭矩限制器转动而启动所述发动机,所述发动机输出的动力经由所述扭矩限制器、所述单向离合器、所述第六齿轮、所述离合器、所述第四齿轮、所述第一齿轮、所述第二齿轮、所述第三齿轮和所述差速器的齿轮输出车轮;同时,所述第一电机输出的动力经由所述第一齿轮、所述第二齿轮、所述第三齿轮和所述差速器的齿轮输出车轮。优选地,车辆的储能装置包括:车辆的高压储能装置和低压储能装置。
本发明还提供了一种混合动力汽车,包括上述的混合动力驱动系统。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点:
该系统拥有纯电动模式,串联模式,并联模式,且为单挡位方案,系统增加单向离合器,实现纯电动驱动模式下可双电机同时驱动以及在混合驱动模式下可单电机和发动机同时驱动,提升的系统动力性能。该方案在较少的增加零部件及系统基础上,弥补了单挡位动力性差的缺点。
在不增加挡位情况下,增加极少的零部件及成本对现有多模变速器进行性能提升。
结构简单,零部件少,结构更紧凑,空间小,便于整车布置。
相比目前多模混动系统,纯电模式双电机驱动扭矩更大,爬坡性能、加速性能提升,双电机协同驱动效率更高。
第一电机体积可减小,缩减轴向尺寸。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的发明目的、详细的实施方案以及优缺点能够展现出来,下面进行进一步的详细说明。
本发明的上述系统,相对于现有技术,增加了单向离合器,12V启动电机,纯电动驱动模式和混合动力驱动模式实现双电机同时驱动,动力性能有较大提高。
参照图1,本发明实施例提供了一种混合动力驱动系统,包含12V启动电机、发动机1台,扭矩限制器1个,齿轮6个,差速器1个,单向离合器1个,湿式离合器1个,第二电机2个。具体方案是发动机1连接扭矩限制器3,12V启动电机2可驱动扭矩限制器3转动以启动发动机1。扭矩限制器3通过轴连接单向离合器4 ,同时单向离合器4与第六齿轮5b相连;发动机1转速高于第六齿轮5b转速时,单向离合器4锁止;当第六齿轮5b转速高于发动机1转速时,单向离合器解锁断开;与第六齿轮5b同轴部件有离合器6,第四齿轮7a;第一齿轮7b与第二电机10硬连接,第一齿轮7b同时与第四齿轮7a,第二齿轮7c啮合。第五齿轮5a与第二电机11硬连接,同时第五齿轮5a与第六齿轮5b啮合;第二电机10和第二电机11同轴布置;第二齿轮7c与第三齿轮8同轴组成中间轴轮系,第三齿轮8与差速器9啮合最终驱动整车。
本发明上述的系统,具有纯电动单电机驱动模式、纯电动双电机驱动模式、纯电动单电机驱动及发动机发电模式、纯发动机驱动模式和发动机与单电机混合驱动模式。
具体来说,本实施例中,上述的混合动力驱动系统的模式划分及工作原理具体为:
1、纯电动单电机驱动模式
发动机1及第二电机11停止工作;第一电机10工作,发动机1不启动,离合器6断开。第一电机10的动力通过第一齿轮7b→第二齿轮7c→第三齿轮8→差速器9的齿轮输出至车轮。
倒挡工况下,基于该模式下第二电机11反转实现倒车。
2、纯电动双电机驱动模式
此模式下,发动机1停止工作;离合器6结合。第一电机10的动力通过第一齿轮7b→第二齿轮7c→第三齿轮8→差速器9的齿轮输出至车轮;第二电机11的动力通过第五齿轮5a→第六齿轮5b→离合器6→第四齿轮7a→第一齿轮7b→第二齿轮7c→第三齿轮8→差速器9的齿轮输出至车轮,同时因第六齿轮5b转速高于发动机1转速,单向离合器4断开。
3、纯电动单电机驱动及发动机发电模式
此模式下,离合器6断开,发动机1通过12V启动电机2启动,调节发动机1与第二电机11转速,当发动机1的转速高于第二电机11转速(具体是指发动机1的转速高于与第二电机11驱动的第六齿轮5b的转速),单向离合器4锁止,第二电机11逐渐切换为负扭矩进行发电,所发出的电能用于对车辆的高压储能装置(如动力电池)和低压储能装置;第一电机10输出的动力驱动路线为:第一电机10的动力通过第一齿轮7b→第二齿轮7c→第三齿轮8→差速器9的齿轮输出至车轮。发动机1的发电驱动路线为:发动机1→扭矩限制器3→单向离合器4→第六齿轮5b→第五齿轮5a→第二电机11发电。
4、纯发动机驱动模式
此模式下,第二电机11关闭,离合器6闭合,发动机1输出的动力驱动路线为:发动机1→扭矩限制器3→单向离合器4→第六齿轮5b→离合器6→第四齿轮7a→第一齿轮7b→第二齿轮7c→第三齿轮8→差速器9。
第一电机10根据系统动力需求,增加或降低第一齿轮7b传递给7c的扭矩。
本发明通过轮系结构优化设计,利用更少的离合器和齿轮组合,获得了实现纯电动双电机驱动,提升了爬坡工况和整车加速过程中动力性能,同时满足纯电动驱动模式,纯发动机驱动模式和发动机和电机混合驱动模式等多模式工作状态。
本实施例还通过了一种混合动力汽车,包括上述的混合动力驱动系统。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,包括:
发动机(1)、第一电机(10)和第二电机(11);
第一传动系和第二传动系;
12V启动电机(2)、扭矩限制器(3)、离合器(6)及单向离合器(4);
所述第一电机(10)通过所述第一传动系连接到差速器(9);
所述第二电机(11)通过所述第二传动系连接到所述单向离合器(4);
所述离合器(6)形成于所述第一传动系和所述第二传动系之间;
所述发动机(1)的曲轴通过所述扭矩限制器(3)连接到所述单向离合器(4),所述12V启动电机(2)通过所述扭矩限制器(3)连接到所述单向离合器(4);
所述混合动力驱动系统通过控制所述单向离合器(4)建立或断开所述第二电机(11)和所述发动机(1)的曲轴之间的连接;
所述第一传动系包括:
第一齿轮(7b),其与所述第一电机(10)的输出轴连接;
第二齿轮(7c),其与所述第一齿轮(7b)啮合传动;
第三齿轮(8),其与所述第二齿轮(7c)同轴传动,且所述第三齿轮(8)和差速器(9)的齿轮啮合传动;
第四齿轮(7a),其与所述第一齿轮(7b)啮合传动,且所述第四齿轮(7a)与所述离合器(6)同轴传动;所述第二传动系包括:
第五齿轮(5a),其与所述第二电机(11)的输出轴连接;
第六齿轮(5b),其与所述第五齿轮(5a)啮合传动,且所述第六齿轮(5b)与所述离合器(6)同轴传动,所述第六齿轮(5b)连接至所述单向离合器(4)的输出端;所述混合动力驱动系统具有以下模式:
纯电动单电机驱动模式:所述发动机(1)及所述第二电机(11)处于关闭状态,所述离合器(6)处于断开状态,所述第一电机(10)驱动输出的动力经由第一齿轮(7b)、第二齿轮(7c)、第三齿轮(8)和差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮;
纯电动双电机驱动模式:所述发动机(1)处于关闭状态,所述离合器(6)处于结合状态,所述第一电机(10)输出的动力经由第一齿轮(7b)、第二齿轮(7c)、第三齿轮(8)和差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮,同时,所述第二电机(11)输出的动力经由所述第五齿轮(5a)、第六齿轮(5b)、离合器(6)、第四齿轮(7a)、第一齿轮(7b)、所述第二齿轮(7c)、所述第三齿轮(8)和所述差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮;
纯电动单电机驱动及发动机发电模式:所述离合器(6)处于断开状态,所述 12V启动电机(2)驱动所述扭矩限制器(3)转动而启动所述发动机(1),当所述发动机(1)的转速高于所述第二电机(11)的转速时,所述单向离合器(4)锁止,所述发动机(1)输出的动力经由所述扭矩限制器(3)、所述单向离合器(4)、所述第六齿轮(5b)、所述第五齿轮(5a)传递至所述第二电机(11),所述第二电机(11)输出负扭矩为车辆的储能装置进行充电;同时,所述第一电机(10)输出的动力经由所述第一齿轮(7b)、所述第二齿轮(7c)、所述第三齿轮(8)和所述差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮;
纯发动机驱动模式:所述离合器(6)处于结合状态,所述第一电机(10)和所述第二电机(11)处于关闭状态,所述 12V启动电机(2)驱动所述扭矩限制器(3)转动而启动所述发动机(1),所述发动机(1)输出的动力经由所述扭矩限制器(3)、所述单向离合器(4)、所述第六齿轮(5b)、所述离合器(6)、所述第四齿轮(7a)、所述第一齿轮(7b)、所述第二齿轮(7c)、所述第三齿轮(8)和所述差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮;
发动机与单电机混合驱动模式:所述离合器(6)处于结合状态,所述第二电机(11)处于关闭状态,所述 12V启动电机(2)驱动所述扭矩限制器(3)转动而启动所述发动机(1),所述发动机(1)输出的动力经由所述扭矩限制器(3)、所述单向离合器(4)、所述第六齿轮(5b)、所述离合器、所述第四齿轮(7a)、所述第一齿轮(7b)、所述第二齿轮(7c)、所述第三齿轮(8)和所述差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮;同时,所述第一电机(10)输出的动力经由所述第一齿轮(7b)、所述第二齿轮(7c)、所述第三齿轮(8)和所述差速器(9)的齿轮输出车轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,车辆的储能装置包括:车辆的高压储能装置和低压储能装置。
3.一种混合动力汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至2任一项所述的混合动力驱动系统。
