技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的混合动力系,更具体而言,涉及一种基于同步啮合类型的手动变速器机构的用于车辆的混合动力系的构造。
背景技术
通常而言,从内燃发动机产生的动力和从电力地驱动的电动机产生的动力相结合以通过混合动力系来驱动车辆,其中用发动机的转矩特性和电动机的转矩特性的互补方面而改进用于驱动车辆的动力效率。
因此,根据传统的混合动力系,在低速或车辆启动的情况下实现EV模式,其中通过利用电动机的较好的转矩特性由电动机来驱动车辆;在中速或高速情况下实现发动机模式,其中通过利用发动机的相对较好的转矩特性由发动机来驱动车辆;以及在通过利用其转矩由电动机和发动机驱动车辆时需要较高转矩的情况下应用混合模式。
基于手动变速器的传统混合动力系配置为自动手动变速器(AMT),使得AMT和电动机受到控制,并且考虑到由车辆的变速器占用的空间和最终燃料比,来自电动机的动力通过主要使用减速齿轮而用作在车辆的低速下的驱动转矩,并且来自发动机的动力通过主要使用增速齿轮而用作在车辆的高速下的驱动转矩。然而,在级比很大的部段下难以确保良好的换档感觉,并且通常由于在换档时由AMT内在地产生的转矩中断感觉而使换档感觉变差。
此外,根据传统的混合动力系,在车辆由发动机驱动时,电动机的转子通过来自发动机的动力进行旋转,因此当车辆仅由发动机驱动时电动机的旋转用作阻力转矩,从而导致车辆的燃料比变差。

发明内容
本发明致力于解决相关技术的问题和/或其他问题,并且提供基于手动变速器机构的混合动力系,其中可以确保用于实现级比的自由度在待实现的全部换档档位的范围内进一步变窄同时配置紧凑的动力系,可以通过防止在换档期间的转矩中断感觉而提供较好的换档质量,并且可以在车辆仅通过发动机驱动的发动机模式下防止电动机和相关组件旋转以传递电动机的动力,从而改进车辆的燃料比。

可变齿轮比提供装置19实现了一系列齿轮比,其具有连同由换档模块5实现的换档档位一起的有效级比。也即,对于车辆必需的一系列有效和适当的齿轮比可以通过换档模块5实现,比如包括一般同步啮合类型的传统手动变速器机构,分别设置在第二输入轴7和输出轴3上的电动机侧驱动齿轮11和电动机侧从动齿轮13,以及可变齿轮比提供装置19的一种换档模块5。
例如,换档模块5设置有至少具有向前的第一档位和第四档位的齿轮比的齿轮级,并且可变齿轮比提供装置19实现第二档位和第三档位的齿轮比。因此,动力系配置为实现具有第一档位到第四档位的适当级比的一系列有效齿轮比,其中到第六档位的齿轮级可以在当前的各种实施方案中实现。
此处,具有适当级比的有效齿轮比是指在由可变齿轮比提供装置19设置的两个齿轮比例和由换档模块5设置的齿轮级的齿轮比之间的关系不形成相对大的级比,但形成有效且适当的级比而不形成非常小的级比。
也即,将换档模块5与传统的通用手动变速器相比较,必须通过换档模块5实现的第二档位和第三档位待由可变齿轮比提供装置19实现。因此,根据本发明的动力系,可以通过实现具有有效且适当的级比的一系列齿轮比而确保较好的换档感觉。
轴离合器装置9包括同步啮合类型的同步设备,其中轮毂布置在第二输入轴7上,并且同步设备的套管朝向第一输入轴1线性地滑动,以便整体地联接待旋转的第一输入轴1和第二输入轴7,并且相反,套管朝向第二输入轴7滑动,以便分离第一输入轴1和第二输入轴7。
可变齿轮比提供装置19包括行星齿轮设备21以及制动器23,行星齿轮设备21同轴地布置在第二输入轴7上,并且具有多个旋转元件比如三个旋转元件,其中一个旋转元件直接联接到第二输入轴7,另一个旋转元件直接联接到电动机侧驱动齿轮11并且最后的旋转元件的旋转能够受到限制,制动器23布置为控制行星齿轮设备21的最后的旋转元件的限制状态。

图2A-图2E为显示如上配置的当前的各个实施方案中从第一档位换档到第二档位的过程的视图。在图2A的状态下,通过发动机离合器29从发动机输入的动力通过换档模块5的第一档位而提取到输出轴3,其中第一&第四档位同步设备31的套管联接到第一档位的换档齿轮,并且通过发动机离合器29输入到第一输入轴1的来自发动机的动力通过第一&第四档位同步设备31而传递到第一档位的换档齿轮,以便提取到输出轴3。此时,用于第一输入轴1和第二输入轴7之间的联接/分离的轴离合器装置9处于释放状态下,并且电动机处于停止状态下,因此第二输入轴7不旋转。
此时,即使输出轴3在向前方向上旋转,第二离合器装置17也处于释放状态下,并且输出轴3的旋转力不通过第二单向离合器27传递到电动机侧从动齿轮13,因此电动机、第二输入轴7以及电动机侧驱动齿轮11不旋转。因此,来自发动机的动力不会消耗用于旋转电动机和连接到电动机的相关组件,而完全用于驱动车辆,从而改进车辆的燃料比。
在图2B的状态下,电动机M从如图2A所示的状态得以驱动,以使第二输入轴7的旋转力通过第一单向离合器25、电动机侧驱动齿轮11、电动机侧从动齿轮13以及第二单向离合器27而传递到输出轴3。此时,太阳齿轮S自由旋转而制动器23得以释放,因此行星架C旋转而不管环形齿轮R,并且电动机M的速度得以控制以对应于通过发动机驱动的输出轴3的旋转速度。
随后,当发动机离合器29在如图2C中的状态下得以释放,然后同步啮合类型的第一&第四档位同步设备31得以释放时,输出轴3维持使用来自电动机的动力而不使用来自发动机的动力的第一速度状态。
也即,类似于传统的通用AMT,当发动机离合器29被释放时,到输出轴3的动力传输中断而导致转矩下降。然而,根据本发明,即使在这种情况下,也将转矩从电动机连续地提供到输出轴3,从而确保平滑的换档感觉。
此外,在如图2C所示的状态下,第一输入轴1和第二输入轴7通过轴离合器装置9进行联接,从而第一输入轴1连同第二输入轴7一起整体地旋转。
当发动机离合器29在上述情况下在如图2D所示的状态中联接时,电动机侧驱动齿轮11和电动机侧从动齿轮13应用由发动机和电动机提供的旋转力实现第二档位,以便驱动输出轴3。随后,当电动机在如图2E中所示的状态下停止时,仅通过发动机实现第二档位。
也即,即使在发动机离合器29得以释放,同时从第一档位换档到第二档位时,转矩也从电动机连续地传递到输出轴3,因此来自发动机的动力不传递到输出轴3,从而防止转矩中断并且改进换档感觉。此外,可以仅通过发动机、仅通过电动机或通过发动机和电动机两者实现第二档位,以便根据车辆的驱动状态而适当地实现第二档位,从而应用车辆的适当的驱动而改进燃料比。
图3A和图3B为显示从第二档位换档到第三档位的过程的视图,其中图3A与图2E相同,其中车辆仅通过发动机在第二档位中进行驱动。也即,来自发动机的动力通过第一输入轴1、轴离合器装置9、第二输入轴7以及第一单向离合器25传递到电动机侧驱动齿轮11,并且随后传递到电动机侧从动齿轮13和第二单向离合器27,从而实现第二档位。此时,制动器23得以释放,从而行星架C旋转而不管环形齿轮R和电动机侧驱动齿轮11的旋转。
此处,当在上述情况下联接制动器23以固定太阳齿轮S时,整体地联接到第二输入轴7的行星架C的旋转力得以加速以通过环形齿轮R传递到电动机侧驱动齿轮11,从而实现第三档位(比如3B)。
也即,仅通过联接制动器23而完成从第二档位到第三档位的换档,当然,在换档期间不会发生转矩降低。此时,单向离合器25允许电动机侧驱动齿轮11比第二输入轴7旋转得更快。
图4A-图4E为显示从第三档位换档到第四档位的过程的视图,其中图4A的状态与图3B的状态相同。控制电动机以对应于输出轴3的当前速度,并且输出轴3通过发动机和电动机同时驱动,如图4B所示。
随后,发动机离合器29得以释放并且轴离合器装置9也得以释放,从而输出轴3通过电动机而保持在第三速度的驱动状态下,并且第一输入轴1变为自由旋转状态,如图4C所示。
在上面的状态下,第四档位的换档齿轮应用第一&第四档位同步设备31而联接到第一输入轴1,并且联接发动机离合器29以换档到第四档位,如图4D中所示。此时,控制电动机以跟随输出轴3的旋转速度的变化,甚至当电动机的旋转速度相对较低时,在电动机和输出轴之间的速度差通过第二单向离合器27而解决。
随后,当电动机如图4E中停止时,完成了车辆仅通过发动机驱动的到第四档位的换档。此时,来自发动机的动力不通过第二单向离合器27传递到电动机侧从动齿轮13,因此来自发动机的动力不消耗以旋转电动机和连接到电动机的组件,从而改进车辆的燃料比。
随后,同样的过程应用到第四档位到第六档位的换档,其中控制转矩以通过电动机连续地提供到输出轴3,并且在这种情况下,可能能够联接制动器23以控制电动机的转数为相对较低。
图5为显示通过本发明的动力系实现反向档位的过程的视图,其中电动机侧驱动齿轮11通过第一离合器装置15联接到第二输入轴7,并且电动机侧从动齿轮13通过第二离合器装置17联接到输出轴3,以使通过反向驱动电动机而产生的旋转力通过电动机侧驱动齿轮11和电动机侧从动齿轮13传递到输出轴3,从而实现反向档位。
如上所述,根据本发明,用于提供来自电动机的动力的可变齿轮比提供装置19可以实现具有连同换档模块5一起的适当级比的一系列有效的齿轮比,因此可以确保用于实现级比的自由度在待实现的全部换档档位的范围内进一步变窄同时配置紧凑的动力系。此外,可以防止在齿轮换档期间的转矩中断感觉,可以提供较好的换档质量,并且可以通过在发动机模式下驱动电动机和相关组件时不消耗来自发动机的动力而改进车辆的燃料比。
前面对本发明具体示例性实施方案所呈现的描述是出于说明和描述的目的。前面的描述并不想要成为毫无遗漏的,也不是想要把本发明限制为所公开的精确形式,显然,根据上述教导很多改变和变化都是可能的。选择示例性实施方案并进行描述是为了解释本发明的特定原理及其实际应用,从而使得本领域的其它技术人员能够实现并利用本发明的各种示例性实施方案及其不同选择形式和修改形式。本发明的范围意在由所附权利要求书及其等价形式所限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于车辆的混合动力系,包括:
换档模块,所述换档模块设置有在布置为彼此平行的第一输入轴和输出轴上的同步啮合类型的多个换档档位;
第二输入轴,所述第二输入轴通过电动机进行驱动并且布置为与所述第一输入轴同轴;
轴离合器装置,设置所述轴离合器装置用于联接或分离所述第二输入轴和所述第一输入轴;
电动机侧驱动齿轮,所述电动机侧驱动齿轮能旋转地布置在所述第二输入轴上;
电动机侧从动齿轮,所述电动机侧从动齿轮能旋转地布置在所述输出轴上以便与所述电动机侧驱动齿轮啮合;
第一离合器装置,设置所述第一离合器装置用于联接所述电动机侧驱动齿轮到所述第二输入轴或使所述电动机侧驱动齿轮从所述第二输入轴分离;
第二离合器装置,设置所述第二离合器装置用于联接所述电动机侧从动齿轮到所述输出轴或使所述电动机侧从动齿轮从所述输出轴分离;以及
可变齿轮比提供装置,所述可变齿轮比提供装置设置在所述第二输入轴上,以便通过所述电动机侧驱动齿轮和所述电动机侧从动齿轮,应用不同于所述换档模块的两个齿轮比,将所述第二输入轴的旋转力选择性地传递到所述输出轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述可变齿轮比提供装置实现一系列齿轮比,所述齿轮比具有连同通过所述换档模块所实现的齿轮级一起的有效级比。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述换档模块设置有至少具有向前的第一档位和第四档位的齿轮比的齿轮级,并且所述可变齿轮比提供装置实现第二档位和第三档位的齿轮比。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述轴离合器装置包括同步啮合设备,其中轮毂布置在所述第二输入轴上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述可变齿轮比提供装置包括:
行星齿轮设备,所述行星齿轮设备同轴地布置在所述第二输入轴上,并且具有三个旋转元件,其中一个旋转元件直接联接到所述第二输入轴,另一个旋转元件直接联接到所述电动机侧驱动齿轮,并且第三旋转元件的旋转能够受到限制;以及
制动器,所述制动器用于控制所述行星齿轮设备的第三旋转元件的限制状态。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中第一单向离合器设置在所述电动机侧驱动齿轮和所述第二输入轴之间,以便仅在一个方向上将动力从所述第二输入轴传递到所述电动机侧驱动齿轮,并且第二单向离合器设置在所述输出轴和所述电动机侧从动齿轮之间,以便仅在一个方向上将动力从所述电动机侧从动齿轮传递到所述输出轴。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述行星齿轮设备的三个旋转元件为太阳齿轮、行星架和环形齿轮,其中所述行星架直接联接到所述第二输入轴,所述环形齿轮直接联接到所述电动机侧驱动齿轮,并且所述太阳齿轮布置为使得其旋转由所述制动器进行限制。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述第一离合器装置和所述第二离合器装置分别包括犬齿式离合器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的混合动力系,其中所述第一离合器装置和所述第二离合器装置分别包括犬齿式离合器或同步啮合类型的同步设备。
