背景技术
市场上多见的是易掉毛起球的兔毛衫和兔毛呢等粗纺产品，兔毛的可纺性极差，纺织技术长期过不了关，是国际纺织业公认的难题，近年来虽陆续开发出免羊毛、兔毛真丝、兔棉、兔化纤等多种精纺产品，但因技术所限，兔毛含量一般在50％左右，最多70％，做出的服装厚重、难洗、光泽度不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种面料的生产工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：一种面料的生产工艺，在温度为20～30℃，湿度为60～75％，纤维回潮率为13～20％下，将75％兔毛和25％驼绒分别经过开松、混匀、给湿、闷毛、制条、纺纱、并纱、捻纱、纱线烧毛、整经、打纬、机织、坯检、洗呢、烧毛、煮呢、染色、二次烧毛、冲洗、烘干、中检、修补、打油、蒸刷、剪呢、蒸呢、成检、打包这些程序。
作为优化，所述纺纱时，单纱的捻系数设定为am135～140，所述捻纱时，股线捻向与单纱相反时，捻系数设定为am152～158。
作为优化，所述纱线烧毛时将股线表面的毛羽烧光。
作为优化，所述洗呢时将坯布先洗后烧，皂洗时间为4小时，温度为39℃，PH值6.8。
作为优化，所述剪呢时将露出呢坯表面的粗毛头剪掉。
